Yahoo Sports NFL on Caleb Williams

Back-to-back 300-yard games; first Bears QB since Trubisky to achieve that.

Williams has recorded back-to-back 300-yard passing games since returning from a Week 2 hamstring injury, becoming the first Bears QB to do so since Mitchell Trubisky in 2018; in Thursday's win over New England, he completed 30-of-36 passes for 308 yards and two touchdowns while navigating heavy pressure, demonstrating decisiveness and big-time throw accuracy that outdueled Drake Maye despite both QBs posting 300+ yards.
