Yahoo Sports NFL on A.J. Brown

Brown caught 6 of 16 targets for 75 yards in last two games; 48 yards vs. Bears.

Brown has caught just six passes on 16 targets across the last two games (Week 6 vs. Jets, Thursday vs. Bears), gaining 75 yards total; against the Bears specifically, he had a deep ball broken up at the catch point (potential defensive pass interference), two other incomplete targets, and caught passes of 18, 16, and 14 yards for 48 yards—his best output as a Patriot to date but well below expectations for a big-ticket offseason acquisition sent two draft picks to acquire.
