Bowers must be involved earlier; Bills delayed his targets until late third quarter.

Bowers is described as the Raiders' superstar tight end who makes the offense click; the Bills attempted to take him out of the game plan and largely succeeded, as Bowers wasn't targeted until less than five minutes remained in the third quarter, but he still finished with four catches for 70 yards; the source emphasizes he needs to impact the game for all four quarters rather than being delayed in the game plan.
