looking at the the match up for Brock Bowers against the Bills that ended up all going to Michael Mayer. I went back and watched it film and Brock Bowers is wide open all the time. Both of them were. Um, but Kirk Cousins ended up going to Michael Mayer more and more.

Film showed Bowers open all game, but Cousins favored Mayer instead.

Film review of Week 6 against Bills showed Bowers wide open consistently, but Kirk Cousins favored Michael Mayer with increased target distribution; despite clear availability and favorable positioning, Bowers did not receive commensurate volume, suggesting quarterback preference or game script limited his opportunity despite elite route running and separation.
