Stafford has been without either Adams or Puka Nacua in every game except the game in Australia in Week 1 and last week. So sticking with power sets and standing tall in the pocket waiting to throw to tight ends and running backs is nothing new to him.

Stafford's experience without Adams/Nacua favors tight end-heavy Rams scheme

Matthew Stafford has been without either Davante Adams or Puka Nacua in every game except Week 1 (Australia) and last week, so he is well-versed in sticking with power sets and standing tall in the pocket waiting to throw to tight ends and running backs. This schematic familiarity plays into his hands against the Raiders' weak tight end coverage.
