Harris release and Skattebo's benching clear path for Tracy's backfield usage.

Tracy is positioned for increased usage in the Giants' backfield after Cam Skattebo played only 8% of snaps last week with no carries and Najee Harris was released; despite playing 38% of snaps with eight touches last week, Tracy scored two touchdowns, and the murky backfield situation should provide him with consistent volume going forward.
