Walker leads league with 665 rushing yards on fewer games played than peers.

Walker leads the league with 665 rushing yards despite having already taken his bye week and playing one fewer game than the next three running backs on the cumulative list; the Chiefs signed him to a three-year deal worth over $14 million annually after he won Super Bowl MVP with Seattle, and early returns suggest the Chiefs got a bargain while the Seahawks may have committed a major personnel blunder given Seattle's team total of only 643 rushing yards over six games.
