Jacobs is returning to the Packers lineup this weekend and is expected to improve the rushing game significantly. The source notes that Jacobs, an inside grinder who hits the designed hole hard and correctly, should at minimum perform as expected (net neutral on RYOE), which would represent a dramatic improvement for a Packers rushing attack that has produced -116 RYOE collectively this season and ranks 32nd in total rushing yards (359 yards). Even allowing for poor run blocking, Jacobs' ability to execute his role correctly should help the Packers move away from being the worst running game in the league.
