From the episode

This is the long touchdown to Zay. Justice Hill lined up out wide, Zay in the backfield. It's just trips to the field, but you flip the running back and the receiver to try to get a man zone indicator... So it's an angle route. Safety overshoots it. Zay gets an easy catch and run and he just houses it.

Flowers' TD exploited safety's mismatch when lined up in backfield against Colts.

Flowers scored a long touchdown against the Colts by exploiting a defensive mismatch created by the Ravens' formation design. Lined up in the backfield (not at receiver) with Justice Hill out wide, Flowers ran an angle route against a safety playing hot coverage—a responsibility typically assigned to a running back. The safety overshot the angle, giving Flowers an easy catch and run for a touchdown. The source notes this was a zone match coverage with pressure, where the linebacker had a free run at Lamar but slowed up before impact, failing to affect the throw.
