Video: Angles and Upside Week 7 w/ Rich Hribar
Drake London hasn't actually gotten a ton of double coverage this year. He's 39th percentile in double coverage rate... his setup is, I think, a little bit boom bust. I still like a high-end wide receiver... he has like a 25% targets per out run... he was at 1.59 yards per out run with the 26% targets per hour run... He had he still had the 10 targets, but they were inefficient... he only has 10% of their red zone targets right now. He's never been below 30% in his career because he's the only receiver in the top 30 without a touchdown still.

London boom-bust setup; only top-30 WR without TD despite 25% TPRR.

Drake London is 39th percentile in double coverage rate this season, suggesting the 49ers may not need to shadow him heavily. His setup is boom-bust with a high ceiling but inconsistent efficiency. He posted 25% targets per route run against the Bears with 1.59 yards per route run (26% target share), receiving 10 targets but inefficiently. Red zone usage is a concern at only 10% of team targets despite never falling below 30% in his career; he remains the only top-30 receiver without a touchdown. The source still likes him as a high-end wide receiver given his skill set and volume, expecting eventual touchdown regression.
