From the video
Christian Watson for Chuba Hubbard. Well-to-Do Promise is trading away Kyren Williams and Christian Watson for JSN. It is a 10-team two-receiver one-flex. We're left over, you would have Kenneth Walker and Chuba Hubbard who are both already through their bye weeks. You would have a viable flex play as well. So, I would take the JSN side. Christian Watson to Chuba Hubbard, up to you.

Fair Hubbard swap post-bye; less valuable than JSN in dynasty.
Christian Watson is considered comparable to Chuba Hubbard in trade context; both have already used their bye weeks, making the swap fair in a larger trade package. In a 10-team two-receiver one-flex dynasty league, Christian Watson and Kyren Williams are being traded away for JSN; Flock Fantasy advises taking the JSN side because roster depth is not a constraint in this league format, as Kenneth Walker and Chuba Hubbard provide viable flex options after their bye weeks. The Watson-for-Hubbard swap is presented as a matter of preference.
