Flock Fantasy on RJ Harvey

Limited to third-down receiving role; no starting path.

RJ Harvey's path to be a legitimate starting running back doesn't exist; he is only a third-down receiving back. With Jona Coleman about to return, Harvey's role will remain limited to receiving duties only, making him a poor trade target compared to Breece Hall.
