So, the Lions are a pass funnel. That bodes pretty well for the Packers this weekend. Jordan Love, Christian Watson, Matthew Golden, that could be a fun shootout type of game. Christian Watson running a lot more slants. That's fun for fantasy... Christian Watson and Matthew Golden both pretty strong on go routes... Watson better on crosser routes, a bit better on slant routes.

Packers face Lions pass funnel; Watson running more slants with elite separation.

Christian Watson and the Packers face the Lions, who are a pass funnel (highest pass rate over expectation allowed in the league), setting up a favorable shootout-type game environment. Watson is running a lot more slants this year, which the source describes as 'fun for fantasy'; route tree analysis shows Watson also runs a significant volume of go and post routes, with better separation scores on crosser routes and slant routes compared to Matthew Golden. Watson is an elite separator on go routes with route-specific separation advantages.
