Nix silences critics with 222 yards, 2 TDs in road win after week of benching speculation

After a week of media criticism questioning his play and whether he should be benched, Nix responded with a strong performance: 15 of 29 for 222 yards, 1 passing touchdown, 74 rushing yards, and 1 rushing touchdown. He had two big plays—a 62-yard rushing touchdown and a 52-yard passing touchdown to RJ Harvey on a screen play—looked confident, made big throws, and led the Broncos to 30 points on the road. The source notes he bounced back and played well for most of the game, silencing the media-driven narrative.
