Yahoo Fantasy Football - Josh & Hayden on Christian Watson

Watson: 5 rec/57 yards in Week 7; 19% target share; suppressed vs Lions

Posted just 5 receptions for 57 yards in Week 7 against the Lions secondary, marking one of his worst performances of the season alongside Matthew Golden. Despite Jordan Love's solid 274 yards, 2 TDs, 1 INT, Watson's target share and production were significantly suppressed. Maintains a 19% target share; the source notes that both Watson and Golden are effective on deep/launch routes, though the Packers' late-game desperation led to an overemphasis on vertical passing.
