McCaffrey briefly left with thigh injury; no long-term concern expected

McCaffrey left the field briefly mid-game in Week 7 with what the source believed was only a thigh injury, not a concern requiring long-term worry. He remained a primary target alongside George Kittle despite the injury absence, with most of the 49ers' passing volume distributed between these two players.
