From the video

Drake London, ever since Michael Penix has taken over, has had 10, 6, 11, and 10 targets. I still think that Drake London has an incredibly high ceiling in this offense

Drake London has high ceiling with Penix; 10+ targets in recent games

Despite the Atlanta Falcons looking bad last week, Drake London has had 10, 6, 11, and 10 targets since Michael Penix took over at QB. Lamar still thinks London has an incredibly high ceiling in this offense as long as Penix is healthy, and it looks like that will be the case in Week 7.
