Waddle has had a rough first year in Denver, and his fantasy value has been disappointing for managers who invested a high draft pick. He caught 4 of 7 targets for 48 yards in Week 7's win over Arizona but was forced to exit with a chest injury and didn't return. He was trending toward another bust week before the injury. In shallow formats, Waddle could become a drop candidate. Even if he plays in Week 8, it's a miserable matchup against the Kansas City secondary. If Waddle is out, it's tough to trust any other receivers in this passing game.
