Elite breakout with 27 PPR points; target him aggressively

Zay Flowers is ascending to an elite level of performance with 27 PPR points in Week 7 as the WR2 before Monday Night Football. Through six games, he has 40 receptions, 68 yards, and three touchdowns, having played only about four and a half quarters with Lamar Jackson. Mattek ranked him as WR9 or WR10 heading into the week, which proved clearly wrong, and now recommends doing whatever you can to get Flowers on fantasy teams.
