Three TDs in four games; touchdown-or-bust sleeper with Parkinson-like upside

Back-to-back decent weeks with touchdown catches in consecutive weeks; had six targets in week six with a touchdown and one target in week seven with another touchdown, giving him three touchdowns in four games played; while he's touchdown-or-bust, the source notes he may be this year's version of Colby Parkinson and is worth noting as a speculative add.
