Only 6 targets in Week 7 due to Bryce Young's disastrous outing

Higgins had only six targets in Week 7 against Tampa Bay, a significant reduction that the source attributes to Bryce Young's poor performance and only 27 aimed throws on 38 dropbacks. The source had ranked Higgins aggressively as a top 20 receiver overall heading into the week.
