From the episode

Rasheed Rice, I mean, that was a scam inside a scam... He was getting erased by, of all people, the horrendous Riley Moss... But Moss couldn't tackle Rice right before halftime. Rice runs right over him and scores, has one other catch the entire night.

Rice managed only one catch despite scoring; performance should improve vs. better defenses.

Rice was largely erased by Broncos cornerback Riley Moss in Week 1, despite Moss being considered a poor defender; Rice had only one catch the entire night aside from a touchdown run where he ran over Moss right before halftime. The source suggests Rice's performance should improve against non-Denver defenses.
