NFL Fantasy Football Podcast on Carnell Tate

Tate drafted fourth overall but Titans' weak line limits vertical threat role.

Carnell Tate was drafted fourth overall by the Titans as a vertical threat for Cam Ward's offense. However, the source criticizes the pick, arguing the Titans should have prioritized an offensive lineman at fourth overall instead. The Titans' offensive line struggles (37.1% pressure rate in 2025, 41.0% in week one) and reliance on 10-11 personnel and empty formations made it difficult for the passing game to develop, suggesting Tate's role may be limited until the line improves.
