From the episode

Isaiah likely still continuing the breakout as well. Followed his coach to New York. And that was a great decision. Isaiah likely just, he's a receiver. He's, he's getting a full snap share essentially as a receiver. There's only a couple tight ends that, that have that, right?

Likely's elite snap share and receiver routes place him in rare TE tier.

Likely is continuing his breakout after following his coach to New York; he is functioning as a receiver with a full snap share (over 80%), lining up off the line on the majority of routes alongside only Bowers and McBride in the elite tier of tight ends receiving true wide receiver usage; this elite down-to-down usage pattern is rare and positions him for sustained production.
