Washington is the only WR Matthew Berry wants to start in this matchup.

Matthew Berry states Parker Washington is the only wide receiver in the Eagles-Jaguars game he truly wants to start, though he acknowledges some people don't want to start him because his production has declined from a 36% target share in weeks one and two to 14% in the last two weeks.
