From the episode

I would play Braylon Allen. I would go volume. Look, I don't want to discount Travion's potential to randomly show up. Agreed. But that is what it is right now. It's not, you don't play him with any guaranteed production.

Allen preferred over Henderson; volume play in good matchup vs. Bears.

Allen should be played over Travion Henderson this week due to volume. He's playing the Chicago Bears, a decent matchup for running backs, and has looked good. The Jets' offensive line has improved, and Allen is one of only two running backs (with Breece Hall) who have actually gotten consistent work. He's never had more than 12 carries in a game in his career but is only 22 years old in year three.
