For Week 5 against Seattle, McCaffrey is not projected inside the top five running backs despite remaining an RB1 by volume; he ranks inside the top 10. The Seahawks defense allows the sixth fewest yards per carry, limiting rushing upside, but they allow the fourth most receptions to running backs. Kyle Ustryk's absence may provide a slight boost to McCaffrey's receiving opportunities.
