Jacobs gets consistent carries under Kubiak's run-first philosophy.

Josh Jacobs continues to receive carries from the Raiders offense under Kubiak's philosophy of staying with the running game regardless of efficiency; Kubiak is unwilling to relent from giving carries because he understands it unlocks parts of the offense, a philosophy he demonstrated last year even with inefficient production.
