STACKED’s take

Negative signalProjection

Metcalf behind Burden ROS; Steelers won't improve.

Speaker prefers Luther Burden over Metcalf rest of season; Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers offense will not improve as the season progresses, whereas Caleb Williams' return will elevate the Bears offense.
