STACKED’s take
Nix's 62-yard TD run and four-quarter management quell decisiveness doubts.
Nix addressed criticism about decisiveness and aggressiveness in the pocket by executing a 62-yard touchdown run at 19.9 mph—the longest TD run by an NFL QB since November 13, 2022. The performance allayed concerns about offseason ankle surgery lingering and demonstrated his competitive edge. Nix managed the offense effectively for four quarters, sustaining drives and completing passes all over the field, with the source noting 'the offense finally looked legit instead of just fortunate.' Nix acknowledged that his athleticism often surprises opponents: 'I guess until people really see [my speed], they never really believe it.' Defensive lineman Zach Allen, who faces Nix daily in practice, reinforced the QB's capability: 'We see in practice how athletic he is. Bo is Bo.'
