Jacobs reclaims RB1 role with elevated utilization score post-return.

Jacobs returned from the Commissioner's Exempt List in Week 7 and assumed the clear RB1 role; he posted 7 targets (17% of total pie) and 11 rushing attempts. His 84 Utilization Score exceeded his prior two seasons (74, 77), and with the ground game struggling without him, he should be the sole focal point of the backfield going forward.
