Video: Top 50 Rest Of Season Running Back Rankings + Tiers
Jonah Coleman played the most snaps of any Denver running back. I would imagine JK Dobbins snaps effectively go to zero and R.J. Harvey stays as the specialized, you know, kind of passing down screen back. The the the thing that Payton said after this game was, hey, we want to give him more work. You know, they played him 50% of snaps. They want to give him the ball even more.

STACKED’s take

Positive signalRole

Coleman leads Denver backfield at 50% snaps; Payton wants to give him more work.

Jonah Coleman played the most snaps of any Denver running back (50%) and the source ranks him at 28, higher than the site average of 30. With JK Dobbins' snaps expected to go to zero and R.J. Harvey remaining a specialized passing-down back, Coleman is positioned to see increased volume. Head coach Sean Payton indicated after the game that they want to give Coleman more work, and the Broncos' preference to run the ball (rather than rely on Bo Nix) supports Coleman's increased role.
