Video: Rookies Are Blasting Off Everywhere
He is not the top pickup in my opinion, but he is definitely worth a bench stash. The numbers for Caleb Douglas in terms of his volume haven't been great. you see just three targets this past week. But when evaluating rookies, you're often times just looking to see whether or not they're able to make an impact on the football field at the NFL level. That is undoubtedly what we have seen out of Caleb Douglas through three games of his NFL career.

Bench stash with elite playmaking; route rate ramping post-ankle injury.

Worth a bench stash despite modest volume (three targets in week seven); demonstrates exciting playmaking ability through three NFL games with nine receptions, three of which are 20+ yard gains. Opened the year with 81% route rate; eased back to 67.9% in week seven after ankle injury. As he ramps up, expected to be a full-time player in the offense. Key question is whether he can consolidate volume to 20-25% target share consistently to establish a startable floor; if he does, projects as a low-end flex option with ceiling due to demonstrated playmaking ability.
