R.J. Harvey's catching passes, so I like him in PPR, but he's not really running the ball.

NeutralRole

Pass-catching back in PPR; limited rushing role in Broncos committee.

Catching passes in the Broncos offense but not really running the ball; liked in PPR formats but not as a traditional running back. Part of a backfield committee with J.K. Dobbins and Jonah Coleman.
