With DJ Moore likely playing but potentially not getting full snaps and Keon Coleman out with an ankle injury, Shakir will need to be unlocked more. The Bills are projected for 29 points and Derwin James hasn't been practicing, making Shakir a solid football player on a team projected for many points.
