If you could pivot from Lamar to Caleb and pick up an additional long-term piece. I mean, I would trade Lamar for Caleb on a rebuild anyway. I mean, I would at least ask for like a crap player like Chris Bell thrown in or something.

Dynasty target for Lamar; rushing upside over Love in weekly starts
In dynasty rebuild scenarios, Caleb Williams is presented as an alternative target to Drake May in a Lamar Jackson trade. Puka Nacua would trade Lamar for Caleb on a rebuild and would ask for additional pieces like Chris Bell thrown in. Additionally, Williams is recommended as a quarterback start over Jordan Love due to his rushing upside, despite Love being in a better matchup and higher-scoring game.
