Jacobs back from injury; community expects run game to be established for first time this season. One comment: 'Jacobs RB1/WR2'; another: 'Wash. Jacobs back - run game about to be established for once.' Panthers run defense noted as weak. Jacobs owners playing against Golden owner or Watson owner expressed confidence.
