I think I think there are is a certain type of people who are just never going to give Luther Burden his flowers... I got to move Luther Burden up. There's no shot I'm letting freaking Danny mock me on Luther Burden's ranking... Burden can run fewer snaps, but the issue is is that Cleve Raymond absolutely sucks.

Upgraded to 38th overall; undervalued despite limited snaps, weak competition
Davis Mattek upgrades Luther Burden to 38th overall in dynasty rankings, citing that despite running fewer snaps, the receiver deserves higher valuation because his competition (Cleve Raymond) is poor. Mattek expresses frustration that Burden doesn't receive enough credit and is willing to move him up to counter what he perceives as undervaluation. Mattek notes 'there are is a certain type of people who are just never going to give Luther Burden his flowers,' suggesting Burden is a buy-low candidate.
