From the video

Omar Cooper is now all of a sudden in the playable range for you. If Garrett Wilson gets traded, I think Omar Cooper can turn in to a league-winning name. Like, I am so damn excited for the basketball teams I have drafted him on.

STACKED’s take

Positive signalBreakout

Playable now; league-winner upside if Wilson traded; currently WR2.

Omar Cooper is now in the playable range and could become a league-winning name if Garrett Wilson gets traded. Lamar Jackson expresses high excitement about Cooper on teams he drafted him on, though he currently projects as the WR2 for Gino Smith, which is not a consistent role.
