League-winning handcuff on waivers; cut Pitts/Nix to roster him

Kenneth Walker identifies Kaelen Black as a league-winning upside handcuff available on waivers for free, recommending roster spots be used on him rather than on bench players like Kyle Pitts or Bo Nix. Walker states 'I would cut Bo Nix. I would cut Kyle Pitts. I would pick up Kaelen Black, Emmet Johnson.'
