the absence of McLaurin and the absence of Diggs, if they're both out for this game, they're going to focus on the run and make Jaden Daniels have to really beat him through the air

NeutralMatchup

Daniels faces tough matchup if McLaurin and Diggs out against Minnesota.

Daniels faces a challenging matchup against Minnesota with potential receiver absences (McLaurin and Diggs both possibly out); the source notes the defense will focus on the run game, forcing Daniels to beat them through the air with limited weapons (Antonio and Deami Brown), making this a difficult game script despite the source's earlier preference for starting him over Brissett.
