Fantasy Footballers on RJ Harvey

Harvey is a start of the week vs. Chargers' weak defense.

R.J. Harvey is ranked as a start of the week by the source despite concerns about his route-target rate; the matchup against the Chargers' dead-last EPA offense and 30th-ranked points-per-drive defense is favorable, and the source ranks him ahead of other backfield options like Braylon Allen and Emmanuel Wilson.
