Zay Flowers is a reluctant start without Lamar Jackson at quarterback.
Zay Flowers is still being started despite Lamar Jackson's absence, but the source is not happy about it and not excited about it. Last week, his two catches that were great were pinpoint placements from Lamar; without Lamar, the offense may devolve into backyard ball. However, Flowers can get separation and is getting wide open.
