FantasyPros - Fantasy Football Podcast on Chuba Hubbard

PodcastThe Trade Targets You Should Be Chasing Before Week 7 (Ep. 2276)October 20, 2026

From the episode

Chuba is not someone that I would want to move just because, again, there's no committee there... he's really the workhorse of that offense. So I would take the guaranteed volume, even though he does have a little bit rougher schedule.

Positive signalRole

Hubbard's workhorse role justifies holding despite tougher schedule.

Chris Rodriguez would not move Chuba Hubbard despite his RB14 consensus ranking, emphasizing that there is no committee in Carolina and he is the true workhorse of the offense. Rodriguez values the guaranteed volume even though Hubbard faces a rougher schedule, making him preferable to trade for rather than trade away.
