NFL: The Insiders on Bo Nix

Bo Nix's low ceiling is limiting Denver's offense despite avoiding major mistakes.

Bo Nix is not playing well as a quarterback; while he is not making a ton of mistakes, he is bringing the ceiling of the entire Denver offense too low. In the game against Seattle, he had no touchdown passes and just over 100 passing yards, which is generally not conducive to wins for a Sean Payton-led offense. The source expresses worry about Denver's offensive performance, noting it has not been good for a while despite facing tough opponents.
