From the episode

Debo left with a hamstring. The weirdest injury. It looked like it was a concussion... I didn't know it was a hamstring. Genuinely, it didn't seem like a hamstring.

STACKED’s take

Negative signalInjury

Samuel left with hamstring; injury mechanism appeared unusual to observers.

Samuel left the game with a hamstring injury. The source found the injury unusual, noting that the way Samuel released the ball on the way to the ground resembled a concussion impact rather than a typical hamstring injury, suggesting the mechanism was unclear or the injury was more severe than typical hamstring pulls.
