From the episode
Tyrone Tracy had basically a rushing touchdown and a receiving touchdown on eight opportunities. The report came out that Cam Scadaboo was gonna get punished for his fumble... Harbaugh's press conference was destructively upsetting... he absolutely did not punish Cam for the fumble. They've got four guys in the rotation.

Tracy scored twice on eight touches but Giants backfield remains a four-man committee.
Tracy had a rushing touchdown and receiving touchdown on eight opportunities in Week 6 against the Ravens. However, the source advises not to bank on consistent production from any Giants running back; the backfield is a four-man rotation with Cam Scadaboo, Devin Singletary, and Najee Harris also involved. Harbaugh stated no one has stepped up to claim the job, and the team is waiting for clarity rather than committing to one back.
