A.J. Brown

PositiveProjection42:14

A.J. Brown had a horrific showing in Week 6 with 3 catches for 27 yards on 10 targets, dropping five passes including a touchdown and a deep ball. The source notes he looked slow and unable to make catches, describing it as 'a horrific showing this week' despite the high target volume, and questions whether this performance reflects a concerning trend rather than a one-week anomaly.

Insight page
NegativeProjection47:57

AJ Brown had one of the worst games imaginable, dropping 5 passes. The source notes he should have had a touchdown and at least 70 yards. Video evidence shows Brown 'running around' at approximately 38% speed, leading the source to conclude he came back a week too early from injury.

Insight page

Adonai Mitchell

PositiveInjury13:30

Mitchell remained out in Week 6, which opened opportunities for Omar Cooper Jr. to have a breakout game. His continued absence is a factor supporting Cooper's emergence as a consistent part of the Jets offense.

Insight page

Andy Dalton

NegativeDepth Chart18:00

Dalton declined to return to the Eagles as a backup following Jalen Hurts' injury and is expected to sign with Atlanta instead. The Eagles attempted to bring him back but he chose to pursue other options.

Insight page

Antonio Williams

NegativeRole22:30

Antonio Williams is listed as a pivot option for the Commanders on Monday night football, mentioned as an alternative if primary receivers are unavailable.

Insight page

Bijan Robinson

NegativeUsage45:14

Bijan Robinson had only 9 carries for 61 yards in a game where Atlanta was getting 'boat raced' (blown out). The source notes that Robinson should have been part of the solution to the blowout, and Kevin Stefanski acknowledged he wished he had gotten the ball into Bijan's hands earlier in the game.

Insight page

Bo Nix

PositiveProjection43:49

The source predicts Bo Nix will have a very good bounce-back game against Arizona next week. The reasoning includes: (1) Peyton Manning has taken back play-calling from Davis Webb and changed the terminology, which the source believes Manning wants to use to settle the narrative on Nix; (2) Arizona just upset the Rams, suggesting vulnerability. The source does not commit to 'start of the week' territory but expects Denver to get things figured out.

Insight page
PositiveProjection44:34

Bo Nix's average depth of target is 4.9 yards, which is extremely short. The source references a viral tweet noting that Nix's name (five letters) is longer than his average depth of target. Additionally, in the second half of last week, the average throw was behind the line of scrimmage, indicating a severe limitation in downfield passing.

Insight page

Brandin Cooks

NegativeRole22:30

Brandon Cooks is listed as a pivot option on Monday night football, mentioned as an alternative receiver if primary options are unavailable.

Insight page

Bucky Irving

PositiveUsage47:00

Bucky Irving had 85% of snaps and 19 carries for 46 yards. The source notes that Sean Tucker did not get the goal-line carry (they threw it instead). Baker Mayfield should return next week against Carolina, which may affect Irving's role going forward.

Insight page

C.J. Stroud

PositiveProjection29:23

Stroud was the fifth-ranked quarterback stud for the week, indicating strong fantasy performance in Week 6.

Insight page
PositiveProjection32:32

CJ Stroud has been performing very well since the return of Nico (Nico Collins), indicating improved quarterback production with his top receiver back in the lineup.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

NegativeUsage42:44

Over the last two weeks (Tampa Bay and Green Bay games), CeeDee Lamb was targeted 17 of 21 times but posted a 48% catch percentage. The source notes that the drops are not Lamb's fault; rather, Dak Prescott has been inaccurate, particularly in the Tampa Bay game where Dallas lost. The issue is quarterback accuracy, not receiver performance.

Insight page

Christian Kirk

NegativeRole22:45

Christian Kirk is questionable and the source would not recommend starting him in his first game back, preferring other pivot options like Brandon Cooks or Antonio Williams.

Insight page

Dalton Kincaid

NegativeRole27:57

The source notes Kincaid ran his normal amount of routes and was hyper-targeted despite not producing, but scored a touchdown; this is framed as a positive sign that the offense is working to get him involved, allowing more time to buy before declaring the issue solved.

Insight page
NegativeRole45:02

Dalton Kincaid was evaluated for a rib injury but returned to play in Week 6, leading the team in targets and receptions with 38 receiving yards. However, the source expresses concern about his lingering injury history and notes that DJ Moore's return after the bye week could impact his target share, creating uncertainty about his long-term value despite the positive target volume this week.

Insight page

Darren Waller

NegativeInjury50:34

Darren Waller laid an egg in Week 6. The source notes that Philly is a tough tight end matchup and Waller was coming off a toe injury, which likely contributed to his poor performance. The source suggests Waller is 'pretty much just a touchdown' play and is 'a dangerous play no matter what,' recommending caution.

Insight page

Davante Adams

NegativeInjury23:24

Devante Adams suffered a left leg injury in the fourth quarter on a non-contact play, with immediate concern for ACL, MCL, or Achilles damage; no official update available yet, and Sean McVay was not asked about the injury due to his anger over the loss.

Insight page

Devin Singletary

NegativeUsage5:45

Singletary received 40% of snaps in Week 6 as part of the Giants' four-man running back rotation. The source does not recommend banking on any single back in this committee, as Harbaugh has not designated a clear starter and the team is waiting for someone to emerge.

Insight page

Drake Maye

PositiveProjection31:20

Drake May has been the number one quarterback by a significant margin over the last three weeks, averaging 30 fantasy points per game with a 10% touchdown rate. Despite early-season struggles and injuries to teammates, he has figured it out and faces favorable matchups next week against Chicago and then Miami. The source notes that picking him up off waivers after early struggles could be a league-winning move.

Insight page
PositiveProjection31:20

After struggling in the first two weeks, Maye has been the quarterback one by a mile over the last three weeks, averaging 30 fantasy points per game despite facing Buffalo, Raiders, and Jets defenses.

Insight page

Garrett Wilson

NegativeMatchup13:30

Wilson had a down week in Week 6 against New England, partly due to Christian Gonzalez's elite coverage. The source notes that Gonzalez's presence in the secondary limited Wilson's production, though the Jets' overall passing game was affected by game script and the absence of Adonai Mitchell.

Insight page

Harold Fannin

NegativeProjection50:34

Harold Fannin laid an egg in Week 6. The source notes that while Cleveland beat Baltimore in a comeback victory, it was a 'really low scoring game' and 'gross game,' which limited Fannin's opportunities.

Insight page

Jacob Cowing

NegativeRole22:30

Jacob Cowing is listed as a pivot option for the 49ers on Monday night football.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

NegativeInjury18:00

Hurts has been placed on injured reserve and is expected to miss the remainder of the NFL season. He suffered a superficial blood clot that developed into a deep vein thrombosis, with some clots traveling to his lungs, creating a risk of pulmonary embolism. He will be placed on blood thinners, which prevents him from playing football (minimum three months). The source notes this is a serious and scary situation. Hurts was diagnosed while in London and was told he could not sleep due to the danger, forcing him to stay awake for 36 hours before playing football, which may have contributed to the condition.

Insight page

Jalen Nailor

NegativeInjury10:30

Naylor suffered an injury that has sidelined him, bringing clarity to the Raiders wide receiver room. He was not a significant part of the offense this week and was limited in practice, allowing Trey Tucker to become the focal point of the passing game.

Insight page

Josh Downs

NegativeRole49:26

Josh Downs is not going to happen. The source notes that after losing Warren and Pierce, the highest-finishing wide receiver is WR34 from three weeks ago. Downs' production has been: 78 yards, 47 yards, and 38 yards in recent weeks, and he is on pace for 63, 7, 65, and 0 yards over the last four weeks.

Insight page

Josh Jacobs

PositiveDepth Chart20:00

Jacobs is expected to be removed from the commissioner's exempt list and will immediately become the Packers' starter in Week 7. The source notes this is significant news after Jacobs spent six games on the exempt list. He will take over the starting role from Marshawn Lloyd, who had a poor final performance (3 carries for negative 2 yards).

Insight page
PositiveDepth Chart21:09

Jacobs is immediately the starter coming week seven after serving a six-game suspension; the NFL has ruled him active and ready to go, with the investigation ongoing but no immediate further punishment expected unless new evidence emerges.

Insight page

Juwan Johnson

NegativeProjection50:27

Juwan Johnson laid an egg in Week 6, though the source does not provide specific details about his performance or the reason for it.

Insight page

Keenan Allen

NegativeUsage49:26

Keenan Allen has 9 targets, 9 targets, and 11 targets in his last three games. The source notes that without Warren and Pierce, the highest-finishing wide receiver is WR34 from three weeks ago (with 78, 47, and 38 yards). Allen is on pace for 63, 7, 65, and 0 yards over the last four weeks without those players.

Insight page

Kenneth Walker III

PositiveProjection33:18

Kenneth Walker III was the number one running back this week with 19 carries for 128 yards and 2 touchdowns. He has 665 rushing yards this season, the most by any NFL player in history in their first five games of a season. The source criticizes Kansas City's play-calling for not utilizing his elite speed and tackle-breaking ability more effectively on goal-line situations, suggesting even more upside if the offense optimizes his usage.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup33:54

Kenneth Walker III faces a tough matchup next week against the Seahawks in what would be a revenge game for him, potentially limiting his production despite his elite season-long performance.

Insight page

Kenyon Sadiq

NegativeUsage13:30

Sadiq had limited involvement in Week 6 against New England as part of the Jets' passing game, which was heavily focused on Omar Cooper Jr. and other receivers due to game script and injuries.

Insight page

Kyle Pitts

PositiveProjection28:36

Pitts has delivered two consecutive strong weeks with significantly increased target share; the source credits him with single-handedly saving their championship team for two straight weeks and played him in both big leagues, indicating strong confidence in his recent production trajectory.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

NegativeUsage20:00

Lloyd had his final game as the Packers' lead back in Week 6, finishing with 3 carries for negative 2 yards. The source notes this was a poor final performance before Josh Jacobs takes over the starting role in Week 7.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

NegativeRole32:38

Marvin Harrison Jr. had limited snap count in his debut but showed promise on film. The source noted he was stuck on the outside frequently in Arizona with limited in-breaking routes, but in his first game with Houston he caught slants and in-breaking routes, suggesting better route diversity and opportunity in the new offense.

Insight page
NegativeRole48:59

The source notes that when Marvin Harrison Jr. was on the field, the Cardinals had a good wide receiver room. However, after letting him go, the pass catchers are now Jalen Brooks and Kendrick Bourne, which 'doesn't feel good.' The source says 'Marv needs to step up right now,' indicating concern about the receiver room's performance without him.

Insight page

Michael Mayer

NegativeUsage11:30

Mayer had 70 receiving yards in Week 6 against Buffalo but was not heavily targeted early in the game. He had nine targets total by game's end. The source notes that even 70 yards at tight end is often dismissed by fantasy players, but Mayer's involvement in the passing game is noteworthy given the Raiders' focus on Trey Tucker.

Insight page

Michael Penix Jr.

NegativeProjection30:54

Penix was so bad in the first half of his game that he made the quarterback studs list, indicating poor fantasy performance; the source notes he was expected to potentially get benched.

Insight page

Michael Wilson

NegativeProjection48:26

Michael Wilson had 4 catches for 32 yards. The source notes that nearly identical stat lines have occurred in the last two weeks (4 for 34, 4 for 32). Wilson is on pace for 165 targets but not 1,000 yards, which is difficult to achieve. The issue is that Jacoby Brissett is not pushing the ball downfield; the Cardinals are a low-scoring team.

Insight page

Mike Evans

NegativeInjury22:20

Mike Evans is banged up and questionable for Monday night football; the source expresses concern about his health status, noting he is 'really banged up' and 'an old broken dog,' though if he plays, the source would start him despite the injury risk.

Insight page

Najee Harris

NegativeUsage5:45

Harris started for the Giants in Week 6 but was ineffective, scoring only 0.6 points. He received three or four carries and was part of the four-man backfield rotation. The source does not recommend banking on Harris or any Giants back given the committee approach and lack of a clear starter.

Insight page

Omar Cooper Jr.

PositiveBreakout13:00

Cooper, a first-round pick for the Jets, returned from a four-game ankle sprain absence in Week 6 against New England and had 6 catches for 103 yards and 1 touchdown on 82% of snaps. He also had a touchdown called back due to penalty, meaning his actual performance was even better than the stat line. The source banks on Cooper because he is a first-round pick with significant capital invested, and all variables are aligned for his emergence: Adonai Mitchell remains out, Christian Gonzalez's coverage was a factor in Garrett Wilson's down week, and Cooper showed great play. The source compares this to Jeremy Bernard's breakout last week and expects Cooper to be a consistent part of the Jets offense going forward.

Insight page

Rashod Bateman

NegativeInjury44:12

Rashad Bateman exited Week 6 with a shoulder injury, creating uncertainty around his availability going forward.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

NegativeUsage45:55

Rhamondre Stevenson had a bad game, and the source notes this was 'weird' and warrants investigation. The source later clarifies that Stevenson had been banged up going into the game and was expected to miss it, so the Patriots may have been managing his workload. Additionally, Travion Henderson returned and Corey Kiner got the clock-killing carries at the end of the game.

Insight page

Romeo Doubs

PositiveUsage41:47

Romeo Dobbs caught a 42-yard touchdown in Week 6 before exiting with an AC joint sprain. The source notes he 'did the thing' and 'gave you a real big deal' on the play, indicating strong production on limited opportunities before injury.

Insight page

Stefon Diggs

NegativeInjury22:20

Stefan Diggs remains questionable for Monday night football; status being monitored.

Insight page

Tim Patrick

NegativeUsage16:00

Patrick, who the source was surprised to learn is still in the NFL, was the Jets' wide receiver three in Week 6 and caught two passes. His presence on the roster highlights the depth of the Jets' receiving corps.

Insight page

Tre Tucker

PositiveProjection10:00

Tucker had 5 catches for 97 yards and 2 touchdowns in Week 6 against Buffalo. Kirk Cousins praised him post-game, saying 'Trey Tucker can just roll' and noting he is faster than realized, comparing him favorably to past receivers like Deshaun Jackson. On a 17-game pace, Tucker projects to 99 targets, 68 catches, and 1,009 yards. However, the source advises not to bank on consistent production because Tucker has a boom-bust pattern: he was WR6 in Week 2 and WR2 this week, but will have poor matchups against Rams, Jets, 49ers, Seahawks, Denver, and Cleveland later in the season.

Insight page

Trevor Lawrence

PositiveProjection29:23

Lawrence was the number one quarterback stud for the week, indicating elite fantasy performance in Week 6.

Insight page

Tyrone Tracy

NegativeUsage5:45

Tracy had a rushing touchdown and receiving touchdown on eight opportunities in Week 6 against the Ravens. However, the source advises not to bank on consistent production from any Giants running back; the backfield is a four-man rotation with Cam Scadaboo, Devin Singletary, and Najee Harris also involved. Harbaugh stated no one has stepped up to claim the job, and the team is waiting for clarity rather than committing to one back.

0:00Welcome to the Fantasy Footballers Podcast with your hosts, Andy Holloway, Jason Moore and Mike Wright.
0:05Welcome in! It's another Monday, October 19th, the Fantasy Footballers Podcast.
0:09Mike the Fantasy Hitman, Jason Moore, Andy Holloway, back at it.
0:12What'd you laugh at, Jay? I am giggling because- We didn't even get to see you yesterday.
0:18Oh, I know. I was busy with kids and college auditions and stuff, but- Those youths.
0:23Those youths. Almost adults. No, I was just giggling because I might have just taken a gander at the Monday Punday and- Oh, you took a little peekski?
0:32The second to last bad one. It made me giggle, so we'll get there.
0:36I haven't seen it yet. Yeah, no, I like it when Mike hears them fresh.
0:41I thought you might be giggling as you beat both of us this week.
0:45Oh, yes! You're two super teams. So, Andy, you have a super team that is truly going to win a championship because you're unbelievable.
0:53You have like the number one quarterback, two top five wide receivers, two top five running backs, maybe more than that.
1:00And my team that is playing for 2027, I mean, sucks.
1:03Just super- We have a league median, so your record is one and nine.
1:08Go on. Yes, exactly. I beat you! And then in the Dynasty League- It turns out having Gibbs on by was enough to just- Yeah.
1:16I'll bet you wish he had Gibbs. And then in the Dynasty League where Mike is- Unbeatable.
1:21Unbeatable. Genuinely a great team. He is the current champion.
1:24And in that league, I do want to take him down this year.
1:28I am competitive. I did beat him. And so I'm coming off a high.
1:33That feels good. You're coming off a high, Andy, on the hole-in-one we talked about on the show.
1:38But the whole video is out now. Yeah. And it is- Look, I don't do this often.
1:44We don't do this often. In fact, hopefully never before, never again.
1:48But Matt, the Falcon. Oh, man. What a great job making that video, editing that video.
1:53God, I want to throw up. Yeah. You know, and just- No, you really- He deserves it.
1:58It's very good. You crushed it. You did a great job.
2:02The video is awesome. It doesn't matter. Show your wives, show your kids, show your auntie, because it is an awesome, fun video of magnificent proportions.
2:10Yes. Yeah. It was, you know, everybody's response to it.
2:13People got emotional. I did. People saw- I was there.
2:16And you got emotional there? Yes. And then when he said it, he got me with the music.
2:22Yeah. I know. It was well done. He told a real story.
2:26And you actually get to see the entire crew.
2:29That's what I loved about the videos. You see the whole, like the ducers here, you get a glimpse at them sometimes
2:36when they're not hiding behind glasses and hats and, well, the middle one doesn't hide.
2:41But you get to see everybody else. Yeah, it's great.
2:44You get to see Schneider. You get to see some crazy weather.
2:48You get to see a crazy special version of Mike.
2:51You get to see Jason dodge golf balls on the green in the most hilarious way possible.
2:56And I do recommend turning your sound down maybe the last 30 seconds to avoid Matt's sounds behind the camera.
3:03Well, here's what's funny. He was excited. He was something.
3:06That's a word. That was the word. He was- He was out of breath.
3:10He was out of breath. And it came through.
3:13But, no, it was just a special core memory for the team.
3:17It needs to be seen. Yes. Yeah. So check that out.
3:20YouTube.com slash TheFantasyFootballers. We posted it on Saturday morning, one of the few days you don't have a show because Mike is
3:27live on Sunday mornings and we got shows the rest of the week.
3:32So, it is up there. You can check it out.
3:35Um, like I said, YouTube.com slash TheFantasyFootballers. Let's go ahead and get into your Monday Punday reactions to the weekend.
3:41Everyone submitted by the, uh, the fine people on Instagram and Twitter.
3:45Sending it our direction as we react to what was a crazy weekend in a lot of ways.
3:51Starting with one of the reasons I lost because Jason had almost no one to start, but he started Blake Scorum.
3:57Yes, he does. No, you did not. Of course, I did every week.
4:02Uh, how about CJ Prow? Oh, yes, he played great.
4:05Ken Boom Walker. Yes, or Wynneth Walker III. I like, uh, Tyler Shuck Norris.
4:09I liked it too. Uh, Mike. Uh, we got Bashaw Scootin'.
4:13Yeah. Booty Scootin'. We got Emeka Egg Booyah! And Jeremy Bernard Dog.
4:16I don't even understand it. Oh, the Nard Dog?
4:19No, what's a Nard Dog? People get it. Okay.
4:22Uh, Smile Pits. Matthew Goldenboy. Yeah. Yay, Tucker! Isaiah Mieleike.
4:25And Holy Shuck as well. Yeah, yeah. Uh, they weren't all good.
4:29Oh, dude. We had heinous Winston out there. That's part of why you beat me, Jason.
4:34Uh, how about Cam Sataboo? Or Cam Scattahoo? Or just Cam Scat.
4:38Yeah. That's what it really should be. Marshawn Void.
4:41Whack Prescott. Generic Henry. Aw, how about... I'm seeing a lot of players from my team.
4:46Cryin' Williams. Oh, hey. Zay Flounders. Uh, Poo Juan Johnson.
4:49Oh, this one hurts. AJ Frown. Oh, this one hurts too.
4:53I'll take it, Mike. Okay. Glass McConkie. Okay, Jason.
4:56Yeah, this is what I was giggling about. Irritable Bowers Syndrome.
4:59Ah! So good. And Sam Darnit. I have ideas.
5:02I have ideas. Hashtag Monday Ponday every Sunday night.
5:05That's one of my favorite I've seen. Irritable Bowers Syndrome.
5:08I mean, I... You know, you're still gonna... That list was like my whole team.
5:13Al Borland's somehow still gonna lose. But he ends up playing Bowers and Puka who have their worst...
5:19sort of their worst... And Barry Henry didn't have a great day.
5:22And how did you lose? I don't... And your team scored a ton of points.
5:27Yeah. The math doesn't matter. I think he was relying on Marshawn Lloyd.
5:31All right, we had some outlier performances this weekend, which we'll talk through on a brand new segment.
5:37Bank on it smartly. Presented by U.S. Bank. All right, every week we're gonna look at three outlier performances, good or bad.
5:44And we're gonna decide, do we bank on it?
5:47Do we not bank on it? Tyrone Tracy Jr.
5:50This is a great conversation. This conversation is annoying.
5:53Yes. There was a point early in the game...
5:56By the way, Tyrone Tracy had... He basically had a rushing touchdown and a receiving touchdown...
6:01Great game. ...on eight opportunities. Cam Scadaboo had six snaps, no touches.
6:04The report, part of why I lost... By the way, if you wanna know if the fantasy experts are idiots sometimes, yes, they are.
6:12The report came out that Cam Scadaboo was gonna get punished for his fumble.
6:17So, what happened? Oh, he got punished. He had how many carries?
6:20Zero. So, they said Najee will start. And I said, I'm going to go spin fab.
6:26I've got a bye week. I've got two spots to fill.
6:29I'm gonna go get the starter for the Giants and fire him up because there's just no way I don't get...
6:36I just needed a baseline. Did you put Tracy in there?
6:39I did not. Oh, you would have beat me.
6:42Yeah, I got Najee who scored .6 points and was awful.
6:46But Devin Singletary had 40% of the snaps. If you listen to the press conference from Harbaugh, he's like...
6:52He basically said, we got four guys. None of them have gotten a hold of the job.
6:57So, you think I want to play all four?
7:00The press conference was destructively upsetting. Harbaugh's... Watching this...
7:03So, he is not happy with the question. He's not happy with the situation.
7:07What he said was that he absolutely did not punish Cam for the fumble.
7:12That was not what happened. They've got four guys in the rotation.
7:16They're waiting for someone to step up and no one has stepped up.
7:20He doesn't want to have four guys out there.
7:23He wants to have one guy and all of those guys want to step up and nobody's doing it.
7:29So, according to him, the normal operating procedure was that Cam has been so bad that they put him last and didn't give him a touch.
7:37Now, obviously, that is not true. That is not...
7:40That's utter nonsense. Well, he's been very bad. That part's true.
7:43Yes. He was clearly also and obviously punished for the fumble.
7:47In the press conference or in the locker room afterwards when you're talking to Cam Scadaboo, he's like, yeah, I'm punished for the fumble.
7:54Like, for sure, he knows he's got to do better.
7:58He can't fumble and not just fumble. I mean, this is supposed to be about Tyrone Tracy, but this is more...
8:04Let's just make it about him. The answer to Tyrone Tracy is...
8:08Don't bank on it. Well, I was going to say is Cam Scadaboo.
8:12It's like, is Cam Scadaboo doghouse this season? Well, I mean, to me, yeah, it's Giants running backs.
8:18And my answer is you can't bank on any of them.
8:21I agree. Fair. Because I don't believe that you're going to make the jump from zero snaps in doghouse to dominator on a team that...
8:29Oh, man, they got a quarterback now! Maybe. Part of what happened yesterday, too, is they said, we got down by so many points.
8:37The third down guys got the snaps. It was Singletary and Tracy.
8:41You didn't see... Like, he basically was saying Cam was in there.
8:45We didn't intentionally not hand him the ball. We didn't call a running play when Cam was in there.
8:51He was in there six times. Yeah, but Najee...
8:54I mean, Najee started and got like, what, three or four carries?
8:58And they were awful, of course. Yeah. But no, I would say that my verdict is don't bank on it for any of these guys.
9:05And I think the one that could emerge as a, you know, RB2-3 guy would be Cam Scadaboo in a redemption role.
9:12But you don't know the quarterback. You don't know...
9:15The team is... I don't know. I don't feel like I can...
9:19No, I don't think you can bank on anyone in this backfield right now.
9:24It's a disaster. If you have to bank on someone, it would be Cam Scadaboo.
9:28I expect him to... Because... Just because he is the most talented of the group.
9:33Yes. And also... And you saw it in overtime last week.
9:37It's just he ended up fumbling. Yeah, and when you watch the press conferences and all the questions and everything that the people around, the media...
9:45Harbaugh, this was my fear before the season. Like, I love Cam Scadaboo.
9:49I wanted at one point to like make him a my guy.
9:53And that was quickly... I was like, I don't believe he's a Harbaugh guy.
9:57And if Harbaugh wants to be like... The woos at practice and banging your head into the wall and all that.
10:04He's a wild man. Awesome dog stuff is not Harbaugh.
10:07Oh, he's a cat guy. Yeah. Oh, Harbaugh loves kitties.
10:10He's a kitty cat guy. For sure. The media is...
10:14We'll see. But they're not gonna let him... We'll see how long they let Harbaugh keep doing this.
10:19Exactly. They're not going to... The media's not going to allow them to just not use Scadaboo.
10:25They will turn adversarial on you in New York, dude.
10:28Especially if you keep losing. So don't bank on it for those.
10:32Trey Tucker, Raiders wide receiver. Start of the week.
10:35Jason, start of the week. Oh, yeah, baby. Five for 97 and two.
10:39Kirk Cousins on Trey Tucker said, Trey Tucker can just roll.
10:42I played with Deshaun Jackson. I've played with four two guys.
10:46He's faster than I realize he is. There's a time I need to launch and he'll go get it.
10:52His 17 game pace now, 99 targets. 68 for 1,009.
10:55Wow. Final year under contract. The catch with Trey Tucker is like there are dudes like this.
11:00The catch is he is Trey Tucker who has done this to us.
11:05And he will do it again two more times this year.
11:08He will have... The big game. The big game.
11:11I mean... He did it in week two. He was the wide receiver six in week two, the wide receiver two so far this week.
11:19And part of why... You know, talk about why you made him a start of the week.
11:24Yeah, because he's a great matchup play. First of all, the Jalen Naylor injury brings clarity to the wide receiver room.
11:31The Buffalo matchup was just too good. You knew...
11:34So, Naylor was there. Sure, but he's been out.
11:37He's been... You know, he hasn't been a part...
11:40Like, he wasn't a practice most of the week.
11:43So, you knew that game plan wise it was going to be Trey Tucker as the focal point.
11:48And Michael Mayer. Yeah. You know what's so funny?
11:51Irritable Bauer syndrome and the poop in his big boy pants.
11:55He had 70 yards. Like, how good is he?
11:58Yes. How good is any player where... I mean, not even a wide receiver.
12:02At tight end he had 70 yards and we're like...
12:05You suck! You suck! Didn't he have no targets at halftime?
12:09Correct. He had nine in the game. Correct. So, it worked itself out enough.
12:13But I do think in the future you're going to have games and they're not going to be for a while.
12:20Not going to play Trey Tucker against the Rams, the Jets, the Niners, the Seahawks, Denver or Cleveland.
12:26And then their bye week. So, but later in the year when they get Arizona in championship week, if...
12:32I mean, I'll bet he ends up having a good game.
12:35So, final verdict on Trey Tucker. Unfortunately, it's a don't bank on it from me as well.
12:41One more chance at it. Omar Cooper Jr. Okay?
12:43Mm. Comes... So, he had a play in the first week of the season.
12:48Touchdown, I think. Let me double check that. I know it was either a big play...
12:53Omar Cooper, first-round wide receiver for the New York Jets.
12:56Okay. And a 30-yard catch got hurt and knocked out.
12:59He hadn't made... Like, we had made a big deal about the fact that this dude wasn't getting preseason play.
13:06Yeah, he was. Then, he comes back this week against New England of all teams and throws up six for 103 and one.
13:1382% of the snaps. He is a first-round pick.
13:16And he had missed the four games with the ankle sprain.
13:19Now, Garrett Wilson had a down week. Well... Adonai Mitchell still out.
13:23This was a Christian Gonzalez game, which is part of the Garrett Wilson issue and part of the Omar Cooper Jr.
13:30issue. It's like... And Adonai Mitchell was not there.
13:33So... And Kenyon Sadiq was... So, it's like... He barely played you.
13:37This was a great situation for Omar Cooper to just happen to be.
13:41However, he is a first-round pick. They spent capital, money, and he's a talented player to bring him on the field.
13:47And what he showed in this game was some great play.
13:51He also had a touchdown in this game that was called back due to penalty.
13:56So, like, his game was even better than this great game he finished with.
14:00I mean, when you want to bank on something, you bank on talent and capital spent.
14:05This is exactly the Jeremy Bernard of last week.
14:08Sure. For me. Like, Will, is Omar Cooper... Is it going to keep going?
14:13That... I can't say that for sure. But we like to bank on situations.
14:17And all the variables are in the right direction for Omar Cooper.
14:21Look, six for 103 with a score. That's... It's probably his best week.
14:25Probably. But... When it comes to the waivers, I will absolutely be putting some...
14:29We have a snap percentage for him. 82%, I believe.
14:3382%. Yeah, I mean, the problem is the return of Mitchell.
14:36The problem is they play slower than Molasses and they were coming back in this game.
14:41Like, one of the reasons Jason and I are now going to be in a tie-breaking face-off this evening, because I took
14:48the under on Geno Smith against Christian Gonzalez in this New England defense that had been dominant.
14:54Well, they were dominant. And then the Jets were put in this position where they turned over, what, Demario Douglas on that play.
15:01They had a couple extra possessions. They had to throw the ball a ton in the second half.
15:07Their preferred... Now, their preferred method may not work.
15:10But their preferred method is, let's run the football.
15:13Let's drain the clock. So, I don't know if...
15:15I wish there was a middle ground between bank on it and don't bank on it.
15:20Well, I think the question that we're asking is not whether you can bank on him having 100 yards and a touchdown
15:27every week, but can you bank on Omar Cooper being part of this offense?
15:32Okay. And I think he is... Is that a yes for you?
15:36That's a yes. That's a bank on it for me.
15:39It's a yes for me as well. I mean, it's crazy to me just how identical this is to Bernard.
15:45You have the players... Because Adonai Mitchell, while Omar Cooper was not the hotness of the offseason, Adonai Mitchell was.
15:52He was having his own little drumbeat going on from the New York media.
15:56But this... When you trade up from 33 to 30, you trade back into the first round to ensure that you're going
16:03to get the player that you want to get, and then he has a great game.
16:08And this is where you move forward and you figure it out.
16:12And you're like, this is now the plan. Yeah, in camp he was behind Isaiah Williams.
16:17That's done. Like, he's going to be at least the third wide receiver on the field now.
16:23So you guys are both bank on it? Yeah.
16:25And you know who the wide receiver three was for them this past week, the Jets?
16:31Fireball Jones. Oh! A.K.A. Oh my goodness. Tim and Patrick.
16:34I don't know if you guys... I did not realize that.
16:37I did not. Oh, he pulled in a catch.
16:40And he turned around and it said, Patrick. And I said, Tim Patrick!
16:44Fireball Jones! I'm going to tell you right now, I did not know he was still in the NFL playing football.
16:51Yeah. And it turns out he caught two passes last week.
16:54So where was I? All right. You guys went bank on it.
16:58That was bank on it smartly presented by U.S.

17:13Bank. We'll take a quick break and we'll jump into some news.
17:17News and notes from around the league. There was one other, the Tim Patrick finding out he plays football.
17:23There was another moment that we had in the studio here, Jason, when there was a large...
17:28Oh! Oh yeah, there was a giant. A very large tight end.
17:32A gigantic. Gigantor. Gigantor. Mo Alley cocks into the end zone again this week for those that remember the good old days.
17:39It's almost like the tight end position for the Colts could have been good this week.
17:44Almost. Almost. Oh, you're bitter. Yeah. That was my prize picks.
17:48Yeah, the Warren surprise inactive was his groin, right?
17:51Ah! Yes, it was. He needs to do the butterfly stretch.
17:54I know. I'll teach you. Butterflystretch.com. Come with me.
17:57Let's stretch. If you sold a course, would you sell one?
18:00Absolutely. Absolutely. I mean, if you put the effort in...
18:04But I would only sell it to NFL players.
18:06Oh, you don't even let the public buy it?
18:09It's exclusive. No, this is for... Step one, sit down.
18:13Well, of course, sit down. Okay. I didn't know if there were extra steps.
18:17Yeah, you absolutely have to sit down. Is there a pre-stretch before you do the butterfly stretch?
18:22No, no, no. You want to go straight into it.
18:26You don't want any muscles getting confused that you're trying to loosen them up.
18:30There's no caterpillar stretch before the... No. Straight to the butterfly.
18:34All right, NFL news to talk about. We got to get serious for a minute here because the Eagles have placed Jalen Hurts officially on injured reserve.
18:42He is expected to miss the remainder of the NFL season.
18:46He had a superficial blood clot that became a deep vein thrombosis.
18:49Yes. He also has a... Some of the clots traveled to his lungs, which can be pulmonary embolism.
18:55It's a serious and scary situation. So he will be placed on blood thinners.
19:00And when you're on blood thinners, which we saw this with Chris Olave last year.
19:04Olave. But we also saw this, wasn't it... We've seen it a few times.
19:09I mean, we've seen it in the NBA a little bit, but like you cannot play football when you're on blood thinners.
19:16And so he is going to... That's a minimum three months.
19:19Yeah. So he's done for the season. Done for not just the fantasy football season, but the NFL season.
19:25He will be gone. And then it also came out just to dap him up a little bit.
19:31Yes. This must be reported because I hadn't seen it until...
19:35When he was in London and kind of diagnosed with some of this stuff, they told him that he can't sleep.
19:41Like it's dangerous to sleep. So he was up for 36 hours and then went and played football.
19:47Dog. Dog. And then got diagnosed with a very serious condition.
19:51So he is done for the season. And honestly, so are the Eagles.
19:55Yeah. The Eagles already were dealing with injuries everywhere.
19:58Um, now it's just like, and they tried to get Andy Dalton back and Andy Dalton said, Andy Dalton said, no, thank you.
20:05I will sign with someone else. Yeah. Which I think we'll get reported in the next day or two.
20:11I love it. I believe he's signing with Atlanta.
20:14Oh, okay. Oh, cause they, they released Cooper rush.
20:17So there are three losses in a row now for the first time in a long time for the Philadelphia Eagles.
20:23The Steelers, uh, we found out before the game place, Robin Wilson on injured reserve.
20:28And we had the breakout performance. Jeremy Bernard. Jeremy Bernard wheels up.
20:32Well, what's funny is that playing Aaron Rodgers would have been fine again.
20:36I mean, yet again, they were down 16 to zero and it took a while.
20:41I mean, they had three points in the first half.
20:44Jeremy had 12 targets. Mecca had 15. That is insane.
20:47Like the passing game had, they basically throw on every play.
20:51Uh, that's why there were some puns submitted for Jalen Warren or Jalen boring or whatever they sent in.
20:57Josh Jacobs. This was humongous news. Yes. Yeah. We have serious fantasy news of the week.
21:02Josh Jacobs is expected to be removed from the commissioner's exempt list today.
21:06It was the last hurrah for Marshall Marshall, Marshall Lloyd.
21:09And he was like, Hey, I'm going to go three for negative two.
21:13And my final game. He wanted to prove the final stat line.
21:17Yeah. My eyeballs said it was terrible, but I didn't look at his actual stats.
21:22Your eyeballs were correct. Yeah. The pack and your eyeballs translated to three for negative Josh Jacobs.
21:28They also came out and said that he is, I mean, not that anyone's surprised, especially after Lloyd, but they came out and said, he's immediately the starter.
21:36So he'll be the starter coming week seven. The way that this was presented by the NFL is that he is active.
21:43You know, it's basically, he's, he spent the six games kind of time served.
21:48The investigation will be forever ongoing. They're trying to get the tape.
21:52If the tape comes out, they reserve the right to punish him way big time.
21:57Um, I, you know, it seems like right now, I mean, obviously the police would not release the video.
22:03So they decided to, uh, you know, take him off the list.
22:06He is active and ready to go starting in week seven until the, until something changes in the future.
22:12All right. Monday night football updates, JCM, Ja'Cory Krosky Merritt ruled out Stefan Diggs, still questionable monitoring that same with Mike Evans pivots there.
22:20Antonio Williams for the commanders, Brandon cooks, most likely Jacob cowing as well for the 49ers.
22:25It would be Christian Kirk. Last I saw, he was questionable.
22:29I think I'd lean, I would not go to Kirk in his first game.
22:33If Evans plays cause he is really banged up.
22:36I mean, I, I think right now people said no, but he's not going to play.
22:41I don't, I'm on the other side. I think if he plays, I think you just have to start him.
22:47I don't, those other pivot options, Brandon cooks, Antonio Williams.
22:51Like I, if Evans was out there, I would just throw Evans out there and hope that he gets a seven yard touchdown, but it's though.
22:59Good Lord. The risk. He's a dog. He is, but, but he's a broken dog.
23:04Yes. He's an old broken dog. The Colts fired Chris Ballard culture circling the drain right now.
23:09They lost to Tennessee, which we know is a great kind of benchmark of your season.
23:14The Cardinals blew it last year and lost to Tennessee.
23:17Their only win. Um, we had another injury. Devante Adams left in the fourth quarter, a left leg injury happened on the final drive.
23:25Looked like non-contact. There's a little bit more, uh, to it because there was a play, the immediate play before he had
23:32kind of been rolled up on or hit on the leg knee.
23:36Thank goodness. And yeah, it, it, the first thought, if you just see a play like that, you think ACL MCL Achilles,
23:43uh, but we don't have an update and nobody asked Sean McVay probably any questions at all because he was probably, he was angry.
23:51They lost to the Cardinals. They lost. The Cardinals are two and Oh at SoFi.
23:55Yeah. The that's more wins than the chargers and Rams have combined at SoFi.
24:00What is happening? We should just, Hey, LA, you want a team?
24:04Dude. Oh, dude, you could use a third team.
24:07Take them. Oh, thank God. I thought you were swapping us.
24:10I'll swap them for the Rams. Yes. No, don't you do that.
24:14Don't, don't give me the charge. That's what first popped into my head.
24:18And it's like, why curse? No curse. Don't do that.
24:21Lad McConkie, who cannot possibly stay healthy. No. This is the third different injury, by the way.
24:27I am cursed this year. Um, concussion in the first quarter has the ribs and also has the, what was the other injury?
24:34It's head, shoulders, knees, and toes. Yeah. Knees and toes, knees and toes.
24:38And this week he goes to the by, which means he can't hurt you this week.
24:43Put him in a chamber. Yeah. Just let him recover.
24:46Honestly, after week one, I feel like they should have, they should have just given him a week or two.
24:53This, this is like the example of really feeling like you need a guy and rushing him back.
24:58And then he's one injury leads to another leads to another cause he's just not ready.
25:04Let, let him heal up. You need him so badly.
25:07In incredible other ways that I lost to the worst team in the league this week, Romeo Dobbs exited the game, which I faced him.
25:15He did the thing. He did the thing. He gave you a real big deal.
25:19He caught a 42 yard touchdown. Yeah. The injury was on a big play.
25:24For Jason. Needed that. And then left with an AC joint sprain.
25:28Uh, I mean, he could have done a lot more.
25:31You know who else could have done a lot more?
25:34Oh my gosh. A.J. freaking Brown. What happened? If you are not, if you are not aware, you look at the box
25:41score and you see, oh, he like, what was a three for 30 or something like that.
25:47Some, something around there. He had a very down game.
25:50And then you're like, whoa, he had 10. Three for 27.
25:53Three for 27. He had 10 targets. He dropped the touchdown.
25:57He dropped five passes. Yes. And he did. One was a touchdown.
26:01One was a bomb. You know, sometimes you run too fast and then you're like, oh my gosh, you kind of want to outrun it.
26:09Uh, no, he was, he was the opposite. He looked like he had slowed down to make the catches or was just slow to begin with.
26:17It was a horrific showing this week. And I can tell you like I, I, he's my start of the week this week.
26:24Prime time. A.J. Brown got 10 targets. You just love what you saw.
26:28No, no, no. I just, I, do you think he's going to drop five passes a game?
26:34Yeah. I don't, but I, I also was just not impressed with him in general in terms of like, what do you look like out there?
26:42So then he almost gave the jets a chance at the end.
26:46Like he screwed up the onside kick. Yeah. Like he was, you couldn't have had a worse game.
26:52No, it was awful. Rashad Bateman exited with a shoulder injury.
26:55Yeah. Jacoby Lane was four for 40, by the way.
26:58Uh, Dalton Kincaid evaluated for a rib injury, which he came back.
27:02Yeah. But I mean, see, here's the problem, Mike.
27:05Okay. And I know you're living in a different head space than, than we are.
27:10Okay. You're like, he's back. I thought he had a touchdown.
27:13We were seven. He was called back. Oh, is that when you wrote that?
27:18Yes. Okay. That makes me, cause you, you said in our chat, you're like, Kincaid is back with all caps.
27:24Yeah. I go and look, nothing happened. He had a touchdown, but I didn't see that.
27:29He had 38 yards receiving. And I'm like, he, I mean, he had more targets.
27:34He led the team in targets and receptions. Here's the thing.
27:37That's a, honestly, that's a big deal right now.
27:40It's a big deal, but, but the, uh, they're going to, they're going to the buy.
27:45I don't like seeing him on an injury report because he has lingering injuries every year and you're going to get DJ Moore back after the buy.
27:54So it's still up in the air for me.
27:57DJ Moore might legit be better for Dalton Kincaid.
28:00Yeah. It could be like, uh, this was so happy.
28:03They didn't play DJ more. This was let him have the bi-week the Dalton Kincaid.
28:08I see it as positive that you were out.
28:11You were out there. You ran your normal amount of routes.
28:14You've got hyper targeted. The production didn't come and you had a touchdown.
28:18There was callback. So it's, we're, we're, I'm look, that's not a like, Hey, we've solved the issue, but it's a, we can buy some more time here.
28:27If you had to lock Kincaid or pits into your lineup the rest of the season, because pits has had two good weeks now in a row.
28:36It's not, and it's not just good weeks for pits is the, the target share has really gone up.
28:42I mean, he, he is in the best irony.
28:45I, he has single handedly saved my chop team for two straight weeks.
28:49He annihilated. I played him in both big leagues.
28:52Oh, face them. Yes. And you lost because of him.
28:55That is correct. Yeah. I mean, I'd probably lean that second garbage.
28:59My 12 personnel against, against Mike. I had one running back.
29:02How many energy drinks do you have over here?
29:05Not enough. I almost knocked one over. Fuel me.
29:08You do. You only drink half of coffee. You drink half.
29:11I'm in the process. Oh, that one's a fresh one.
29:15This is just old. Okay. Yeah. Let's move on to less important things.
29:19This week's fantasy stud muffins. All right. Quarterback starts or quarterback studs rather.
29:23Trevor Lawrence, CJ Stroud. Yeah. What a game on fire to start the week.
29:27Yeah. That was a Lawrence was number one. Stroud was number five.
29:31You had Chuck Drake may who continues to torture Al Borland after he released him and Michael Pinnock's junior from the depths
29:38of how did he get on this list? He got on this list.
29:42I thought he was going to get benched. Kyle Pitts.
29:46Kyle Pitts, two touchdowns. They came back in that game.
29:49They actually like they were down and basically the Bears had to hold on for dear life.
29:54Dude. Penix was so bad in that first half.
29:57Tyler Shuck, I think was the best one. Mike, your start of the week, I believe.
30:02No. Oh, no. No, he was in my prize picks, which the point of the prize picks was to say, I think
30:09that Tyler Shuck is going to have a great game, which he in fact did.
30:14He did. He just did it in different ways.
30:17Yeah. He was. Other than what I was. It was not a.
30:21Yeah. The fantasy stats. Tyler Shuck was also bad in the first half.
30:25Yeah. And even in the game, he threw 144 yards.
30:28Yeah. I mean, that's not a lot. No, but he had four touchdowns because he threw for three touchdowns on one 44
30:35and then he ran for one and he ran for 32 yards.
30:39The offensive line is in shambles. There's going to be some, I mean, it was big for them to get that win,
30:46but there's going to be some tough weeks. I think Shuck is going to be a very hit and miss play where
30:53you don't know when the week is going to be.
30:56Yeah. I think you got to look at the pass for us.
31:00So this coming week against Pittsburgh, TJ Watt, that's a scarier matchup.
31:04Thankfully it's at home. So I think you can play him, but it was good to see him at least bounce back.
31:11Fantasy wise. We didn't expect him to be good two weeks ago against Minnesota.
31:15Right. So, so far he's kind of lived up to the hopes and expectations.
31:20How about Drake May? Who after the first two weeks, he makes no sense.
31:24Who sucked. He is the quarterback one by a mile.
31:27The last three weeks averaging 30 fantasy points per game.
31:30He makes no sense. Buffalo's defense Raiders defense Jets defense.
31:34I mean, that's not the, I mean, Jets are pretty good.
31:37I got good news for you. Yeah. Next week is Chicago and then Miami.
31:41Check this out. Um, yeah, I mean, he's the number one by far over the last three weeks.
31:47His touchdown rate over the last three weeks is 10%.
31:50And it didn't matter that like guys keep getting knocked out.
31:54Yeah. He's, he's figured it out. And I do still think that AJ Brown is obviously a positive for him.
32:00You know, AJ Brown's not going to be a guy that doesn't know how to catch football going forward.
32:06Um, he's, he's an exciting, you know, if you pick them up off of waivers, cause I'm sure he was potentially dropped after a couple of weeks.
32:15That's the type of pickup that is going to change the, the trajectory of a team in your league.
32:21And like that, you know, those are the lucky things that happen where you, you end up winning a championship with Drake
32:28may because you didn't have to draft him. Stroud's been super good since the return of Nico.
32:33And then they added Marvin Harrison who, whoo. What did you think of Marv?
32:38Obviously. I mean, I didn't expect a lot of snap, but I'm saying film wise looks wise route wise.
32:44I mean, I don't know. He looked fine. He looked good.
32:47I mean, there was some stuff that you don't see.
32:51I mean, Marv was stuck targets. Well, there you go.
32:54He was also stuck on the outside all the time in Arizona.
32:58Like just not a lot of in breaking routes and stuff.
33:01The stuff he caught in this game were some, you know, slants and in breaking routes.
33:06I'm going to go watch all nine rounds today.
33:09So, and I'm done. So yeah, the, the running backs this week, Ken Walker was number one, number one in a big way.
33:1619 for one 28 and two. Also Andy Reed, sir, sir.
33:20Oh, don't tell me what happened. Sir. Did I miss a play where I would have won against Jason?
33:26Oh yeah. Oh good. Yeah. Good. Cause I lost by three elite play calling all time hall of fame coach.
33:32When we get to the goal line, stop just doing Walker up the middle.
33:37This is not how we succeed. How have you seen what Kenneth Walker is doing?
33:42And you're like, let's, let's work. We're just going to go.
33:45Jumbo. We're going to go put the beef in actually is dumb.
33:49Especially when you've got Patrick Mahomes. Use his speed.
33:52If he runs to the outside, he'll break the tackle.
33:55Exactly. He breaks tackles over everybody. So we had another one where it was another goal line.
34:00And like, cool. I just, I don't understand why they keep trying to do this when I feel like it's a pitch,
34:07a stretch, just anything like at least towards the side where he can use his speed and break tackles.
34:13He's absolutely dominating the NFL. I saw a, a tweet from field Yates.
34:18This was interesting. Cause he, Kenneth Walker running back one, 26 points this week.
34:22The still have Monday night football to go. No player has reached 30 fantasy points this week, which hasn't happened in any
34:29full week since the start of 2020. You kind of, you are feeling that we had a very low median in our
34:36league, by the way, Ken Walker has 665 rushing yards this season.
34:40The most by any NFL player in history in their first five games of the team.
34:45Hmm. They're doing it right. Mike, mostly doing it right.
34:48I love it. James Cook. Wait, wait, wait, wait.
34:51Who does Kenneth Walker get to play next week?
34:54Oh, his revenge game going to the top in Seattle.
34:57That's a tough matchup, but talk about a prove yourself moment.
35:01Ah, Walker's above these things. Um, his fantasy finishes this year at running back two, two, six, one, one.
35:07He didn't have to compete with Gibbs this week either.
35:10Uh, James Cook. Seattle is desperate for a run game.
35:13There was the two breakout game. We were, we've been waiting for, was it?
35:18Absolutely. He was 12 for 39 on the ground and outrun by Crodd.
35:22It was the touchdown regression game. Yes. And, and he also, he had a touchdown call back.
35:27I don't feel like it was the two breakout game at all.
35:31I guess fantasy. It was a redemption game. What he's had, what he's had all year is tons of great looks, tons
35:38of work, all the opportunity and the touchdowns haven't come.
35:41And so now I just feel like we've been saying the fantasy points are going to come.
35:46They will. And this was kind of what happened.
35:49You had two receiving touchdowns. The fan, you had a great fantasy day with him.
35:54And it was just like, that's what's going, it's going to level out.
35:58It, it should. The, they're going into the bi-week.
36:01Like Crodd did look good. 11 for 55 on the ground.
36:05Like they started. 55! It, it was the Tootin show.
36:08And then Crodd, once he finally got in, I was like, it was, I think three straight awesome carries.
36:14Uh, so. Well, that's still TBD, but. Basial Tootin should be a solid play remaining.
36:19How about 28 carries for Chuba Hubbard? Dude. 28 carries.
36:22Goodness gracious. Uh, he is one of three running backs who have finished with 13 plus fantasy points in every game.
36:29Gibbs, Ken Bone, Chuba. It keeps going. Goodness gracious.
36:31Um, wide receivers. Trey Tucker was number one on the week.
36:35That's a decent start of the week. Yeah. Thank you.
36:38Yes, it is. Malik Nabors, 22.5 and. From the depths.
36:41Almost all of it came late. Well, the fourth quarter, you, you had, uh, 18 come in.
36:47J.J. Double nines. J.J. McCarthy came in. Threw a pick.
36:50Late in the, in the game. Threw a pick.
36:53And then. Threw another one. And then. That actually got, they're like, oh, well, it barely got called back.
36:59He proceeded to bring the Giants back into the game and throw more yards, throw for more yards in that quarter than
37:06Justin Herbert has achieved in any game this year.
37:09Beautiful. The, of note, I don't know how many, uh, the backups were in for the saints, but I just, I saw
37:16Kellen Moore questioned about it of like, do you regret pulling your starters that early?
37:20And he was like, well, yeah, but so while, while the, the double nine story, it was fun.
37:26It was very exciting. What do you think they do?
37:29Do they start J.J. Now? I. I imagine they will.
37:33I think they will. By the way, two of the top five scores this week were starts of the week.
37:39I just noticed that Tucker, number one, Matthew golden at number five in between their neighbors, Jeremy Bernard to JSN.
37:45It worked out this week for those guys. Metcalf was also in this list.
37:50I mean, 11 for 93 on 15 targets. And he was 44% of the first read targets.
37:55It was a very slow start, a bunch of screen passes, but it accumulated.
38:00Talked about Omar Cooper jr. Nice week for Jalen Noel for four, one seven.
38:04Yeah. Pay attention. The, uh, the non Nico wideouts seem to rotate big games from time to time, but no is a very good player.
38:12Devante Smith. It worked out 14 targets, seven for 75.
38:15It took a long time. At least it's good to see though, because you're going to have McKee going forward.
38:22Like you've got this quarterback and now the fact that you sure that could change, but we know it's not Jalen hurts.
38:29And so when Jalen hurts is out of the way is Devante Smith dead.
38:33And it was like, okay, 14 targets. I mean, it turned into 75 yards and a touchdown.
38:39It, it was tough. But if you're going to tell me that he's getting 14 targets, I'm, I'm so happy to, he
38:46will also be pay attention for some injury news.
38:48Cause he's banged up. I know he, he like, I think they had said he retweaked his hamstring.
38:54Yeah. You saw him down on the sideline, but he came back.
38:58His touchdown was after that. Was it? Yeah. I'm pretty sure we had the first career touchdown from Carnell Tate six for
39:0570 in this game because of course he was on Jason's team facing me.
39:09Uh, how about a top 10 finish two weeks in a row to Mario Douglas, eight targets, seven for 86 and one.
39:16Now you have this AC joint injury to Dobbs.
39:19You have Matt Collins who has been out. You have AJ Brown coming back, but Douglas seems to be involved enough to
39:26be a spot start here and there. Um, and then the tight ends who continue to dominate.
39:32I mean, Isaiah likely at the tippy top of the list every week.
39:36It was nothing. He had done nothing. 11 targets, six for 99 and one two point conversion, the tight end one on the season.
39:44He's been the tight end one on three of six weeks.
39:47That's crazy. It's like he very bizarre of how do you have John Harbaugh had this player last year.
39:53Like, yeah, but he had Mark Andrews. I, you know, it's weird.
39:57I know he's it's we're, we're redeeming everything. Isaiah likely is the player who you said that he was.
40:03I, it's very bizarre though. I say like Kyle pits the only the number one and number two tight ends this week
40:10are the only reason I was able to beat Mike because they started them both, which is not a traditional strategy.
40:17Like I told you, I played 12 personnel. Yeah, you got, you got forced into it.
40:22Uh, Kyle pits was number two. Tommy trimble. Number three out of nowhere.
40:26No waller. It was trimble. Colston. Yeah. Freaking. There he is.
40:29We're on the board. I was saying we have not.
40:33I wouldn't few that. I would. I would few.
40:35Yes. Oh, I guess that that feels like from absolutely.
40:39Yeah. No, no, no. I get it. I get it.
40:42I meant like TBD on the future, but it was awesome to see.
40:46No. At the same time again, this was like the first, I mean, we had that week one crazy game and then we haven't seen him with Caleb.
40:55And so this was fantastic to five for 60 and one in the first half.
41:00And then, well, they were just doing anything else in the second.
41:04They, they know it was awesome. It was, I mean, it wasn't just him.
41:08Burden had a good game. Yeah. Um, Loveland had a good game.
41:12Swift had a good game. Happy to have Caleb back.
41:15Rome had an awesome catch. He did. It was great.
41:18He did. He had his three for 39 starting to be known for awesome catch.
41:23Yeah. He's an awesome catch guy. Yeah. We'll take a break.
41:26We'll talk duds. Just real quick. Cause of the bears situation of working.
41:31Still have to figure this out because Rome ran the most routes of the wide receiver crew by a lot.
41:37He I'm seeing 40. Number two is Khalif Raymond.
41:40And then here Luther burden with his eight catches had 18 routes.
41:44Wow. Like the targets per route run are off the charts.
41:47Add it to the database. First, first real game with Caleb back.
41:51We'll keep building the analysis here and see what happens in the future weeks.
41:55Um, let's talk duds. Pooped in his big boy pants.
41:59I brother. Yeah. Uh, Dak. What's going on here?
42:02The last two weeks for Dak 34 for 54, uh, through two disgusting interceptions.
42:06The pressure is getting to him and one of them was CD lamp fell over.
42:11Yes. But yeah, that was unfortunate. I'm not putting that one on Dak.
42:15Yeah. That was unfortunate. But the, um, I don't know.
42:18There's been an accuracy issue with Dak. Yeah. The last two weeks you've seen it on the field.
42:24You know, he took a walloping early in that game.
42:27And I wondered coming back after I was like, is he going to, is he going to look bad after that play?
42:34Cause he got smoozed. Yeah. If you want to know, they were getting pressure.
42:38I haven't even looked at this number yet, but I bet it's going to be terrible.
42:44I'm going to go look. Yeah. So the last two weeks when targeting like CD lamb was 17 of 21 targets, the Tampa Bay game.
42:52Remember how bad Dak, I mean, they lost that game.
42:55Remember how bad Dak looked accuracy wise. So between the Tampa Bay game and the green Bay game, 48% catch percentage targeting CD lamb.
43:02Like, and you've watched these plays. It's not CDs fall.
43:06I mean the, the falling over one, we can take that away.
43:09But like Dak's just been off. Yeah. And now the team is what?
43:14Two and four, but they are four. I mean, that is talk about the most winnable division possible.
43:19Yeah. This could be if the commanders lose tonight, this would be like the first time in a long time that the
43:26same division have had all four teams play in back-to-back weeks and all four teams don't win gross, which is, it's tough to do my homes.
43:35This was a, no touchdowns for him. It was worthy, but not worthy of a start because he didn't get any passing touchdowns.
43:42Had a pick Bo Nix. We know the story.
43:45Oh man. I'm going to, I'm going to go out on a limb here.
43:49I think Bo Nix will have a very, very good bounce back game against Arizona next week.
43:55Hmm. It's in Arizona. And the re one of the reasons I believe it is because there's been a report.
44:01Did you see this where the, the, the terminology report?
44:04Yeah. So like Davis Webb had a certain terminology that he was using.
44:08And then when Peyton took play calling back, he completely changed it.
44:12I think Peyton wants to kind of settle the narrative on Bo Nix this upcoming week and we'll see if he's capable
44:19of doing it, but going to Arizona, Arizona just upset the Rams.
44:23I expect one next to have a pretty good week.
44:26I don't know if I'm going to go start of the week territory, but I think they'll get it figured out this week against the Cardinals.
44:34There is an all time tweet out there from a big Mike who tweets Bo Nix has the shortest name in NFL history.
44:42Five letters. It is still longer than his average depth of target 4.9.
44:46That's great. That's great. That's in San. You see the video where they were showing.
44:51I was like, okay, if he were a baseball player, this is how many pitches it would take to get the home plate.
44:58It, I mean, you will see. Come back. Second half.
45:01Come back. Let me know what happens. Second half last week.
45:05The average throw was behind the line of scrimmage.
45:08Uh, I could do that. I would hope so.
45:10Peyton today says Bo Nix is going to become the byproduct of all the things that get improved or whatever that means.
45:17Um, running backs. I, I, it's rare to get Monday Punday entries for Bijan Robinson, but they came in this week just
45:24nine for 61 in this game where they were getting boat raced.
45:28It kind of, you'd think he'd be part of the solution to about race targets.
45:33Um, so yeah, he says, of course he wishes Kevin Stefanski says, of course he wishes he got the ball into Bijan hands earlier.
45:41Yeah. We're all trying to find the guy who did this.
45:44We obviously discussed camp scataboo already zero for zero for zero, not startable right now.
45:49You got to wait for the redemption first. Derek Henry just 17 for 58 with a fumble, a costly fumble.
45:55And then you have down games from Ramondre. That one was what?
45:59That was weird. Like we need to look into this.
46:02So Ramondre was bad. Uh, Travion Henderson did play.
46:05If you missed that, the Wolverine blood kicked in and he returned.
46:09And then, but at the end of the game, Corey Kiner was the one getting all the clock killing carries.
46:15Well, we did know that Ramondre had been banged up going into last week's game.
46:20We thought he was going to miss last week's game.
46:23I don't know if they wanted to take the load off there and they obviously can't give it to Travion.
46:30Mm hmm. And then Bucky goes Travion fumbled against him.
46:33Yeah. Which is mind blowing. Like you have one thing you can't do.
46:37They did put him back in after that. Bucky Irving had 85% of snaps.
46:42No Sean Tucker didn't get the goal line carry cause they threw it.
46:4619 carries. You like that? 46 yards. You don't like that, but we're going to get Baker back.
46:51Baker should be back. I think next week against Carolina.
46:55We'll see what happens there. Tyler Algier was awful.
46:57It was Bam night for Arizona. There's a point in this game where Algier was eight for eight.
47:03Bam night having a great game against the Rams where Tyler Algier, who everyone started for fantasy is just garbage.
47:10You guys remember when I took the seemingly easiest lowest green goblin ever with Hampton 11 and a half rushing yards.
47:16Yeah. He finished seven for 18. Yeah. Congrats. I mean, this is sweating.
47:20I, Oh, I, I, I wasn't sweating cause I didn't realize it was that low.
47:25I just thought it was an easy one. Mike McDaniel.
47:28They're going into the by the chargers Harbaugh looks like he's going to literally pass out at the podium every week.
47:35He looks as like dead as you can look like a corpse and Mike McDaniel is not surviving the by week.
47:42Mike McDaniel will be gone. And in the best part of that will be the, the, this show will benefit because taking
47:49over for Mike McDaniel will be none other than Adam Gase.
47:52Adam Gase will be the new offensive coordinator. No.
47:55Of the charge. This is your, you're calling this.
47:58This is my near guarantee. Oh my gosh. He will be the interim offensive coordinator.
48:03Mike McDaniel will be nowhere to go, but up right.
48:06Yeah. Selling tickets at the movie theater. Give me a bucket.
48:10This is what I think will happen during the by week.
48:13There is no, you can't be absurd. I can't imagine retaining.
48:17You can't go into the by week. Yeah. I can't imagine retaining McDaniel through a by week when you're Owen six and
48:24your offense hasn't been able to score 15 points or more than 15 points.
48:28It's just if Adam Gase takes over, I want to know what the checks that these guys would write to not go
48:35to the podium anymore in Los Angeles because the questions Herbert was getting, but some of these questions, fine.
48:41You have a right to ask them. It's your job to inform the public where it's an entertainment product.
48:47We're the fans. We get to learn things, but some of these questions are the dumbest question.
48:53Oh man. I've never heard on the face of the planet.
48:56You know, it's stuff like, Hey, Hey, um, you know, Herbert, uh, Justin, what, what do you, uh, what do you think
49:03you need to do to get better? Well, I got to go watch the film and I gotta, I gotta, I gotta
49:10practice and I gotta do this stuff. And then it's, uh, what, didn't you do those things the first six weeks and they didn't work.
49:18So what else do you need to do? What else?
49:21Oh, no, no, no, I'm done. My job. I just had this conversation with my wife.
49:26We were watching, uh, the Thursday night game. And I think the question for the coach is like, tell me about the courage you saw.
49:34And it's like, well, banished. Give, give me control of this.
49:38All, all sideline interviews banished. We don't need them.
49:41Who wants, who wants those? Like they're always trash there.
49:44It's the stupidest questions. I mean, if you want to ask the team that's winning a question at halftime, cool.
49:50You, you want to go ask the losing team, it's ridiculous.
49:54Yeah. There's just nothing. It's just something. They never ask a real question.
49:58It's just something to make noise. They're like, here's my statement.
50:01How do you react to my statement? That's not a question.
50:05No, no. The crazy part is no one cares about this crap.
50:09People are paid a big salary. I know. I don't understand it.
50:12And like, that's a lot of money. I don't understand it.
50:16So, so basically let's say you're giving up a bunch of yards to Ken Walker.
50:21You go to the sideline and you go, Ken Walker's doing a lot of damage to you.
50:26What do you do to stop it? Like it's like the dumbest.
50:30We're trying to. Yeah. What do you think we're doing?
50:33I, I, our tackling scheme is wrong. We prepared for Emmett.
50:37I hate that part of football so much. It's just a bunch of like, it's just production fluff.
50:42Yes. It isn't substantive. No. And that I am.
50:45I hate it. If we can just unite against like these follow up insults that the reporters give, because that's what they're not.
50:53They're not follow up questions. They're follow up insults.
50:56It's a way to say something. Trying to get them clicks.
50:59Yeah. It's a way to say something as in the form of a question that is a pure insult to see if
51:06the person will respond with a, they are who we thought they were type of thing.
51:11You're ugly. How do you respond? Yeah. It's like, what?
51:14What? Look, everybody out there noticed how bad your coaching was.
51:18Why is that? I mean. Yes. That's what I mean.
51:21Oh, dude. Sometimes. Some of that is really, really stupid.
51:24But I do think you've got to put pressure on these coaches.
51:28You know, like if, if nothing comes, Mike McDaniel, Mike McDaniel needs to lose his job.
51:33Like should. Has to. And I don't know if that happens.
51:37It won't be because of the media pointing out how bad he's been.
51:41It will help. Well, it could. You can. It could.
51:44Like I'm fine with like react to it on your sports shows.
51:48Like we're, we're doing it right now, but yeah.
51:51Why are we talking to the person? I get what you're saying.
51:54Are we on wide receiver? Yeah. AJ Brown. We talked about it.
51:58We talked about it. One of the worst games imaginable dropped.
52:02He was a double agent. Five passes. He could have had a monster game.
52:06Yes. He should have had a touchdown and at least 70 yards.
52:10There is some footage of him, or a clip I have of him running around.
52:15Wow. Giving that to AJ Brown. Go watch. Go watch, Mike.
52:18Yeah, I'm going to. This dude's moving at like 38% speed.
52:22He came back a week too early. Michael, I agree with that.
52:26Michael Wilson. Listen, four for 32. I mean, Jacoby Bursette sucks.
52:29Here's what's weird. Well, he does. The Cardinals won by the way.
52:33Yes. While scoring 18 points and no touchdowns. So nearly identical stat lines the last two weeks for Michael Wilson.
52:39So you let go of Marv and the last two weeks.
52:43It's time to shine Wilson. Four for 34 for 32.
52:46Now, would you have said that the Cardinals had a good wide receiver room?
52:51No. When Marv was there? Yeah. I would not.
52:53I think most people would say like the pass catchers for the Cardinals were pretty good.
52:58Michael Wilson is good. Marv and Kendrick Bourne. Suddenly it's Jalen Brooks and Kendrick Bourne under the 2-3 and it doesn't feel good.
53:06Marv needs to step up right now. Marv? Well, yes.
53:09I stand by it. Also, Michael Wilson needs to step up.
53:13He's on pace for 165 targets. Awesome. And not a thousand yards, which is difficult to do.
53:18But Jacoby Brissett is not pushing the ball down the field.
53:21I know they won the game, but they won the game on field goals.
53:26The Cardinals have not been scoring. They are going to be a low scoring team.
53:31Last week they put up 21 points. But remember that 14 of those points came in absolute garbage.
53:36Like fourth quarter garbage time. They were so blown out that he's playing against nothing coverage.
53:41Easy peasy. It was false. You know, they played Denver this week.
53:45Are they going to score a dozen points? The Cardinals, no.
53:49The Cardinals have given up in successive weeks. 31, 36, 36, and 45 points.
53:53They just held the Rams. Is this LeFleur knew what to do?
53:57They held the Rams to 16 points. Is this that he had the secrets?
54:02It's McVay has got to be melting. The Rams are.
54:05There's this dude on Instagram. If I knew your name.
54:08I don't need this. I could be announcing on Amazon.
54:11Have you seen the dude on Instagram that do the impression?
54:15Yeah. And he's got the point of hair right up in the front.
54:19Yep, yep, yep, yep, yep, yep, yep. Uh-huh, uh-huh.
54:22Yeah, yeah. Let's focus positive on the negatives. Positive on the negatives.
54:25Yeah. He's hilarious. It's rough. The Rams are sitting in last place behind the Arizona Cardinals in the division.
54:32They're behind? Oh, because they had the head. They just lost.
54:35Oh, my gosh. The NFL is drunk all the time.
54:38We didn't even talk about the Browns winning. I'm so curious, Super Bowl odds.
54:43Like, I'll bet the Rams are still... Oh, let's get it.
54:46Yeah, I'll look that up. Let me guess when you get there.
54:50Okay. Let me and Mike guess who we think of the top three Super Bowl contenders.
54:55Yeah. Okay. I mean, Kansas City's a foregone conclusion.
54:58That one's done. Buffalo's in there. Kansas City's in there.
55:01What's the third team? It's gotta be... Is it San Francisco?
55:05Yeah. Yeah, it's gotta be your top three. Okay, so you think the top three are who?
55:10I think the top three are the Chiefs, Buffalo, and San Francisco in some order.
55:15Are you not including Minnesota in there? No. No.
55:18Not with that offense. It goes Niners first. Yeah.
55:21Bills second. Chiefs third. Yeah. The next highest is probably Baltimore.
55:24Baltimore is the next highest? Yeah. Okay, let me see if I can keep this going.
55:29The next two, because the next two are important.
55:32Can you give me a conference? I can give you a division.
55:36Uh... That's a bigger hint. I don't want the bigger hint.
55:39I want the smaller hint. Uh... Yeah, it's NFC.
55:42Both of them. Both of them. Packers or one of them?
55:46No. No. That's why it's... It can't be the Packers.
55:49Think about what I just said. Oh. Seattle? Yes.
55:52And the Rams. Yeah. Yeah. No, that's fine. Rams are sixth.
55:55Yeah, that makes sense. At two and four. I can give you the team...
56:00The Vikings are five and O. I can give you the team name.
56:04And no one can score on them. No, we know what we got there.
56:08A regular season team right now. Are you kidding me?
56:12Minnesota didn't lose state as long. Are you kidding me?
56:15Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?
56:19Are you kidding me? Let me tell the story a different way, Mike.
56:23Okay. The story goes like this. Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, Brock Purdy, Lamar Jackson, Matthew Stafford, Sam Darnold, Super Bowl winning.
56:29Kyler Murray. Yeah, all right. That's the story. I'm not supporting Kyler.
56:33I'm supporting Flores and that defense. Yeah. They've allowed 64 points.
56:37I'm not saying they're not good. I'm just saying they're not that good yet.
56:41They can prove it to me over the next five weeks.
56:45Also, you know, look, they've been... They've had a great defense before.
56:49They've been lights out. However... Yeah, give me the schedule.
56:52They played Chicago. That was when... With no Caleb.
56:55Well, that was the weather game. That was the weather game.
56:58That was the weather game. He lost. Tampa, Miami, New Orleans.
57:02Tampa Bay, Miami, New Orleans. It's not like they've been facing those type of quarterbacks.
57:06Roma, Dunze, Garrett Wilson, Jalen Waddle, Josh Downs. Josh Downs is not going to happen.
57:11That's what we need to learn here. It's just no matter how much we want it to happen, you took Warren away.
57:18You've taken Pierce away. And the highest you've finished as a wide receiver is the wide receiver 34 three weeks ago.
57:2578, 47, and 38. I mean, the last four weeks without those guys, he's on pace for 63, for 7, 65, and 0.
57:32I mean, it's Keenan Allen. Nine targets, nine targets, 11 targets in his last three games.
57:37Yeah, I said tooken. All right? I know. J.R.
57:40Tuken. No, that's the sequel to Taken. It's tooken.
57:43Oh, yeah. It's a good movie. Tooken. Taken 2.
57:46Taken 2. Good luck. I have a particular set of skills.
57:49Look, you can't get every word right. If this show is taught...
57:53Fred Durst did it all for the tookie. I believe you mean Totten, if anything.
57:58Look at that hair. What's going on? I'm still recovering from a hole in one.
58:03Yeah, I need a haircut. Things are good. Things are good.
58:06Shut it down. They're cutting the shower. Shut it down.
58:09These are things... The man is drunk. But there he goes.
58:13These are things that happen after you lose to the worst team in the league with your super team.
58:19And all week long, all week long, every time I mention any possibility of losing to Jason, I got blah, blah, blah, don't worry about it.
58:27Blah, blah, blah. And I'm like, I think it's actually going to be a problem.
58:32Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Guess what? It was a problem.
58:36We were wrong. No, I was right. You were all wrong.
58:39I was right because Andy was like, who do I play in this last spot?
58:44I'm like, I think I play Flannoy. Okay. Which I did have in.
58:48And you would have won. Honestly, you did a lot to lose to me.
58:52I did so much. I did so much to lose.
58:56If we knew that you were going to be playing Najee Harris and who else did you?
59:01Ty Johnson. Yeah, okay. Maybe we would have said, yeah, to worry.
59:05But you didn't have those players in your lineup.
59:08You had Kendrick Bourne and Flannoy. And I was like, yeah, I can't.
59:12No, I didn't have Flannoy. I had Metcalf who I traded that morning.
59:16Who would have also won me the week. I agree, Mike.
59:20We were not wrong. You were wrong. I was very wrong in every way.
59:24Give me some tight ends that laid an egg.
59:27Juwan Johnson, Darren Waller, and Harold Fannin. Waller, you know, Philly's a tough tight end matchup and he was coming off of a toe injury.
59:35Oh, Fannin. Uh, Fannin. Yeah. In a victory, they came back and they beat the Ravens.
59:40That was a really low scoring game though. Yeah.
59:43That was a gross game. Yeah, it was. It seemed like the Ravens were going to have no problem.
59:49It did. And then that turned into lots of problems.
59:52So, yeah, that's, it was a crazy week once again.
59:55I mean, the Waller thing doesn't seem to be.
59:58Waller's pretty much just a touchdown. Yeah. You're, you're, you're searching around the goal line for that.
60:04So he's a dangerous play no matter what. Yeah.
60:06I think we might do well not to suggest him.
60:10Yeah. We, well, I mean in the matchup we said that we pretty much wouldn't play him.
60:15All right. Since I can't talk anymore apparently and we've got waivers to prepare for tomorrow.
60:20Mr. Yeah. I'll just smirk in his face off over there.
60:24Um, congrats on losing with me. You lost. I lost.
60:27Mike loss. Only the loser team won this week.
60:30That's right. Uh, waivers tomorrow. Thursday night preview on Wednesday.
60:33We'll say goodbye. I'm going to go, uh, do some vocal lessons and we'll get back out here.
60:39Enjoy the Monday night football game. Pay attention to Evans.
60:42Yeah. Attention to digs. We'll tweet some stuff out.
