A.J. Brown

NegativeRole33:39

AJ Brown will be involved in the offense; he's mentioned in context of DeMario Douglas's role and target share going forward.

Insight page

Antonio Williams

PositiveRole9:30

Terry Terry Oh identifies Antonio Williams as a waiver wire target with opportunities in the void left by Terry McLaurin's injury. Suggests fighting for him on waivers as a player who will have consistent opportunities in Washington's offense.

Insight page
NegativeRole35:28

Had a good rookie or first week, but then lost opportunity when Jaden returned; unclear if his best performance has been seen yet, pending a week where he's schemed as a primary option.

Insight page

Baker Mayfield

PositiveMatchup42:59

Baker Mayfield is a strong waiver wire pickup option this week against the Carolina Panthers. The Panthers rank 24th in schedule-adjusted points allowed to the position, making this a favorable matchup for streaming purposes.

Insight page

Brian Thomas Jr.

NegativeRole54:02

Terry Terry Oh mentions Brian Thomas Jr. in the context of potential trade opportunities and depth chart movement, suggesting moves could develop in the wide receiver market.

Insight page

C.J. Stroud

PositiveProjection41:22

CJ Stroud is the start of the week, not just a streaming option. In four games with Nico Collins active, Stroud has averaged 71% completion percentage, approximately 300 passing yards per game, and over 20 fantasy points per game—elite fantasy quarterback production. With Tank Dell returning, Marvin Harrison Jr. acquired, and multiple capable receivers (Hutchinson, Booty, and others) in the system, Stroud faces the New York Giants as a 10-point home favorite, creating an excellent matchup.

Insight page

Chigoziem Okonkwo

PositiveSleeper35:15

Chig Okonkwo is only 14% rostered and will be a season-long beneficiary of injuries; he had opportunity when Diggs was out to step up as the two, and he impressed during that stretch.

Insight page

Christian McCaffrey

NegativeUsage5:18

McCaffrey posted 9 catches and 16 carries in Week 7, his highest opportunity total of the season (26 total touches). The 49ers continue to manage his workload intentionally despite the monster output; he's averaging 17 opportunities per game this season versus 18-19 last year through five weeks, with the team prioritizing long-term health and playoff availability over record-breaking regular-season production.

Insight page

Deebo Samuel

NegativeInjury17:50

Debo Samuel is unlikely to return until after the bye week for the 49ers, indicating a multi-week absence.

Insight page

Demario Douglas

PositiveProjection33:39

DeMario Douglas has had two monster weeks; however, with Dobbs gone and AJ Brown involved, there is uncertainty about the next few weeks, though he remains a spot start option.

Insight page

Deshaun Watson

NegativeProjection38:06

Has been playing okay and better recently, but takes more sacks than any other quarterback and looks bad when throwing interceptions about 50% of the time; this volatility makes him a risky play despite the Titans defense being weak.

Insight page

DK Metcalf

NegativeMatchup30:35

Metcalf had 3 catches for 30 yards in overtime stats during a recent game that went to overtime; the wide receivers were very exciting this week, but the running backs were stinky.

Insight page
NegativeProjection31:06

D.K. Metcalf had 3 for 30 in overtime stats this week; the wide receivers overall were very exciting but the running backs were stinky.

Insight page

Dyami Brown

NegativeRole10:15

Terry Terry Oh mentions Diami Brown will be involved in Washington's offense post-McLaurin, with a rumor that BTJ may be traded to Washington this morning.

Insight page

George Kittle

NegativeUsage5:05

Kittle posted 5 catches for 69 yards and a touchdown in Week 7 against the Commanders, contributing to the 49ers' dominant first-half performance before an invisible second-half offensive showing.

Insight page

Hunter Henry

PositiveProjection34:30

Hunter Henry should be moved up; he's had a couple of good weeks and is recommended as a tight end option to monitor.

Insight page

Jaleel McLaughlin

NegativeValue27:37

McLaughlin went 9 for 41 rushing and 4 for 14 through the air; Terry Terry Oh calls him a pretty interesting one-week start if Judkins sits out again, but notes Dylan Samson is also in the mix and the path forward is unclear. There are definitely leagues where McLaughlin should be picked up, but the situation is murky with Jonah Coleman expected to return at some point.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

NegativeRole8:00

The speaker references Jalen Daniels (not Hurts) and a recurring question about whether offensive struggles stem from Dan Quinn's play-calling or Daniels' execution; both are deemed at fault, with the speaker unable to definitively assign primary blame for the Commanders' offensive mismanagement.

Insight page

Jayden Daniels

NegativeRole8:00

Jaden Daniels and the Commanders' offense continue to struggle with execution and play-calling decisions; the speaker characterizes both Daniels and coach Dan Quinn as responsible for offensive mismanagement, including a controversial fourth-down field goal attempt that Quinn later tried to explain away.

Insight page
NegativeMatchup12:15

Terry Terry Oh highlights the Commanders' offensive line collapse as a major concern for Jayden Daniels. Notes the beat reporter called it 'the worst I've ever seen a Commanders offensive line.' On a hail mary attempt, the line rushed only three players against six blockers, all three got through, and Daniels got 'smooshed.' Describes the performance as an embarrassment.

Insight page
NegativeRole12:34

Jaden Daniels faced severe offensive line protection breakdowns in a recent game, with the Cardinals rushing only three defenders against six blockers, all three reaching him. Despite this, he was driving for scoring opportunities inside the 20-yard line with multiple end zone shots before an intentional grounding penalty ended the drive.

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

NegativeDepth Chart15:03

Jonathan Taylor was acquired by Mike via trade of draft capital. Trade rumors emerged the morning of the podcast involving the Seahawks, though the hosts expressed skepticism that Seattle would properly utilize him as a workhorse back rather than in a platoon role.

Insight page

Jordyn Tyson

PositiveInjury31:54

Jordan Tyson is traveling with the team to Paris, suggesting his return could be sooner rather than later; this is positive news for his recovery timeline.

Insight page

Josh Jacobs

NegativeDepth Chart14:46

Josh Jacobs was traded from one league team to the Packers fan in the room, representing a notable mid-season roster move.

Insight page

Keenan Allen

PositiveUsage34:04

Keenan Allen is highlighted as a target-heavy option for bye week fill-ins; if you're looking for targets, Keenan Allen is a solid choice for spot starts.

Insight page

Kendrick Bourne

PositiveUsage34:04

Kendrick Bourne had eight targets and will continue to receive targets; he's a reliable option for bye week fill-ins.

Insight page

Kyle Pitts

NegativeProjection35:00

Kyle Pitts is referenced as a comparison point; the source mentions he looks like the Kyle Pitts everyone was excited about, suggesting a similar profile or expectation.

Insight page

Kyler Murray

PositiveMatchup40:29

Kyler Murray is a strong streaming quarterback option this week against Indianapolis; available in more than 50% of leagues. Terry Terry Oh notes Murray has looked incrementally better with each week of acclimation to the system, and Indianapolis's defense is "very, very opposite of good," making this a favorable matchup despite Murray's overall performance not yet being strong.

Insight page

Lamar Jackson

NegativeDepth Chart14:55

Lamar Jackson was traded away by Jason to Al in a league transaction.

Insight page

Laquon Treadwell

NegativeRole52:35

Terry Terry Oh raises the question of whether Treadwell is droppable, suggesting uncertainty about his roster status and the need to evaluate drop candidates in the context of available waiver options.

Insight page

Mark Andrews

NegativeProjection33:27

Mark Andrews is described as being toast, indicating he is no longer a viable fantasy option for the Ravens offense.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

PositiveRole26:12

Marvin Harrison Jr.'s trade to the Texans adds elite receiving talent to an offense that previously lacked depth. Terry Terry Oh notes that Harrison is now running routes in the system alongside Tank Dell, Hutchinson, and other capable receivers, transforming the Texans from a team with limited passing options into one with multiple capable targets for CJ Stroud.

Insight page

Michael Mayer

NegativeRole37:05

Not a bad option; the team's primary receivers are their two tight ends, and Mayer was paid as such, indicating a significant role in the offense.

Insight page

Michael Pittman

PositiveProjection30:01

Pittman looked outstanding and is exactly where Aaron Rodgers expects him to be in the offense; however, Terry Terry Oh cautions that the 10 targets per week he's been receiving is probably not sustainable when all three Colts receivers (Pittman, Alec Pierce, and another) are healthy and on the field together. Pittman was playing through injury before, but the target volume will likely decrease once the full receiving corps is available.

Insight page

Mike Evans

NegativeInjury0:36

Suffered an Achilles injury after hobbling and leaving the field immediately; walked straight off without going to the sideline, indicating severity. While the Achilles is reportedly intact, he is not healthy. Kyle Shanahan expressed early optimism about Evans playing Week 8, but rest is strongly recommended given the bye week opportunity.

Insight page
NegativeInjury4:30

Evans suffered a scary lower-body injury in Week 7 that initially raised concerns of a torn Achilles; the injury is intact but not healthy. Kyle Shanahan expressed hope Evans could play Week 8, but the speaker strongly advises against rushing him back given the 49ers' undefeated record and upcoming bye week, arguing he needs rest despite Evans' veteran status and willingness to play.

Insight page
NegativeUsage5:05

Evans posted 3 catches for 94 yards before suffering his lower-body injury in Week 7, showing strong production in limited action before the injury occurred.

Insight page
NegativeInjury17:42

Mike Evans suffered an Achilles injury, a significant setback for the Buccaneers' receiving corps.

Insight page

Nico Collins

PositiveRole41:18

Nico Collins's presence in the Texans offense has been transformative for CJ Stroud's fantasy production. In the four games Collins has been active, Stroud has averaged 71% completion percentage, approximately 300 passing yards per game, and over 20 fantasy points per game, indicating Collins is a key target and efficiency driver in the passing game.

Insight page

Omar Cooper Jr.

PositiveSleeper30:52

Terry Terry Oh wants to pick up Omar Cooper Jr., noting he's still barely rostered; Terry Terry Oh sees him as a potential waiver wire target among the exciting wide receivers this week.

Insight page
PositiveBreakout31:21

Terry Terry Oh says Omar Cooper Jr. is still barely rostered and deserves to be picked up; he had a breakout game and Terry remains hopeful about his potential despite initial hesitation.

Insight page

Puka Nacua

NegativeRole34:04

Puka Nacua was out, which helped the equation for other receivers like Kendrick Bourne; his absence opened up opportunities for other pass catchers.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

NegativeRole26:55

Despite being an awesome pass catcher, Barkley has not been used in the passing game to the degree he should be, even before his recent fumble benching; Terry Terry Oh expects Barkley to return as the starter and get the majority of work, but notes the upcoming matchup is bad for running back production.

Insight page

Seth McGowan

NegativeRole52:38

Terry Terry Oh suggests McGowan could be a waiver target if a locked-in RB becomes available, but expresses hesitation about making definitive statements on McGowan's fantasy viability at this stage.

Insight page

Stefon Diggs

NegativeRole8:15

Diggs is very limited at this stage of his career in terms of big-play upside on the outside; with McLaurin out, Diggs becomes the possession receiver with a raised floor but limited ceiling, functioning as a high-floor, low-ceiling option in the Commanders' passing game.

Insight page
PositiveProjection8:30

Terry Terry Oh notes Diggs' floor has risen significantly post-McLaurin injury; expects him to see nine targets every game. While ceiling is limited due to his role as a possession receiver rather than big-play threat, floor is now as safe as nearly any receiver in the league. Compares the profile to Keenan Allen in Indianapolis—consistent targets but game-to-game scoring volatility (e.g., six catches for 44 yards without touchdown).

Insight page
NegativeRole35:15

Stefon Diggs was out, which created opportunity for Chig Okonkwo to step up as the two receiver; his absence opened up targets for other pass catchers.

Insight page
NegativeRole35:18

When Diggs was out, Okonkwo had opportunity to step up as the number two receiver but did not impress during that stretch; Chig subsequently took over the role.

Insight page

Tank Dell

PositiveRole41:53

Tank Dell's return to the Texans offense adds another capable receiver to an increasingly deep passing attack. Terry Terry Oh describes Dell as a "future first ballot Hall of Fame wide receiver" and notes his return, combined with Marvin Harrison Jr.'s acquisition and other receivers like Hutchinson and Booty, transforms the Texans from a team with seemingly no one to throw to into one with multiple capable targets.

Insight page

Terrance Ferguson

PositiveSleeper36:18

Terry Terry Oh is interested in picking him up for long-term value; one week left on IR; was dominating before injury when Devontae Adams was out, showing explosive potential.

Insight page

Terry McLaurin

NegativeInjury0:32

Suffered a catastrophic non-contact knee injury with 1:40 remaining in the first quarter of 49ers-Commanders game (23-17 loss); immediately grabbed his knee upon injury. At age 32, recovery timeline raises significant concerns about his career trajectory and fantasy viability going forward, particularly given the Commanders' delayed contract extension that left him vulnerable.

Insight page
PositiveInjury8:15

Terry McLaurin's absence creates a void in the Commanders' passing game that impacts target distribution for remaining receivers, particularly affecting Stefon Diggs' role and ceiling.

Insight page
NegativeInjury17:25

Terry McLaurin suffered a season-ending injury, carted to the locker room during a recent game. His loss was significant enough to influence league decision-making in the hosts' fantasy league.

Insight page
NegativeInjury31:38

Terry McLaurin suffered an injury that looked serious; the source indicates he is probably not going to play football, suggesting a significant injury concern.

Insight page

Treylon Burks

PositiveRole10:00

Terry Terry Oh notes Traylon Burks looked really good and will have opportunities in the Washington offense following McLaurin's injury.

Insight page
PositiveProjection52:38

Terry Terry Oh prefers Burks over Treadwell if playing to win now, projecting Burks will score more points this year; notes a recent hard hit that appeared painful but not injury-related, with Burks standing on sideline afterward.

Insight page

Tyler Higbee

PositiveMatchup35:59

Terry Terry Oh's top waiver wire tight end pick this week against Las Vegas; matchup is pretty good despite disappointing 4-for-22 performance last week against Arizona in a low-scoring game; important especially when primary wide receiver options are limited.

Insight page

Tyreek Hill

NegativeRole53:45

Terry Terry Oh expresses very low conviction (4% chance) that Tyreek Hill ends up on the Chiefs, suggesting minimal likelihood of a trade or signing that would land Hill in Kansas City.

Insight page

Tyrone Tracy

PositiveRole26:29

Tracy received six targets in a recent game, showing meaningful passing-game usage despite Saquon Barkley's presence; Terry Terry Oh notes the Giants haven't utilized Barkley in the passing game even before his fumble benching, making Tracy's receiving role important for fantasy value as a fine pickup.

Insight page

Zay Flowers

NegativeRole32:12

Zay Flowers is positioned as the primary passing volume target for the Ravens; other receivers like Jacoby Lane and Bateman will be second fiddle to Flowers and Wilson in terms of passing volume.

0:00Welcome to the Fantasy Footballers Podcast with your hosts, Andy Holloway, Jason Moore and Mike Wright Welcome in!
0:07Pandemonium! Pandemonium! Moments before the show began, just trades happening in League of Record People trading for big names, Jonathan Taylor, Lamar
0:15Jackson, Josh Jacobs So I'm thrown off a little bit because Yeah, I know, this show doesn't exist Right now it's just,
0:24gosh, people positioning for the stretch run But I mean, that's what you guys are doing out there Injuries galore this year
0:32My super team has already lost two starters for the season We lost another one yesterday with Terry Terry Oh yeah, Terry
0:41McLaurin I mean, yesterday was also when we got the news on Devontae Adams I don't think we got news Yeah, sorry,
0:49I'm jumping ahead I was so bummed out Like, Terry You know, you remember the Nick Chubb injury Where it was like,
0:58on the Cleveland when he got And it was just like, it felt like everybody went Yeah Yeah, I mean, it's That's
1:06how I feel about Terry Because it basically feels like a career Yeah, but it's all like I love Terry McLaurin, man
1:15Right Like, I'm emotionally connected to this man Here's what makes that situation So those that didn't see 49ers, 23 Commander, 17
1:23Last night Terry McLaurin went down With a minute 40 left in the first quarter And Non-contact Immediately grabbed his knee Yeah,
1:32it's What I was going to get at was that The commanders were just lambasted That's a word, right?
1:39Yeah I think it's lambasted But Sure Tomato, tomato Tomato, tomato For not paying him in time Right Now, he was an
1:48older wide receiver when the contract got You know He came out He was holding out They bring him back He has
1:56been worth I mean Not his fault Got hurt But also like We're like, man, pay the man Instantly He comes back
2:05early Or sorry He came back late Got the contract Yeah Instantly hurt Misses most of the year Mm-hmm Comes back Now
2:13this is a catastrophic injury I mean, how old is Terry McLaurin When he recovers from this?
2:2032? Yeah, exactly I mean, this is They should not have paid him They could have paid him as a reward For
2:28being there during the dog days But I'm just saying Like, in retrospect Teams are put in a really tough position Sure
2:37When they have an older player That has done a lot for the team In the franchise And you want to pay
2:45him And reward him But you know that The clock's against him Of all the weeks In the last two weeks now
2:54We have had We did that study Oh my gosh I see where you're going Yeah So It was all this week
3:02Yeah, it was all this week One of the studies I did In the offseason was Let's find out what happens To
3:11the oldest Fantasy players That are drafted In the top six rounds Years gone by And like The super, super outlier Travis
3:19Kelseys and stuff Were the ones that performed Derrick Henry And Derrick Henry And Derrick Henry So The three names At wide
3:28receiver That were on that list Mm-hmm Devontae Adams Who now tore his hamstring That's the report Six to ten weeks Mm-hmm
3:36Mike Evans Who went out there Hobbling and left Immediately with an Achilles injury Have we I feel like I've never seen
3:45it Corrin With A catastrophic injury All three were the three Oldest wide receivers Yeah The Mike Evans injury He didn't even
3:53go to the side He just walked straight He just got up And he was like I'll see you guys at halftime
4:02Cause I'm outta here I mean That was He knew Yeah And when you saw him in the back And the way
4:10he was walking I think he It was very scary I assume he had fears of Oh yes A torn Achilles Thankfully
4:19it's intact But Not healthy They need to give him time Kyle Shanahan already came out And was hopeful He would play
4:27this week Don't do it Shanahan I know Calm down You gotta week eight bye Give the man some rest I don't
4:35think Evans is the kind of guy Anybody gets to say no to If Evans wants to play They're like sure You
4:44know what I mean You've earned it At a certain age I agree But also at this point You should be able
4:52to say You're not allowed Yes I'm not Go ahead Suit up I'm not putting you in the game Yeah You have
5:01to risk the loss Well for a team that's undefeated Yes 23-17 Dominant first half by the 49ers Invisible offense in the
5:09second half Seriously By the 49ers Kittle was five for 69 And a touchdown Three for 94 for Evans Before the injury
5:18McCaffrey Nine catches 16 carries They are still managing his workload They said something on the broadcast last night That illustrates That was managed?
5:27Yeah it was managed because Kalen Black got eight carries And it's also been managed all season At this juncture of the
5:36season Before last night's game He had 130 opportunities on this team He's had 80 In the same amount of games this
5:44year So They are looking Long term with McCaffrey Because that's what you have to do We just talked about Three older
5:53players When you have a three in front of your name You're at a higher injury risk You need to be managed
6:01for the long term And they want to win a Super Bowl They don't want to have like A record breaking Christian
6:10McCaffrey season And then not have him for the playoffs Yeah I mean It's smart But it is absolutely wild That this
6:18is Managing his workload 16 carries 10 targets That is a Monster workload He was everything for that team But What is
6:27What is absolutely insane Is that Yes that is less Than what They did Last year Yeah I mean Yesterday Well to
6:35put it You guys are right I mean yesterday Was the most opportunities He's had in a game For context The week
6:44before When they played Seattle And won He had 14 opportunities So the first five weeks Of the season He's averaging 17
6:52opportunities A game this year The first five weeks Of the season Last year He was averaging No not much more Right
7:01around 18-19 opportunities But They needed him last night To close the game out Not all of those touches Were like high
7:09value touches It was a lot of clock Running out Type of stuff Yeah but we'll take 10 targets That's the good
7:18stuff Some mismanagement By the commanders I mean this was They did it again 100% Dan Quinn thought On one play No
7:26no He said He said I knew it was fourth down He said I was talking about other things He said the
7:35word field goal Yeah no it was I wanted a fourth down field goal He explained that But also Liar liar Pants
7:43on fire Because the timing of it You got really upset Afterward Like you would have been upset When he threw the
7:51ball away But you weren't You were upset 20 seconds later When you certainly didn't find out It was fourth down But
8:00also Daniels Like last week We were having the question Is this a Dan Quinn Or a Jaden Daniels problem Who's at
8:08fault Because they're both at fault But who's more at fault And now this week Who's at fault They're both at fault
8:17Who's more at fault I don't know But they're both Dumb dumbs Let's have the fantasy discussion About the void left By
8:25the wide receiver Terry McLaurin You have You know Diggs is very limited At this juncture Of his career In terms of
8:34What he offers On the outside Big plays He's going to be He's going to be The possession guy Yeah I think
8:42His floor Just went up I think it's Super high I think his floor Now I don't think His ceiling is high
8:51Agreed But his floor Should be as good And as safe As just about Anyone out there I would expect For him
8:59to have Nine targets Every single game Here's the problem That I would illustrate And if he scores You're going to be
9:08happy But it's very much Like Keenan Allen In Indianapolis That nobody was Fighting on the Waiver wire for In the sense
9:16that The targets are Always going to be there If he doesn't score You're going to have A game It's going to
9:25be A lot of like Seven for 51 Six for 44 Agreed Last night he was Six for 44 It's a full
9:33PPR play I actually have A different Like Antonio Williams You can go fight You can go fight for him If you
9:42want to Right He'll have opportunities Traylon Burks Actually looked really good He'll have opportunities Diggs We talked about him Diami Brown
9:50He'll be involved They may trade for somebody BTJ is the rumor This morning To Washington I think the biggest Beneficiary on
9:59a week To week basis That may now be A startable asset Is Chigakonkwo I think Chigakonkwo Is going to become That
10:07go to wide receiver Slash He could You know He's always been An athletic freak A big play type of guy 69
10:16yards receiving Last night Seven targets Caught all seven of them That's the name I wanted to just bring up Yeah absolutely
10:24He's And the fact that He plays a position Where if you go out there And have You know Four for 66
10:33Diggs line without The touchdown You'd be happy At tight end Because you can scoop That up off of waivers The issue
10:41And we'll talk about it You know When we get into The waiver wire segment Here later in the episode They go
10:50to bye Yep So Picking up these players Antonio Williams And Chigakonkwo They should be Picked up But you've got to Consider
10:58that How good are they Worth You know Being two weeks away A stash A roster spot You know It's not like
11:07What you're getting When Chig comes back Is A league winning asset I would be very surprised there Yeah I I'll be
11:15very curious To see what happens If they're active In the trade Situation They're one and four now The East Has lost
11:24Or tied Every game They've played In the last two weeks Crazy Where are the Commanders going Where's Philadelphia Going Where are
11:32the Giants Going Like You know Dallas has been awful Dallas is probably My favorite to win The division Everyone Everyone is
11:41in it I mean the Giants The Giants are having To deal with Almost certainly A transition To J.J.
11:48McCarthy That could work It could also Very much not work Yeah I mean Right now You've got to I would imagine
11:56I don't have the odds In front of me I would imagine The Cowboys Might be the favorite Oh perfect Because Cowboys
12:05Are plus 130 The Giants are 154 Yeah That makes perfect sense And everybody else Is long shot There was a comment
12:13Last night By the beat reporter For the commanders This is the worst I've ever seen A commander's offensive line Well this
12:22was a long time Inoperable offensive line Oh that was in the offseason Yes Yeah yeah And then So that was set
12:30That's right And we've seen what's going on With our offensive line And then on a Hail Mary Attempt They can't even
12:39get the pass They rushed three guys Oh that was so embarrassing They rushed three players Against Six Blockers And all three
12:47guys Got to him And Jade Daniels Got smooshed I mean it was It was an embarrassment You had two offensive linemen
12:56Would you say It's inoperable Yes You had two offensive linemen Blocking nobody Which Kind of not their fault They line up
13:04there And there's There's no one there But then you had You gotta figure it out You had two Double team the
13:13guy On the right Who They both missed I mean it was Jaden Jaden was actually Driving with For an opportunity To
13:21be inside the 20 With a couple shots At the end zone Until that Unbearable Grounding Yeah they did Yeah they did
13:30get Bailed out On a penalty Here or there But it turned into A fun game From what was Such a boring
13:38game And also I just gotta Dude Fred Warner What What do you wanna say About him He's unbelievable Oh okay He
13:47is He is The defense Is decimated I just gotta say His name The defense Is decimated For the Niners And they
13:55look like The best defense In all of the land I just gotta say Evander Holyfield That's Exactly Right Exactly I was
14:04gonna come in And say Mustafa Last night The safety Dude Number one Number one That guy's biceps Are out of this
14:12world And he made some Freaking plays dude It was awesome Mufasa Okay Oh that's Yeah that's what He was doing Okay
14:21That was Jason's joke Yeah Simba This is CNN We have We have NFL news To cover We've got a Waiver Wire
14:29show And we've got Shenanigans throughout We'll see if more Trades happen in our league We can tell you What happened Shortly
14:38Let's talk news News and notes From around the league What happened Before the Before the The show began Is that Jason
14:46managed to Trade A TBD But should be good Josh Jacobs To the Packer fan In the room And Lamar Jackson Away
14:55To Al I was only able to do that Mike managed to trade His draft capital To acquire Jonathan Taylor Which He's
15:03pretty good Now there are Ironically there are Trade rumors around Jonathan Taylor That happened this morning I was aware Did you
15:12see the specific team No Seahawks It was the Seahawks Oh that would be A waste of my draft picks It's so
15:20sad It was just rumors About price And a pick For Jonathan Taylor Because You know the best part That would be
15:29The funniest part Unbelievable The funniest part of this Is Seattle Would If they did They would trade for Jonathan Taylor Elite
15:37Workhorse running back On top tier Running back contract And they would put him In a platoon They probably would No They
15:46would not They would not Platoon Jonathan Taylor He would not tolerate Such things They realized their mistake With Ken Walker It
15:54is as evident As I hope so The sky is blue I hope so They are 3-3 The Walker meeting We're still
16:03waiting For an apology But anyways That's what happened In our league of record And more trades to come I'm sure News
16:11wise JCM went on Injured reserve Bill Which sucks Yeah So Rashad White Yeah we didn't know Who it was going to
16:20be That was going to step up Into the role How healthy is Rashad White How healthy is Austin Eckler Both were
16:28in non-contact Jerseys for And both were irrelevant For the most part You got to touch Down We had to do a
16:37tiebreaker For the wheel of shame This week And Rashad White's Over was Or his more Was part of my Thought process
16:45That got it for you Well what got it for you Was Terry McLaurin went down Cause That's sad He was carted
16:54To the locker room Season ending injury Most likely Mike Evans Achilles We talked about A Debo unlikely to return Until after
17:02the bye week For the Giants Makes sense Trade offers Rumors for them Is Juwan Jennings Who's been Yelling on the sidelines
17:11At you know The head coach In Minnesota He's gotten almost No work No opportunity He wants out 49ers want him back
17:19It makes Too much sense For those that I mean just Insult to insult I think is the way I'll put it
17:28The Giants released Najee Harris Who I spent Fab on To play And lose Against Jason Has now been cut They don't
17:36have to Worry about a Four way time I think he Criticized the Time share And they said Well let's fix it
17:45Harbaugh came back So Najee said It's really hard To get in a In a groove He's never dealt With this before
17:53He gets a couple Carries Says okay This is how They're playing All running backs Say this Yes And then Harbaugh's answer
18:01Was Well we don't Have that guy We don't have A Derrick Henry I want one One of these guys Needs to
18:10step up But they aren't He was pretty much Putting all of his Running backs On blast Then they cut Najee So
18:18now it's a Three way time share And it seems like It will be a Three way time share Yeah so What
18:27else is going on The Devante Adams News Hamstring Tendon injury Sideline six to ten Weeks I heard he was Going to
18:35Undergo a Procedure To try to get him Towards the Six week period Which look When the news first Broke my instant
18:44Reaction was This dude is Out for the Year But six weeks Is not You know There's a big Gap between Six
18:52and ten Weeks Ten weeks You're going to Not really have Him for the Fantasy season Six weeks There is an Opportunity
19:01for Him to come Back Sure We don't Here's why 30-year-old With a Hamstring Massive hamstring The reason I Mention it Is
19:09because Where are the Rams going to Be at that Juncture A lot of People watching The game Against Arizona Said Four
19:18and eight Said Puka Nakua didn't Look healthy And If Puka's Not healthy Or he Goes on IR There is a Point
19:26where Maybe Adams Comes back And he's the Top dog Again I'm not Optimistic About that Return But it's Also It's worth
19:35To be closer To the 10-week Timeline But it Really Comes down To their Record So if The Rams I feel Like
19:43if The Rams You know Start winning They're two And four Right now At the Bottom of The division If they Go
19:52on A run And start Winning I think They will Let Devontae Adams Have as Much Time As possible So that They
20:00can Make the Playoffs And have Him Healthy Unless They need Him To win These Games Yeah The Rams Fans Are having
20:09A hard Time And there's Talk of Well do Tackles And so They're like Does he Re-retire Do they Try Ty Simpson
20:17At some Point In the Year Does Miles Garrett Take as Much Time To come Back Does Puka Have the Surgery Like
20:26What do You know I think It's way Too early For that Losing Way too Early For that Yeah I think They'll
20:34Be fine They're Still A top Tier Offense We'll See What happens The next Month Raiders Have been Good But that Is
20:43a Winnable Matchup Then the Chargers Who are Terrible The Commanders Who have Lost Enough Pieces And are Bad And the Cardinals
20:51So again Who granted They just Lost to But they Could reel Off four Wins Here What if They're The first Victory
21:00For the Chargers Would that Be your Signal To Tank Yeah Romeo Dobbs Placed On IR I didn't See that News Until

21:59Zach Charbonnet Good Chance To Make His Season Debut Alongside Jonathan Taylor In Seattle Just Kidding But Charbonnet Could be Back The
22:08Vikings Open the 21 day Practice Let's go Jordan Mason Aaron Johns has Been very Good For Fantasy In The In The
22:16Absence Of Mason We'll See What That Committee Looks Like Michael Four Undecided On Whether Jacobs Will Play In Week Seven Now
22:25That Jason Has Traded Him Away To Al I Put The Odds That He's Not Playing To Be High How Are You
22:33Feeling About That News There Al Great Okay Lots Of Monstratively Stubborn Individual So If Baker Feels Like He Can Go Which
22:42There Were Rumors Last Week That He's Like Pushing Really Hard To Get Back The Plans Could Change But Right Now They
22:50Want To Move Forward With All The Prep Time For Daniels And Then Lamar Jackson Could Potentially Practice In Week Seven Consider
22:59Day To Day Also On Al's Team So We'll See If He Ends Up Back In The Mix Yeah All The News
23:07Yep Okay We'll Take A Break We'll Get Into The Waiver Wire All Right Into The Waiver Wire We Go Lots Of
23:16Discussions And Questions And Comments And Thoughts And Frights And All Of That Week Seven Bye Week Waiver Waiver Waiver Presented By
23:24T-Mobile My Brain Is Just Going A Mile A Minute Oh We Got The League Of Record Trades Where We're Realizing Certain
23:33Players Are Like Hey Demario Douglas We Need To Move Him Up In The Yeah In The Waivers Because Of The Dobbs
23:41And The Washington White Outs And Terrence Ferguson Inters The Conversation We're Doing It Live Mumfield Should Be In There Too If
23:50You Didn't Put Him In This Is I I Mean Canata Mumfield Had A Big Game It's A Fun Time To Be
23:58Alive Is It Bills Chargers Commanders Jaguars Lots Of Big Names On By This Week No Josh Allen No James Cook No
24:06Bayshall Tootin And Lawrence And Parker Washington Commanders And Chargers A Hurt You This Week No No Were You Starting Any Other
24:15Players No But You You're Sometimes Tempted To It's Like Do I Have To Lads Active You Know My Number One Goal
24:23With The Chargers Is Firing Firing Mike McDaniels So That We Can Is Going To Happen Today Yeah Today Let's Hope Running
24:32Backs Rostered In Two Thirds Of Leagues But Jordan Mason Availability Is You Know He's At 100% That He's Rostered Are Leagues
24:40That Have The IR Spot And They've Been Holding On To Them But The The Plan Has Been To Get Him Back
24:49And Involved The The Coaches Have Talked About The Need For The Running Game And The Excitement To Get Jordan Mason Back
24:57Into This Game So If He's Active I Think He's Immediately A Startable Asset He Could Be Active This Week Great Matchup
25:06Against Indianapolis Great Matchups Coming Up Period Yeah Buffalo Green Bay What Tier Do You Put Him In Because I Think I
25:14Might Be Slightly Less Like Like I Think He's A RB 2-3 Type Of Player Maybe More On The Three Side I
25:23Think He's A Low End RB He's Going To Get So We're Similar I Think He's Going To C.J.
25:30Donaldson Oh no They called That one Back But he Did Get The Goal Line Carried And Camara Scored On A Screen
25:39Pass They ran For a Season High 175 Yards On The Ground Under 50% Rostered Kendra Miller It's Tough Because What Do
25:47You Invest On A Player Who Not A It's A One Week It's Pittsburgh This Week Which Is Not A Great Matchup
25:56And Then It's A Bye But Still Number Two On This List Yeah Probably I mean I Think Roshan Johnson Both Of
26:04These Guys Kendra Miller And Roshan Johnson Are Taking Advantage Of The Injuries Ahead Of Them Right So When Travis H.
26:12And Jr. Back Kendra Miller I Think Is Irrelevant And Then When Monunga Comes Back Roshan Johnson Is Irrelevant As Of Right
26:21Now Both Are Decent Plays They They Both Did Good Enough Last Week And Got Enough Work They've Got Equal Matchups New
26:29England Pittsburgh So You Go Out There And Spend 10 Bucks On Fab And Try To Get Them If Back Singletary Cam
26:38Scadaboo I Expect A Pretty Big Bounce Back From Cam This Week I Think He'll Be The Against Houston Well I Mean
26:46It Related To Opportunities Like I Think The Breakdown Will Be More Rushing Attempts For Cam Versus Everybody Else I Agree With
26:55That I Do I Am A Little Bit Excited At The Six Targets That Tracy Had They For Some reason They Have
27:03Not Used Scadaboo In The Passing Game Even Before The Fumble Benching They Just Weren't Using Him To The Degree That They
27:12Should Because He's A Freaking Awesome Pass Catcher That Role Is Important For Fantasy So Tyrone Tracy Is He's A Fine Pickup
27:20His At Least Does Not Require Another Injury But I Agree With You Andy I Think Scadaboo Will Come Out Be The
27:29Starter Get The Majority Of Work Again It's Bad Matchup Then They Go On By So None Of These Is Not A
27:37Great Week For A Running back Play Now Julian McLaughlin Call Him It Is Now That's What Everyone Call That's How You
27:46Pronounce His Name According To Thursday Night Football McLaughlin Was Nine For 41 Four For 14 Through The Air I Think He
27:54Is A Pretty Interesting One Week Start If Judkins If They Sit Him Out Again The Hard Part Is Is Dylan Samson
28:03Is There As Well Like Dylan Samson Is His Window Was Open I It Comes In And He Is Starting It There's
28:11Definitely Leagues Where Jaleel McLaughlin Should Be Picked Up It's Just It's The Path Is Is Dark And Full But The Fact
28:20That They Didn't Turn To Lowby Like They Did The Week Before The Game Was More Competitive Jonah Coleman Will Return At
28:28Some Point Again I I I Hate The Broncos Decision I Mean Their Offense I On The Show Was Jeremy Bernard Hope
28:37You Picked Him Up Not Enough People Did Good 57% Yesterday's Prices Are Not Today's Prices Rookie Wideouts With A Game Of
28:4511 Catches And A Touchdown In The Last Ten Years Jeremy Bernard Jamar Chase Oh Oh I Getting You Know The Nine
28:54Or Ten Targets As A Rookie That He's My Number One Overall Pick It Has To Be He's My Number One Again
29:02It's Hard To Not Make The Comp Rogers Mike McCarthy Randall Cobb Yeah That's Who Jeremy Bernard Is But Some Of The
29:11Names Coming Up Marshawn Lloyd With The Return Of Jacobs Hampton On The Bi Week Emmanuel Wilson I Wish This Button Could
29:19Have Oh Man I Wish This Button Had The Just A Land Mine I I No I Listen Hampton Has Been Farts
29:27But I Wouldn't Drop Them On The Waivers Because I Don't I Mean Listen To The Names We're Talking About In The
29:36Way If Basically If Jordan Mason Is Not Out There You've Got Kendra Going Into A Buy And A Bunch Of Backups
29:44You're You're Talking About Picking Up Jaleel McLaughlin First Round Upside Mike I Gotta Convince You You Gotta Just One fell Swoop
29:53Adam Gaines You Can Cut Those Guys Jeremy Bernard If He's There 57% Roster Pick Him Up Number One On The List
30:01You Gotta Go Hard In The Paint 50 Probably Yeah I Definitely Think He Doing This You Don't Put The Genie Back
30:10I Mean Pittman Was Crap Before Yeah But He Was Playing Through Injury I'm Just Saying They're Paying Him A Lot Of
30:18Money What You're Trying To Say Is It's Not All Going To Like This Every Week So Careful With He's Totally Worth
30:27It He Looked Outstanding He Is Exactly Where Aaron Rodgers Expects Him To Be Which Is 11 Feet From Him Right Which
30:35Is Turning Around In A Zone Extremely Important So Yeah I Would Go Hard After Him I Just Don't Necessarily Think That
30:44When Pittman Is Back On The Team He's Not Going To Be On The Sideline And So The 10 Targets A Week
30:52I Think Is Probably Not Going To Happen When All Three Are There Well The Ten Also They They Did Go To
31:01They Went To Overtime Right Yep Yes So They Got Him And D.K.
31:06Metcalf They Got Juiced Up A Little Bit Three Three For Thirty Was Metcalf Overtime Stats The There's The Running Backs It's
31:14Pretty Stinky But The Wide Wide Receivers This Week Are Very Exciting See Omar Cooper Jr.
31:21I Think Is Still A Dif Like I Want To Pick Him Up He's Barely Rostered I Think He Deserves It First
31:29Round Pick I Still Am I I'm Hopeful But I'm But Then Omar Cooper With His Breakout Game Antonio Williams Now With
31:38Terry McLaurin We Haven't Heard The McLaurin Injury News Yet That Certainly Looked Like A Guy Who Is Probably Not Going To
31:46Play Football Jordan Tyson There Was The News That He Is Traveling With The Team To Paris So His Return Could Be
31:54Sooner Rather Than Later Loves Beignets Yes And Escargot And Beguet Don't Get me Started On And Jacoby Lane Lane Lane Lane
32:03The Rookie Wide Receiver For The Baltimore Ravens He Had An Unbelievable Camp He Was Steamed Up As Like The Best Player
32:11You Know This This Rookie Standout Because Remember They Took Elijah Surah As Unfortunately He Got In Week One It Was Like
32:20He Was On The Field He Was Targeted In The End Zone It Looked Like For Week One A Rookie To Be
32:28Out There Like This And Then He Gets Injured Unfortunately Comes Back And Yeah Looks Good With A Backup Quarterback So When
32:37Lamar Comes Back Bateman Got Hurt Yeah I That Too Devontez Walker Did Run Ahead Of Him Rout Wise But But Bateman's
32:45Injury Yeah I Agree I Yeah I Mean Both Of Them Are Always Going To Be Second Fiddle To Flowers And Wilson
32:54Passing Volume Wise You Know You Have Those Games Where You Know They Don't Need Much More Than Henry And Flowers He
33:02Will Be A High Variant I It's Going To Be Some Red Zone Action I Lean Cooper Over Over Lane Yeah I
33:11Think Lane Will Be The Wide Receiver Two For The Ravens Rest Of Season Is That Valuable I Think It With Bateman
33:19Gone Mark Andrews Being Toast I Think I I Think The Discussion Around Demario Douglas Yeah Like Demario Douglas Has Had Two
33:28Monster Weeks And Now Dobbs Is Gone And Yeah AJ Brown Will Be Involved But I Don't Know It's Been Next Few
33:36Weeks But I Think There's A Lot Of Spot Start I Mean Trey Tucker Keenan Allen Ryan Flannoy Kendrick Bourne Had Eight
33:45Targets Yeah And He Will Continue To I Think Those Are The Canata Mumfield Will Throw Him Out There Just Because He
33:53Had A Nice Week When Puka Was Gone Did We Even Mention Keenan Allen Yeah Yeah Cause That Helped The Equation But
34:02Yeah I Think Keenan I Mean If You're Looking For Targets Which Is Pretty Much How You Look At Bi-Week Fill-Ins Unless
34:10You Harder After After Jacoby Lane Jordan Tyson And Antonio Williams And Then I'll Put A Couple Bucks On Omar Cooper And
34:19It Really Depends On What You're Looking For Though Cause If You Need A Spot Start You Know If You've Got To
34:27Actually Throw Someone In A Lineup You Might Rather Get A DeMario Douglas Well Let's Talk About Tight In And I Want
34:36To Transition Into You Know Somebody Like Hunter Henry Because Hunter Henry Should Also Be Moved Up He's Had A Couple Good
34:44Weeks In You Get A Bunch Of Other Cool Stuff With It But I Would Highly Recommend Going To Check It Out
34:53This Week In Particular It Will Be Very Very Helpful For You Yeah You Can Look And See Like Oh In Of
35:01Of Of Of Of Of Of Of Of Of This This Guy Looks Like The Kyle Pits Everyone Was Excited About And
35:10Chig Okonkwo Only 14% Rostered I Think He Will Be A Season Long Beneficiary Of The Injuries I Completely Agree Chig This
35:18He had opportunity when Diggs was out to step up and be the two.
35:24And he really didn't impress during that stretch. And then Chig did.
35:28It's tough, though, Jay, because Antonio Williams had the good, I think, rookie or first week.
35:34But then you lost Jaden during some of the opportunity for Antonio Williams, right?
35:40Yes. So I don't know if we've seen his best is my point.
35:45Like, let's scheme up a week where he's one of your primary guys.
35:50Yeah. I mean, I have liked what I've seen on a few plays of his.
35:56I just don't know that he's going to establish himself.
35:59If you had to start one tight end this week that's not named Kyle Pitts on the waiver wire, you got Hawkinson coming back.
36:09You got Henry against Chicago. You've got Higby against Las Vegas.
36:13It would be Higby. I'm interested in picking up Terrence Ferguson quite a bit.
36:18He's still got one week left on the IR.
36:22I just think explosive-wise with Devontae Adams out, we saw it for a minute before he got injured, and he was dominating.
36:30However, he's not there. Tyler Higby has been important, especially when you only have one of these primary wide receiver options.
36:38The matchup against the Raiders this week is pretty good.
36:42I know Higby disappointed last week with four for 22.
36:46But that was also while they had the other wide receivers there, and that was a crazy slog game against Arizona that was low scoring no one expected.
36:57He would be my start, but I'm also still interested if I'm looking for something more long-term for Terrence Ferguson.
37:05Okay. And then Michael Mayer is not that bad.
37:08No. He's kind of like their primary receivers are their two tight ends.
37:13It's wild. And they paid him as well. Wild defenses this week.
37:18The Vikings, if they're out there, for goodness sakes, because of the bye, grab them.
37:24They probably aren't. But the Browns play Tennessee this week.
37:27The Browns defense has been really good. And my goodness, that's an awesome start, as are the Jets, who get to face Miami.
37:36So Tennessee, Miami, two of the teams you're targeting a lot.
37:41Carolina, if it's Jalen Daniels. I'm a little bit more nervous if it's not.
37:46But those are some defenses that you can pick up.
37:50Yeah. Would you play the Tennessee Titans against the Browns?
37:54Because I know the Titans don't have a good defense.
37:58You don't usually play them. No, I wouldn't mind it.
38:01But the Browns are. It is at home. They are just.
38:06Like, Deshaun Watson has been playing okay. He's been playing better.
38:10But no one takes more sacks than Deshaun Watson.
38:13Or looks dumber when he throws. Yes, I mean.
38:1750% of the time. I think that. I think the Browns can go win.
38:22The Browns could go win. I mean, 13-10 was this past week.
38:27Yeah, but they could go out and score 30 points on the Titans.
38:32And still the Titans defense could end up with a really good fantasy score.
38:37Because of how Deshaun Watson plays. And I promise the Titans are available.
38:42Yeah, that's. I mean, that would be. That would take.
38:46What's the roster percentage? Cojones. Zero percent. I'm guessing.
38:50Well, people in Tennessee, maybe. I would love to know the real truth.
38:55I'll get on it. For that number. That was the waiver wire presented by T-Mobile.
39:00When you're updating your roster right before kickoff, you've got coverage you can count on just another reason game days are better with T-Mobile.
39:10Check it out at T-Mobile.com slash membership. Two percent.
39:13Okay. Two percent. We'll take a break. We'll be right back.
39:17Any other big trades happening in our league? Anything happened in the last few minutes?
39:23I'm out of draft capital. Not yet. Papa Josh hasn't clicked except on any of my offers.
39:30That's a shame. I'd love to see another one pop through here.
39:34All right. We will jump into the mailbag for some questions from the Foot Clan.
39:40Mailbag. Mailbag. You psyched me out, man. Yeah. Andy's going rogue over here.
39:45What are you doing? I was like, I'm like, I'm looking at my quarterback for the streamers and I'm like, okay, I got to get ready.
39:55Oh, that's the mailbag. You want to know the truth?
39:59We built out this new waiver wire system for the show.
40:03When I popped back in, I just was past the streaming quarterback.
40:08You got the worst mailbag I've ever done. Here's the first mailbag question.
40:13Do you guys have- What are your streamers for this week?
40:17That's what I was saying. I stole your joke.
40:21Sorry. Full stream ahead. I apologize. That's okay, Mike.
40:24It was a funny joke. You'd love to talk on the show.
40:29I know what the narrative is. Streaming quarterback options this week.
40:33Josh Allen's on bye. Trevor Lawrence is on bye.
40:37Jason, I know you're starting Herbert everywhere. He's on bye.
40:40Kyler Murray is my streaming quarterback pick this week against Indianapolis.
40:45I like the bye week for Kyler. I think every week that he's been more and more acclimated, had opportunities to play in the system.
40:54He's looked a little bit better. I don't think he's looked good.
40:59I think he's looked a little bit better, but Indianapolis looks very, very opposite of good.
41:05But Kyler's available in more than 50% of leagues.
41:09There's an opportunity here this week. Yeah, I think there is.
41:13I think Kyler's actually a really good play. You want to target Indianapolis.
41:18You don't have to worry about weather in this game.
41:22So that's great. I'm going to go with CJ Stroud.
41:26Yours is the one. CJ Stroud. This is not just a good stream.
41:31Thank you. He's been awesome. I mean, in the four games with Nico Collins active, he's averaging 71% completion percentage, basically 300
41:39passing yards a game and over 20 fantasy points a game.
41:43That's like what you when you're looking for a really good fantasy quarterback, you're wanting him to score more than 20 fantasy points a game.
41:53He's averaging that with Nico. Now you add future first ballot Hall of Fame wide receiver to the team in Tank Dell.
42:01And then they also trade for Marvin Harrison Jr.
42:05But you said this at the news, Mike. It's like all of a sudden this team who seemed like they had no
42:13one to throw the ball to is like, well, now you've got, you know, Hutchinson's like, OK, well, he's fine in this role.
42:22And you've got Marv running a few routes. You get Tank Dell back.
42:27The doctor's doing what he needs to do, which is underneath.
42:32You got booty. You've got, I mean, this is a crazy amount of capable receivers there.
42:38And so against New York Giants, they're 10 point home favorites.
42:42It's a great matchup. CJ Stroud should be. He's the start of the week.
42:47Yes. For like independent of the streaming category. Yeah.
42:51He's going to have a great week. And this one, I guess the news, I hadn't seen the Jadlin news, but I
42:59like Baker Mayfield immediately off of your waiver wire against the Carolina Panthers.
43:04Should he be the one who actually started? Whoa, the lasers got me.
43:09Whoa. That scared me. Carolina is 24th in schedule adjusted points to the position.
43:15Baker and Baker was dropped in a lot of places.
43:1927% rostered. So he's probably- What's that over there, Mike?
43:22What's behind you? Mailbag. Hey, what a bag. Nothing.
43:26That one was better. That one was better. You guys want to do some mailbag for the Foot Clan?
43:33Oh, I'd love to. It's ironic that the second I said it's for the Foot Clan, you're like, let's not do that segment.
43:42It's really weird. You guys have kind of turned on them.
43:46Website question from Nick. What's up, ballers? Brand new member of the Foot Clan.
43:52Just wondering if I should trade Devontae Smith for T.
43:56Higgins straight up. Oh. Interesting. I'm going to go to the two, the Devontae Smith truther for this one.
44:03Yeah, I would. I love seeing 14 targets in the first game without Jalen Hurts.
44:09Devontae Smith, I think, is a better wide receiver than T.
44:13Higgins. But I'm going to take- I'm going to take- Not Tanner McKee.
44:18Not Tanner McKee. I mean- 45 pass attempts for Tanner McKee last week.
44:23Unremarkable was the commentary. And your bye week is gone.
44:27It's certainly not impossible that Devontae Smith is fine with Tanner McKee.
44:31Shoot, maybe even better. Slash Joe Milton. Yeah, but- Bazooka Joe's waiting.
44:36But yeah, I'm going to take the Cincinnati Bengals.
44:40Joe Burrow. T. Higgins is fine. I would do that.
44:43Okay. Joel in Colorado. Should I pick up Trey Tucker and drop Devontae Smith?
44:49Cool. No, I wouldn't do that. No, I wouldn't do that.
44:53Rob in London. Bonjour from London. Bonjour. She gets some football this week.
44:58Would you trade George Pickens straight up for Matthew?
45:02Matthew Golden. Oh my gosh. Yeah, I would. I think I would.
45:06I have watched every route of Matthew Golden this year.
45:10Matthew Golden looks fantastic. And he looks like somebody that Jordan Love trusts tremendously, is looking for when plays break down down the field.
45:19He was our trade for candidate weeks ago, kind of highlighting, hey, he's doing everything Christian Watts is doing, except for he's not scoring.
45:29Now he's had a touchdown three of the last four weeks.
45:33Yeah. And I mean, look at, look at three of the last four weeks.
45:38Wide receiver four, 10 and three. He's the wide receiver seven on the season right now.
45:44So yeah, I think I would, man, that is so tough to take someone as proven as George Pickens who's struggling.
45:53Yeah. I think you should do it. It's a tough one.
45:57And it is one of those trades where you're like, how is this happening?
46:02But do you accept it? I mean, do you accept that this is what's happening at this point?
46:09I think I do. I think you can have two things be true here.
46:15You can do this trade. George Pickens can get better and you can still have the better player.
46:21Like Pickens getting better might not equal what Golden will be.
46:26Correct. That's the part will make the trade that'll make the trade.
46:30Okay. Is there a world because we saw this a couple of years ago, Jordan Love balling out is the quarterback, quarterback.
46:39Jacob's question. Yeah. Quarterback five in fantasy football. They get Jacobs on this team and really are able to run the ball more around the goal line.
46:49They, they are they? No, no, no. I'm saying in the past.
46:54Oh, okay. I'm saying what happened was a shift in mentality, personality.
46:58Then in a week or two, you're going to add Micah Parsons or at some point.
47:05Sure. Defense, run the ball, that type of thing.
47:08And so this, you know, I, I, I talked a lot the last month about getting Jordan Love, picking him up, making
47:17him my start of the week, the last couple of weeks and this coming week and just like staying in the flames of this matchups.
47:26But I do believe, you know, going forward, you could have a shift from who the Packers are as this high flying deep passing offense.
47:36Did they trade for five new offensive linemen? Uh, they, no, but they, they did sign several extra offensive linemen, you know, a couple weeks ago.
47:46I think that's been the biggest problem. Yeah. I think that problem will remain.
47:51And so I think Jacobs will help because Jacobs will do infinitely more than Marshall and Lloyd, but I think he could
48:00get like six yards on five carries. I think we knew balance was coming in part this year.
48:07And you know, Tucker Kraft getting healthier, Golden looking good, Watson being a dominator.
48:12Matthew Golden is a huge part of it because last year, I mean, it's a good question to ask because that has been their philosophy before.
48:22Like even if they wanted to be high flyers last year, Matthew Golden was terrible.
48:28Like he, he was not a functional part. He got no targets.
48:33Yeah. But we say that's earned. Yes. So they gave it to Dobbs.
48:38Perhaps, perhaps if they had decided to target Matthew Golden, this would have happened last year, but it, it didn't.
48:45And you had injuries this year too. So Jaden Reed went out.
48:50Uh, it's, I think it's a little bit different with the way that Watson and Golden are playing to, to look at
48:58that and be like, we need to shift back.
49:02Those two guys, they compliment each other so well because they are such fast athletic wide receivers on the outside that like,
49:10you can't really scheme both of them. They honestly, they're very similar.
49:15Yeah. No, no, no. I think you're saying to each other.
49:19No, to each other. Yeah. I just think that Golden and Watson are very similar.
49:25Watson gets the red zone deep play advantage because he is a better, he's bigger.
49:31And like, so he can go high point of ball, but Golden's been able to do that.
49:37They target Golden on like goal line plays. They're just very, like, I agree with you.
49:44I think that they are very complimentary because you have a hard time defending two speedsters like that.
49:51So I think it is, uh, I would do it.
49:54I would trade like right now. If you played Ryan Flannoy over Pickens for this year, you're probably about even, uh, Caleb
50:03Williams on Thursday night football or wait for Stroud against the Giants.
50:08I play Stroud. I mean, last week you were better off playing Aaron Rodgers than Caleb Williams production wise.
50:15Hmm. Which seems crazy, but I looked into it and I started Caleb and it was a fact.
50:22Yeah. I certainly, I don't view Caleb Williams as someone that I'm needing to bench or wanting to Kyle.
50:29Do we have the over under? It's the new, it's the new England part that that is, that's where like the over
50:38under, I think is 50.5 for Thursday. Yeah. That's what I'm saying.
50:42It's a high over under. The environment of the bears versus the Patriots seems more likely to get at, to spiral out of control in the second half.
50:53And people are having to put up points where the tech, the Texans are going to manhandle the Giants.
51:00Right. Like it's, it's either Jameis and you're getting a bajillion picks or it's McCarthy and you're getting a bajillion picks.
51:09Uh, so I think it's, I love Stroud this week.
51:12Oh man. That's a tough one. That's a really, really tough question.
51:17I think maybe you just take the for sure, uh, like Stroud for a half is probably enough fantasy points.
51:25I'm taking Stroud because I think the, uh, I'm gonna stay in the flame.
51:30So I'm going to go with Stroud there. It's, it's tough though.
51:35Jerry in California, who do I drop and keep rest of season?
51:39Fannin or Jawan Johnson? Which would you drop? Which would you keep rest of season?
51:45Wow. Good question. Fannin's been terrible the last couple weeks.
51:49Uh, Jawan's coming off of, uh, goose. Jawan was better.
51:53And then Tyson's coming back. You do have Jordan Tyson coming back.
51:58They are, they're in Paris this week. Um, then a bye week for Jawan Johnson.
52:03Um, and then I would expect to have Jordan Tyson back.
52:08So, uh, yeah, I, I, I would keep Fannin.
52:11I'm not like convicted to the degree that like, if you like one guy more, just don't feel stress over which one you keep.
52:20Adam in Cincinnati. Last question. Hey ballers, listen year round.
52:24Thank you. Is it okay to drop Cyrus Allen in a dynasty league?
52:29No. Well, he had two catches last week. Who's there dropping for who that?
52:35Laquan Treadwell. That's always the question is drop for who?
52:38If you're somehow there is an someone's for sure locked in RB to like somehow Seth McGowan is out there.
52:46Yeah. I'd probably go back. Meow. Meow. Meow. No, I don't.
52:50I will not make any animal indictments on Mr.
52:54McGowan yet. Like that's a move I could see happening, but.
52:58What about trail on Burks? I'd rather. Is he okay?
53:02If I was playing to win now, I'd want Burks.
53:06He got, he got absolutely undertaker choke slammed into the ground.
53:10Yeah. I think that was more of a pain, not injured.
53:14Ouch. It was pain. It looked pain. Yeah. He was standing up on the sideline.
53:20Okay. Was it good? Yeah. Burks is going to score more points this year.
53:25Yeah. It would depend on like, I would try not to cut him just to see if something develops over the year.
53:34Yeah. But I mean, there, there are some shoes to drop in the wide receiver depth charge.
53:41Like you could, you could sign or play some of these guys.
53:45And then the next week Tyree kills on the chiefs or Tyree kill is on, um, you know, one of these contenders.
53:54I don't know if Tyree kills going to be on a team.
53:58Yeah. He might not. Well, I do want Jennings trade.
54:02Okay. Yeah. Brian Thomas, junior trade other opportunity. I mean, some, some moves are going to get made.
54:09They've been made the last few years. I think something's going to happen, but, um, but yeah, I don't, I don't hold
54:18out like my percentage chance that Cyrus works out for the chiefs is like very low.
54:24It's like 4%. Yeah. Very, very low. All right.
54:27That is going to do it for today's show.
54:31We did all the segments, right? All the ones I was supposed to do in whatever order we want, whatever order we wanted.
54:40Mailbag Thursday night preview tomorrow. We'll catch it in.
