A.J. Brown

PositiveInjury9:21

Limited on Wednesday returning from ankle injury; source indicates he's playing this week or next week 'almost for sure' with practice this week determining whether he plays this week, currently a 50-50 proposition.

Insight page
PositiveInjury46:28

A.J. Brown is dealing with an ankle injury that the team is taking time with; the source believes when Brown returns, he will have full utilization in terms of routes and snaps, though he may not be at peak strength for a couple weeks after his return. The source is willing to play him immediately upon return in most circumstances.

Insight page

Bijan Robinson

PositiveDepth Chart32:36

Bijan Robinson is described as a lock in the Falcons offense, indicating he is a reliable starter with secure playing time and role.

Insight page

Bo Nix

PositiveMatchup0:28

Bo Nix plays Arizona Cardinals in week seven, described as a 'get right game' where even a backup-caliber quarterback can deliver against the Cardinals' weak defense; the source acquired Nix as a bye-week fill-in for Josh Allen.

Insight page

Braelon Allen

NegativeInjury14:03

Braelon Allen is practicing in a limited fashion but will not be fully healthy if he is active.

Insight page
PositiveProjection29:14

Named as the source's start of the week; on pace for almost 1,200 rushing yards; ranked a couple spots higher than Breece Hall in the source's preference. The source leans toward Allen over Hall, citing superior volume and talent.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup45:50

Braelon Allen is a start of the week for this matchup, indicating strong confidence in his performance.

Insight page
PositiveRole46:11

Braylon Allen is a start of the week pick; the source notes both running backs in this game (Allen and Ramondre Stevenson) are recommended starts, indicating Allen has a featured role in a game where the team's strategy is to run the football and manage the clock.

Insight page

Breece Hall

PositiveUsage28:08

Workhorse rating is up; the source confirms he is the primary back with the volume secured, noting his advanced metrics are outstanding and he is one of the best running backs. Touchdown production has not materialized yet, but the source frames him as an acquisition target because the upside is imminent—'the dam could break' once touchdowns start coming.

Insight page

Britain Covey

NegativeRole29:39

Described as a viable option in the Bears-Falcons game context; no specific projection or role detail provided beyond viability assessment.

Insight page

Brock Purdy

PositiveMatchup11:12

After one down game, the source is getting Brock Purdy right back into lineups against Washington; the Commanders are dead last in schedule-adjusted points allowed to the position, and over the last two years at home, Purdy has been an absolute beast.

Insight page

C.J. Stroud

NegativeValue0:14

The source attempted to acquire CJ Stroud at $0 on waivers as a bye-week replacement for Josh Allen but was unsuccessful, indicating Stroud remains in demand even for short-term fill-in roles.

Insight page
NegativeProjection28:00

CJ Stroud is ranked as the quarterback 9 on the season. The source notes that adding Marvin Harrison Jr. makes sense for Stroud's fantasy value, implying the trade should improve his production outlook.

Insight page
PositiveProjection28:08

Ranked as the ninth-best quarterback on the season; the source recommends playing him in the neutral-site game against Jacksonville despite noting it's not a great matchup, indicating confidence in his floor and upside.

Insight page

Caleb Williams

PositiveInjury7:37

Practiced in full on Wednesday and is expected to return; the source identifies him as a start of the week against the Falcons with a 51.5 over-under, noting excitement about his return with Ben Johnson's offense.

Insight page
PositiveProjection10:17

The source is excited to get Caleb Williams back into lineups after the Bears were embarrassed; with Ben Johnson as offensive coordinator and the quarterback back, the source is ready to deploy him.

Insight page
PositiveProjection10:22

Named as a start of the week against the Falcons; the source expresses excitement about his return with Ben Johnson's offense after the Bears were embarrassed, positioning him as a confidence play with a 51.5 over-under on the game.

Insight page
PositiveProjection29:55

Named as the source's start of the week for the Bears-Falcons game; confirmed to be in full practice, which the source views positively as a sign of health and readiness.

Insight page

Cam Sims

NegativeRole48:49

Cam Sims fumbled the game away in the Commanders-Giants tie, indicating he had a critical negative impact on the team's performance and reliability.

Insight page

Carnell Tate

NegativeMatchup42:50

The source has differences of opinion on Carnell Tate this week; the Colts are expected to handle the Titans in a big way with only 18.8 implied points for Tennessee, suggesting a run-heavy game script that limits wide receiver opportunity.

Insight page

CeeDee Lamb

PositiveInjury6:33

Practicing in full already with quad injury reported as a contusion; played on Thursday and was practicing nearly a week later, indicating the injury is minor and he should be available.

Insight page

Chris Olave

NegativeInjury52:22

Did not practice on Wednesday due to illness, but should return to play. No structural injury concern indicated.

Insight page

Colston Loveland

PositiveRole32:32

Despite recent underperformance, Loveland is a talented player actively running routes in the offense; the source argues he warrants a start over alternatives like Brenton Strange or Dalton Schultz, and suggests benching him to wait for Caleb Williams to prove chemistry is premature given his route participation and upside potential.

Insight page
NegativeProjection33:21

Loveland is described as tight end 36 in current projections, representing disappointing production relative to expectations; the source notes he hasn't delivered with Caleb Williams yet and has limited sample size (only one meaningful game with Caleb due to Minnesota rain game), making it difficult to assess his true ceiling in the offense.

Insight page

Cyrus Allen

PositiveSleeper3:28

Cyrus Allen is mentioned as a flyer/emerging player the source is adding to roster mid-season. The source advocates for holding speculative players like Allen who can emerge rather than doing bye-week dance ahead of schedule.

Insight page

D.J. Moore

PositiveValue3:28

DJ Moore represents a buy-low opportunity for end-of-season playoff run despite recurring shoulder injury concerns and inconsistent usage history. The source notes Moore will miss Week 6 due to Bills bye, creating a two-week window (Weeks 6-7) to acquire him cheaply before his shoulder heals by Week 8. Of his five games played, the two games where he played a full allotment of snaps he was great; the two bad weeks he got knocked out early, making his inconsistent box score appearance misleading. With Ken Coleman limited to two targets last week, Moore should have a big role going forward. The source calls him a potential league-winning type of guy with Josh Allen.

Insight page
NegativeInjury4:03

DJ Moore will not play in Week 6 due to Bills bye week. He did not practice Wednesday with a recurring shoulder injury (AC joint sprain from Week 2). The source expresses concern about the recurring nature of the shoulder injury and Moore's history of inconsistent usage, though notes his shoulder should be okay by Week 8.

Insight page

D'Andre Swift

PositiveProjection30:00

Described as a weekly must-start regardless of matchup; the source notes Swift is a 60% snap player in Ben Johnson's high-powered offense and will get the majority of work. Despite Atlanta being a formidable rushing defense (seventh in adjusted fantasy points given up to RBs), the source emphasizes that matchup does not matter for Swift—he must be played every week.

Insight page

Dallas Goedert

NegativeRole93:40

The source mentions Dallas Goedert among Eagles players requiring fantasy re-evaluation following Jalen Hurts' injury, suggesting his role and production may be impacted by the quarterback change to Tanner McKee.

Insight page

DeVonta Smith

NegativeInjury7:32

Did not practice on Wednesday; status unclear but mentioned in injury update context alongside other players with varying participation levels.

Insight page
PositiveUsage46:47

DeVonta Smith has inconsistent target volume; despite being given significant money by the team, his utilization is strange and limited. He had nine targets in week four against Buffalo but only three or four targets in other weeks, making him difficult to rely on as a starter.

Insight page
NegativeRole93:40

The source mentions DeVonta Smith among Eagles players requiring fantasy re-evaluation following Jalen Hurts' injury, indicating that his role and production may be affected by the quarterback change to backup Tanner McKee.

Insight page

Drake London

PositiveMatchup10:05

Expected to run wild against the Bears defense in the matchup with Caleb Williams returning; positioned as a beneficiary of the favorable defensive matchup.

Insight page
PositiveDepth Chart32:36

Drake London is described as a lock in the Falcons offense, indicating he is a reliable starter with secure playing time and role.

Insight page

Drake Maye

NegativeMatchup45:10

Drake Maye has been strong the last two weeks (Quarterback 2, Quarterback 1 finishes), but faces the Jets who have been dominant defensively—they recorded eight sacks last week and have played good defense this year. The Patriots are favored 7.5 points at home with an under of 43.5, suggesting a defensive-heavy game that could limit Maye's upside.

Insight page
PositiveRole48:16

Drake Maye is described as a must start at this point after two weeks, indicating he has established himself as a reliable fantasy quarterback option.

Insight page

Dylan Sampson

PositiveSleeper3:28

Dylan Sampson is mentioned as a flyer/emerging player the source is considering adding to roster. The source advocates for holding speculative players like Sampson who can emerge rather than doing bye-week dance ahead of schedule.

Insight page

Garrett Wilson

PositiveMatchup46:10

Garrett Wilson is a must start every week, indicating consistent confidence in his performance regardless of matchup.

Insight page
PositiveRole46:25

Garrett Wilson is described as a must start every week, indicating he has a locked-in featured role in the offense regardless of game circumstances.

Insight page

Geno Smith

NegativeProjection47:58

Geno Smith has zero interceptions through five weeks; he is on pace for 3,600 yards and 20 touchdowns. The source notes he is an okay quarterback when protected and the offensive line has improved, but the team's slow play style limits fantasy value despite having good skill position pieces.

Insight page

Hunter Henry

PositiveRole47:27

Hunter Henry is a break-glass tight end option, especially if A.J. Brown is out; he had 62 yards receiving on five targets last week and 44 yards receiving with a touchdown in the prior week, finishing as the tight end nine. He is recommended as an option given the team's reluctance to target their expensive wide receiver.

Insight page

Jalen Coker

PositiveInjury9:04

Practicing in full on Wednesday, indicating good health status and availability for the upcoming game.

Insight page

Jalen Hurts

NegativeInjury5:02

Dealing with the same ankle he's been managing; the source notes he's 'running out of ankles' and faces tough road matchups against the Rams and Denver over the next two weeks, creating significant injury risk and scheduling concerns.

Insight page
NegativeProjection52:00

Ranked lower than Tyler Shuck this week by the source, suggesting diminished expectations for this particular matchup.

Insight page
NegativeInjury92:14

Jalen Hurts is out for Sunday's game due to a superficial blood clot discovered via ultrasound during treatment for a calf injury sustained during the previous game. The clot was found following the team's flight to London, which the source notes can contribute to blood clot formation. This is a significant injury development that removes him from consideration as a start of the week.

Insight page

Jameis Winston

PositiveProjection52:00

Paired with Tyler Shuck as a potential high-upside play this week; source suggests both could 'end up just going crazy' if points are needed, indicating explosive potential.

Insight page
PositiveRole88:30

The source notes that the team has shifted their entire offensive scheme to accommodate Winston following the departure of mobile quarterback Jackson Dart, with the coaching staff drawing up plays specifically for him despite his tendency to ignore the scheme and do what he wants. This represents a significant role elevation and offensive commitment to Winston.

Insight page

Jeremiyah Love

NegativeInjury5:27

Jeremiah Love is dealing with an ankle injury similar to DJ Moore's situation. He did not practice Wednesday, with the team emphasizing rest will be vital for him to get his ankle right. Status for Week 6 remains uncertain pending Thursday and Friday practice reports.

Insight page
NegativeInjury12:00

The source expresses concern about Jeremiah Love's ankle injury and would start Marshawn Lloyd over him this week despite having made the wrong decision last week (starting Love over Lloyd, which cost them a point in their league).

Insight page

Jonathan Taylor

PositiveMatchup43:15

Jonathan Taylor should do significant work against the Titans; the source expects him to run all over them given the Colts' 18.8 implied points for Tennessee and the expected run-heavy game script.

Insight page

Jordan Love

PositiveProjection10:26

Named as a start of the week with the source noting he's 'just bombing it out' and has the second most 20-yard attempts in the NFL, indicating strong passing volume and deep-ball opportunities.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup10:30

Jordan Love has the second most 20-yard attempts in the NFL and faces Dallas, which has allowed the sixth highest explosive play rate; the source calls this a perfect matchup and names Love as the number one waiver pickup if available, likely to be the start of the week next week as well, with a fantastic three-run matchup.

Insight page

Josh Allen

NegativeProjection0:15

Josh Allen has a bye week in week seven, requiring the source to plan ahead for a replacement quarterback on waivers or through trades.

Insight page

Josh Downs

PositiveRole43:45

Josh Downs has been dealing with a hamstring injury and underperforming; Daniel Jones has not been good (23 is his best finish this year). Teams have been double-teaming Downs on third downs the last two weeks. While the Colts may move him around to get him involved, the issue is that this is a game where you don't need wide receivers much—Jonathan Taylor will run all over the Titans, and even if Downs gets a 40 percent target share, the passing pie will be very small.

Insight page

Juwan Johnson

NegativeUsage52:38

Tight end one finish in weeks one and five with out-of-this-world target volume alongside Rashid Rice with Jameis Winston. Dominant performance despite risk of being pulled from games when ahead.

Insight page

Keenan Allen

NegativeUsage44:35

Keenan Allen has had only nine targets over his last two games, indicating low receiving volume. The source suggests playing Trey Tucker or Kendrick Bourne over Keenan this week.

Insight page

Kendrick Bourne

PositiveValue45:00

The source made the choice to play Kendrick Bourne over Keenan Allen this week, indicating preference for Bourne's matchup or upside.

Insight page

Kenyon Sadiq

PositiveBreakout48:03

Kenyon Sadiq is identified as a hopeful breakout candidate in the offense; the source likes him as a piece in the team's attack despite the slow play style limiting overall fantasy value.

Insight page

Keon Coleman

NegativeUsage5:27

Ken Coleman had every opportunity in last week's game but was limited to just two targets, suggesting reduced role going forward. This limited usage supports the thesis that DJ Moore should have a bigger role in the Bills offense.

Insight page

Kyle Pitts

PositiveUsage33:15

Pitts has shown improved production in recent weeks with six targets and better output than Loveland over the last two weeks, positioning him as a viable alternative tight end play.

Insight page

Lamar Jackson

NegativeInjury7:40

Did not practice with ankle injury; despite earlier reports of a serious shot at playing this week, the did-not-participate status feels concerning and suggests he may not play, warranting lineup caution.

Insight page
NegativeInjury35:02

Lamar Jackson did not practice heading into the Ravens-Browns matchup; the source notes that if the sportsbook believed Lamar was unavailable, the Vegas line (Baltimore minus 5.5) would likely shift, suggesting his status remains uncertain but the market is pricing him as likely to play.

Insight page

MarShawn Lloyd

PositiveMatchup11:45

The source names Marshawn Lloyd a start of the week, something they wouldn't have imagined doing a few weeks ago; Lloyd faces Dallas, which has allowed the most rushing yards in the league and the most schedule-adjusted points to the running back position; with Caleb Johnson limited to seven carries last week and not recording a touch until the fourth quarter, Lloyd was the only plan at running back, and when the Bears can throw deep and keep defenses honest, Lloyd gets opportunities; he scored twice last week and is good enough to beat the Cowboys.

Insight page

Marvin Harrison Jr.

PositiveBreakout21:23

Harrison Jr. is making his Texans debut after being traded from Arizona, reuniting with his college quarterback. The source notes a dramatic shift in his practice demeanor—appearing disengaged in Arizona practice clips but showing genuine effort and excitement in early Houston practice footage. The source expresses high conviction in Harrison Jr.'s receiving yards over this week, citing the trade cost (second-round pick and 5-6 swap), the validation pressure on Houston's front office, and the likelihood of heavy target volume. The source states: 'There is no bet in the world I am more certain of it than Marvin Harrison Jr.'s receiving yards over this week,' emphasizing the mathematical certainty of targets given the investment and organizational need to justify the trade.

Insight page
NegativeProjection24:52

The source projects Marvin Harrison Jr. to receive a high volume of targets in Week 6 against Jacksonville; his receiving yards over/under opened at 23.5 yards and has moved to 28 yards due to market action. The source believes Harrison will "get a pile of targets" and is confident enough to "look like a moron" if wrong, citing the Cardinals' need to validate their decision to trade for him. His PointsBet projection is 20.5 receiving yards. The only concern noted is limited practice time or snap count, but the source dismisses this as unlikely given the Cardinals' offensive situation.

Insight page
NegativeRole28:08

Added to the Texans roster alongside C.J. Stroud; mentioned in context of quarterback evaluation but no specific fantasy stance provided.

Insight page

Nico Collins

PositiveRole26:00

Nico Collins is recommended as a start in Week 6. The source states "Play Nico Collins" in the context of discussing Houston's receiving options against Jacksonville, indicating confidence in his role and production for the week.

Insight page

Parker Washington

PositiveProjection26:43

Parker Washington had a huge week in Week 5 and is positioned as a reliable start in Week 6 against the Texans despite the matchup appearing favorable on paper. The source drafted him yesterday and believes he is a "wide receiver one rest of season in fantasy football." The source notes that no other Jacksonville receiver gets enough snaps or targets to be reliable, making Parker the only viable option regardless of matchup. The source is "super happy to have Parker Washington in this game" and would not recommend other Jaguars receivers like Brian Thomas Jr. in this matchup.

Insight page

Quinshon Judkins

NegativeInjury8:59

Not practicing with ankle injury; status uncertain with mixed signals on availability.

Insight page

Rhamondre Stevenson

PositiveProjection13:21

The source calls Ramondre Stevenson a great start this week; the Patriots offense has figured it out after looking terrible to start the year and losing A.J. Brown unexpectedly, and the offense is now humming with 29 and 43 points in recent games.

Insight page
PositiveMatchup46:00

Rhamondre Stevenson is a start of the week for this matchup, indicating strong confidence in his performance.

Insight page
PositiveRole46:18

Ramondre Stevenson is a start of the week pick; the source recommends both running backs in this game (Stevenson and Braylon Allen) as starts, indicating Stevenson has a featured role in a game where the team's strategy is to run the football and manage the clock.

Insight page

Saquon Barkley

NegativeInjury7:32

Did not practice on Wednesday; status unclear but mentioned in injury update context alongside other players with varying participation levels.

Insight page
NegativeRole93:36

The source mentions Saquon Barkley in the context of Eagles players who need to be re-evaluated following Jalen Hurts' injury, indicating that his fantasy value and role may be affected by the quarterback change.

Insight page

Sean Tucker

PositiveSleeper3:28

Sean Tucker is mentioned as a backup/flyer option the source is considering adding to roster. The source advocates for holding speculative players like Tucker who can emerge rather than doing bye-week dance ahead of schedule.

Insight page

Tanner McKee

NegativeRole93:29

With Jalen Hurts ruled out due to injury, Tanner McKee becomes the starting quarterback for the Eagles in Week 6, stepping in as the backup option for the team.

Insight page

Tre Tucker

PositiveValue44:55

The source prefers Trey Tucker over Keenan Allen this week, suggesting Tucker offers better value or upside.

Insight page

Trevor Lawrence

PositiveProjection28:08

Ranked as the tenth-best quarterback on the season; the source recommends playing him in the neutral-site game against Houston, indicating confidence in his performance despite the matchup context.

Insight page
NegativeProjection28:15

Trevor Lawrence is ranked as the quarterback 12 on the season heading into Week 6 against Houston.

Insight page
NegativeProjection51:30

Ranked at seven by the source as of the discussion point, positioned higher than Tyler Shuck in current rankings.

Insight page

Xavier Worthy

PositiveMatchup42:45

The source prefers Xavier Worthy over Carnell Tate this week, indicating stronger confidence in Worthy's matchup setup.

0:00Welcome to the Fantasy Footballers Podcast with your hosts, Andy Holloway, Jason Moore, and Mike Wright.
0:05Welcome in! Football time! That's all I got today guys.
0:08Oh my goodness, if the people only knew which they're about to.
0:12Thursday, October 15th, the Fantasy Footballers Podcast. It's a big show, starts of the week, Fantasy Forecast.
0:18On the way, we've got news to talk about.
0:21Yeah, we were sitting in here before the show just talking about life and I've been given play-by-play on what parts of
0:28my body still don't work from the hole-in-one challenge, which I just said I just woke up and my hands are swollen, but I'm feeling okay.
0:36And you know, Mike's just, I mean, we're talking Jason, you and I are talking.
0:41You know, sometimes we're quiet. Al's talking. Maybe he's looking stuff up, prepping.
0:45And he hasn't said a thing. Like, I mean, we got Papa Josh back in the building today in Deucer's Alley.
0:52So, you know, his cruise was really short. And so everybody's just going and then we're just like getting ready to start
0:59the show and Mike has just three little words to say.
1:03And the words were, I am deceased. I am dead.
1:06I was at a punk rock show last night.
1:09Yes. Because this is what we do to grown-ups.
1:12We're like, hey, Wednesday night. Well, we don't all do it.
1:15Yeah, why is it on a Wednesday night? Well, I'm saying the show.
1:19I didn't choose the day for the show. That's what I'm saying.
1:23Why was a punk rock show on a Wednesday?
1:26Probably because they're like, it's Arizona. Yeah. We'll just swing by there.
1:30You get Wednesday. We'll give them Wednesday. So Mike is here in some capacity.
1:35I'm good. My voice is very shredded. Yeah, we did notice that on the It's Football Time.
1:40That was your weakest performance yet. I know that was everything I had.
1:44Maybe that was no mailbag today. That wasn't indicative of like your confidence level in the Broncos offense came through in your voice.
1:52Maybe that's... That's happened before. That has happened before.
1:55But don't worry, guys. I signed Bo Nix of the Denver Broncos.
1:58Oh, man. Did you get him? Did you get him for zero?
2:02I hope he got him for zero. No, I actually paid for him.
2:06I'll bet you didn't need to. I didn't need to.
2:10No, but yesterday I tried to get Stroud. This is all for by the way.
2:15We got the bye weeks coming, right? So I'm a Josh Allen manager.
2:19Very proud to be. And next week is Josh Allen's bye.
2:22And I wanted CJ Stroud and I tried to get him at $0 yesterday and it didn't happen.
2:28And then I, lo and behold, I noticed that Bo Nix plays a certain team called the Arizona Cardinals in week seven.
2:35It's called a get right game. And even Mitch Bo Nix Trubisky or Bo Mitch Trubisky Nix can deliver against the Cardinals.
2:42Got it. So, yeah, well, we'll find out, I think, over the course of this year, whether the Broncos and Sean Payton
2:49and them are capped by a quarterback. It is a good tip where we're at the point in the season where you
2:56need, when you're looking at waivers or even after waivers run sometimes, you need to be looking a week ahead.
3:03Get a week ahead on some of these things, whether it's defensive matchups or specifically bye weeks.
3:08You can't always, you know, prep for an injury, but you can prep for a bye week if you know your quarterback
3:16tight end defense is not playing next week and you've got an extra roster spot.
3:20You know, sometimes a great defensive matchup is just laying there on the waiver wire because they're playing the bills or whatever this week.
3:28And so it's like, oh, you know, I've got to drop them.
3:32Yeah. You want another one? How about the Jets defense looks pretty bad against the New England Patriots this week in New England.
3:39But they're the number eight ranked defense in scoring and they play Miami at home next week.
3:45So you can kind of go. I tried at this point in the season never go more than a week ahead.
3:52Yeah, because I'm trying to add. I also want to do things like Jason just did and put a Cyrus Allen on
3:59my roster or, you know, add somebody that is Sean Tucker as a backup or Dylan Sampson.
4:04Mike, you added him yesterday. You want to have flyers and players that can emerge, but doing the bye week dance one
4:11week in a head, one week ahead saves you from the fab spin.
4:16Like I got the Jets for nothing because nobody wants them against New England.
4:20But next week, the Jets probably go for four or five, six fab.
4:24So that's the plan. And we'll see if it works out.
4:28We've got lots to talk about. Let's start with the news.
4:31News and notes from around the league. That's the news.
4:35You thought I said it sounded like you said, let's start with the news.
4:39And I was like, well, this is let's see what the news is.
4:43Yeah, let's see. It starts good. It does. DJ more not practicing.
4:47Oh, I thought Caleb was first. I don't know.
4:50DJ more not practicing. And in here, here's I want to talk about DJ more for a second, because I think he
4:57could be a very, very good end of season run into the playoffs.
5:01League winning type of guy with Josh Allen. But right now you have one good week, week one.
5:07Then you had an injury in week two, AC joint sprain.
5:11Then you had nine points and two points. And then you got hurt and miss and you got hurt in the two
5:18point game and missed the rest of that game in the last game.
5:22He did not practice on Wednesday. And let me give you a little spoiler alert.
5:27DJ more will not be playing football this week for the bills.
5:31Yeah. Zero percent chance. Why? Because the bills are on by next week.
5:35Correct. So your window to buy DJ more might be a couple of weeks.
5:39It's like this week, next week. If you want to take the shot at it, I don't like the recurring shoulder injury.
5:47I don't like the fact DJ more has a history of being somewhat inconsistent and randomly used.
5:52But I do think he kind of represents a buy.
5:55No, he definitely does. You won't get him until week eight, but you will get him in week eight.
6:01His shoulders should be okay there. And the nice thing is, if you look at his, if you had him or if
6:08you, if, you know, you're looking at the box score and you see good week, bad week, good week, bad week, the
6:16two bad weeks, he got knocked out early. And, you know, not everybody looks that deep into them.
6:21You're like, oh, so he's not that consistent. The only two games he played a full allotment of snaps, he was great.
6:28Yeah. Yeah. And he has the, you know, you saw this last week.
6:33Ken Coleman had every opportunity, had two targets in the game.
6:36So DJ more should have a big role. Jeremiah love very similar to DJ more dealing with an ankle injury.
6:43Now the floor says the rest will be vital for him.
6:46We want to get his ankle right. He didn't practice Wednesday.
6:50That's the rest they're talking about. They might be talking about more than that.
6:54I mean, you could have, we'll see what Thursday, Friday looks like.
6:58We have our injury blitz podcast on Friday with Matthew Betts.
7:02It was also the, the other ankle. I know he hurt.
7:05Well, he's not at the beginning. He's not been, no, he's, he's not been Jeremiah.
7:10He's Jeremiah like. This is the same ankle as the one he's been dealing with this time.
7:16So it's not, this is, so he is dealing with the running out of ankles.
7:20Yeah. Yeah. He needs, he needs two more ankles, but the next two weeks are going to be really tough on the
7:27road against the Rams on the road against Denver.
7:30Um, and then I think great trade for candidate.
7:33CD lamb is practicing in full already with the quad injury.
7:37So that was a nothing. They reported it as a contusion and this seems to back that up.
7:43They had played on Thursday. So you're talking about a Wednesday practice almost a week later.
7:48He seems to be good. And then some quick hitters for today's matchups.
7:52Saquon Barkley, Devante Smith did not practice Wednesday. Caleb Williams practiced in full on Wednesday.
7:57I think he's back. Lamar Jackson did not practice with the ankle.
8:01He is not back. It's weird when you get, did you, you moved him into your starting lineup.
8:07I saw that. I did. And was that just kind of like, come on guy, let's, let's, you can do it.
8:13Look at this job you got for me. Um, no, no, it was, it was, um, there was the report that he
8:20has a serious shot of playing this week. When you have something come out where it's like, there's a really good chance of playing this week.
8:29And then you're a did not participate. That just feels fishy to me.
8:33Mm-hmm. That's like, ah. So I, I, you know, I've definitely got to be prepared for him to not play.
8:39Uh, Quinchon Judkins not practicing with the ankle. Jalen Coker practicing in full.
8:44So we're kind of going back and forth here.
8:47Did not. Right. Loves me, loves me not. And then Wolverine.
8:50Travion Henderson was limited on Wednesday with a high ankle.
8:53He's a fast healer. From the IR to, uh, he's going to miss a few weeks to limited.
8:59Limited. And then AJ Brown limited on Wednesday as well.
9:02Returning from his ankle injury. There is, he's, he's playing this week or next week.
9:07Uh, that's almost for sure. AJ Brown. AJ Brown.
9:10Yes. Um, practice this week will determine whether or not he plays this week.
9:15That is a true, uh, 50, 50 right now.
9:18Let's talk starts. Starts of the week brought to you by Apple card.
9:22Our confidence plays players that you should, uh, get into your lineup this week.
9:26You might be on the edge of do I don't tie looking for those great matchups, looking for those great opportunities and starting at the quarterback position.
9:35Boy, it is a joy, a true treat to have the ability to have one of my, my guys potentially play football.
9:42Caleb Williams is my start of the week. This week, the return of Caleb Williams against the Falcons full participant in practice.
9:49The game now with his prognosis of being available is up at a 51.5 over under you've got Michael Pennix and the
9:56Falcons able to score the bears defense. Um, that was the, um, that was the, what?
10:01Hey, look at this. Hey, check this out. Hey, check this out.
10:05So you're going to get a lot of that Drake London running wild.
10:09Uh, but you don't need to be told that Drake London's the start of the week, but you might with Caleb Williams.
10:17I, I'm excited. It's a dumb game. The bears were just embarrassed.
10:20They come out with Ben Johnson and his quarterback and I'm ready to get him back into lineups.
10:26Yeah. And, uh, Hey, check this out. I'm going with Jordan love.
10:30He's just bombing it out. He has the second most 20 yard attempts in the NFL.
10:35Oh. And then Dallas has allowed the six highest explosive, uh, play rate.
10:39So this is a perfect matchup. And they've allowed it like with, like they enjoy, they, they really like giving up.
10:46Two thumbs up. Um, they're, they're, they're out there with the, uh, the, you know, the airplane.
10:52They're also checking it out. Yeah. They're just watching.
10:55Oh, check that out. Um, yeah, look, Jordan loves a great.
10:58Play. He was my number one waiver pickup. If he was out there this week and, uh, my stream, my start, uh,
11:05he'll probably be my start of the week next week as well.
11:09The, his three run matchup here is, is fantastic.
11:12I'm going with Brock Purdy against the Washington commanders.
11:15We finally had a down game for Brock, but I will get him right back in there.
11:20Don't let that keep you down. The commanders dead last and schedule adjusted points to the position and at home over the
11:28last two years, Brock Purdy is just an absolute beast.
11:31So it's just a reminder. It was one week.
11:34This will happen. Get him back in. All right.
11:37I'm going to do something that I wouldn't have imagined doing a few weeks ago, but Marshawn Lloyd is a start of the week for me.
11:45This week. Oh, you're going to hear a few players from Dallas green Bay matchup.
11:50That the run was fun where he truck stick that guy, but we're going to a start of the week.
11:56Also had a, well, look, this is a real decision for people.
12:00Oh, it is. It's spicy. Like, let me give you an example of a decision that I have to make.
12:07I have to start Marshawn Lloyd or Jeremiah Love.
12:09Now that decision I made, I made it wrong last week.
12:13It cost me. I lost by a point in that league.
12:17So are you saying that this week you would start Marshawn Lloyd over Jeremiah?
12:21I would. Yeah. I'm very concerned about that ankle and I love the matchup against the Cowboys.
12:27You just talked about, you know, the Cowboys, they give up big plays.
12:31They also like to let people run the ball against them.
12:34They've allowed the most rushing yards in the league and the most schedule adjusted points to the position.
12:40If you look at the box score last week, Caleb Johnson, right?
12:44With the opportunity of no Chris Brooks, he had seven carries.
12:48Didn't record a touch until the fourth quarter. You brought this up earlier in the week.
12:53He was not the plan. Marshawn Lloyd was the only plan.
12:56Correct. At running back. And guess what? When you can throw the ball deep, when you can keep teams honest with, you
13:03know, back out there, you know, the linebackers and the safeties and keep people off the line of scrimmage, you're going to
13:10give opportunities to Marshawn Lloyd scored twice last week.
13:13He's not a great player, but he's good enough to beat the Cowboys.
13:18I'm going with Lloyd this week. Most are. Most are.
13:21Yeah. Oh, and yours is spectacular. Oh, dude. Never thought these words would come out of your mouth.
13:27The round mound of touchdown. Ramondre Stevenson is a great start this week.
13:31The Patriots offense has figured it out. They looked terrible to start the year.
13:35They lost A.J. Brown unexpectedly, and it took them a while to figure it out.
13:40But they've figured it out. 29 points, 43 points.
13:43The offense is humming. I know Travo Wolverine is practicing in a limited fashion, but he's not going to be fully healthy if he's active.
13:51There's a chance he's not active. And in week one without Travo, 85% of the snaps, 18 carries, six targets against the Jets.
13:59He's pretty much a must start this week. Mike.
14:01And we're sticking with the volume, man. We're going to pump it up.
14:06It's Braylon Allen in the exact same game against the Patriots.
14:09Brees Hall still did not practice on Wednesday. I'm guessing that he will be out yet again, hence the start of the week.
14:17But Braylon Allen, for those, like if you don't have Braylon or you're just not paying attention to what's going on, the
14:24last two weeks, 43% of the team's work, as in 43% of the attempts or the targets.
14:29Like for context, Jonathan Taylor's at 40%. Walker, Ken Bone Walker's at 45%.
14:33Braylon Allen is a full three down running back right now.
14:37And the matchup, it's not as scary as you think.
14:40Don't love if we get into a shootout situation, but Braylon Allen, the volume is going to be there.
14:46My wide receiver start of the week is Matthew Golden against the Cowboys.
14:50Cowboys, we discussed earlier in the week, he's on pace for over 1,300 receiving yards, a 21% target share in every game this year.
14:58Both these teams are going to score a bunch of points.
15:02It's going to be a fun one. But them Cowboys and Jordan Love, six most yards per target given up to wide
15:09receivers, consolidated for Green Bay amongst Watson, Golden, and a little bit of Kraft mixed in.
15:14So we're starting the Packers. Start the Packers. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
15:18I think that's a good strat this week. Wide receiver, I'm going a little deeper here, but I think it's a really good matchup for Trey Tucker.
15:26Wide receiver for the Raiders against the Bills. Look, I want this game.
15:30It's a 53 and a half point over under.
15:33The Bills defense is not good at all. They are terrible against wide receivers.
15:38Obviously, the number one wide receiver for the Raiders is Brock Bowers, but someone else has to get it done.
15:44The Bills, their defense is on tired legs. A short week.
15:48They were on the field for 78 plays on Monday night against the Rams.
15:52And Trey Tucker is, I think, going to be the beneficiary here.
15:56He's been out there like four for 40 every week.
16:00This is the type of matchup that I'm happy enough to put him in.
16:04You've got Naylor who might be back, but is kind of out.
16:08There's really no one else there to throw the ball to.
16:11I have some thoughts on that where I do think people are going to be making decisions around players like Trey Tucker this week.
16:19You have Jamar Chase on by. You have Amon Ross St.
16:23Brown on by. You have decisions to make around flex spots.
16:26Two other guys that are in that consideration for me with Trey Tucker, or at least one other one I'll mention real quick, is Kendrick Bourne of Arizona.
16:35Kendrick Bourne in Arizona is now coming into a higher profile role.
16:39I had a really hard decision between Bourne and Tucker to make.
16:43I think both are pretty viable this week, so it's good to get that name out there.
16:49Both are viable. I mean, those guys will get targets.
16:52I'm playing the matchup against Buffalo. I'm going with Denzel Boston.
16:55Now, pay attention. He popped up on the injury report yesterday, but he was limited.
17:00It sounds like he will be a full go this weekend.
17:04But as of right now, he leads all rookie wide receivers in receiving yards.
17:08Denzel Boston, the second one chosen by the Cleveland Browns this year.
17:12He's earning volume. It's not just touchdowns. Seven plus targets in three of the last four games and the matchup.
17:19The Ravens have allowed the sixth most catches. Sixth most catches.
17:22Six moths flew into the- The human torch was denied a bank loan.
17:26And the fifth most yards to- Oh, look at this.
17:30If you're watching on YouTube, we have a new- We've got- You have a slightly- The Hitman.
17:35I don't know how you got a photo from me of last night.
17:39That is you, isn't it? But that is- Wow.
17:42That's what I look like. The Hitman. That's how I feel.
17:46That is a lot. That was a picture of you at a punk rock show at 43 years old.
17:52Yeah, yeah, yeah. On a Wednesday night. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
17:55It was awesome. Oh, man. Play Denzel Boston. Yeah, there you go.
17:59He's getting the moth- He's getting the moth. Tyler Higby is my start of the week at tight end against the Arizona Cardinals.
18:06Five plus catches, 60 yards in three straight games.
18:09Gets the Cardinals defense that doesn't know that tight ends exist.
18:13See Sam Laporta last week. I think Higby is a great play this week.
18:17The last three that played Arizona likely killed the Cardinals.
18:21Kittle killed them. Laporta killed them. Higby will kill them.
18:24And I'm throwing Dallas Goddard back in the lineups.
18:27Look, he didn't have a huge week last week, but he got back, returned from injury.
18:3270% snaps and nine targets. Yeah, but I'm just saying production off of those targets.
18:37They weren't that great. But now he gets the Panthers.
18:40Last two tight ends to face the Panthers. Harold Fannin, seven for 51 and two touchdowns.
18:45Sam Laporta, eight for 84 and a touchdown. Dallas Goddard is really necessary to this offense.
18:50It's a really good matchup for tight ends, and he's absolutely in my lineup.
18:55Oh, gosh. Really? Steel underpants. You had a decision to make after this past week, and this is where you're going?
19:01I'm strapping them on, baby! You're going to be deceased again.
19:05Go on. It's Dalton Kincaid. Oh, we are riding.
19:08Hey. What kind of underpants? It's just steel. Those are just steel?
19:12Yeah. Ooh. Fool me once. Fool me twice. You need more protection.
19:16Fool me thrice. We're going to find out. He did fool you thrice.
19:20What is the fourth one? What is that called?
19:23Quad. Quad. Yes. Look it up! All right, producers, what do we pay you for?
19:28The routes are still there. They're still there. Believe in the process.
19:32Somehow, Josh Allen only completed 12 passes. That's fair.
19:34He did get a two-point conversion, didn't he? I know Dalton Kincaid.
19:38I think he caught a two-point conversion. Look, he's still there.
19:42He's still on the field. The matchup is there.
19:45Raiders 26th in schedule adjusted points to the position.
19:48Buffalo's team total, their implied total is nearly 30 points.
19:51Josh Allen's going to have to complete more than 12 passes.
19:54They can't do that every week. I know he's Superman, but if that's what their plan is, Superman will perish.
20:01You can't have Josh Allen do all of that every single week.
20:05I'm going to trust the matchup. We're going to go one more time.
20:09It might be our last ride with Dalton Kincaid.
20:12We'll find out. But I'll tell you, I'm playing.
20:15You're on the ride. This is your league of record team.
20:18I am playing. Let me make the case. I am not pivoting.
20:22The case for Dalton Kincaid is this, that he only had 12 completions and the week before, Joe Brady said we have
20:29to get him a bunch more targets. Maybe the passing game was just non-existent.
20:34This will be the week that that happens. But I also hate the part where he's like, I got to get him
20:41more targets and he had one catch. So this will be, will you be out?
20:46Like what will you do? Let's say he goes, it's Las Vegas, right?
20:50Right. Let's say he goes out there and it's three for 14, no touchdowns.
20:54Then we probably have to hit the eject. They're on buy.
20:58Yeah, that's true. They're on the buy week. So you might get bailed out.
21:02All right. That was Starts of the Week brought to you by Apple Card.
21:07Apply in the Wallet app on your iPhone today.
21:10Subject to credit approval. Apple Card issued by Goldman Sachs Bank USA, Salt Lake City Branch.
21:15Terms and more at applecard.com. We're going to take a break and get into the matchups.
21:20All right. It's week six. Fantasy Forecast presented by PrizePix.
21:23I want to throw out a quick note here for the many of you using the Ultimate Dashboard and the in-season app for the fantasy footballers.
21:32Make sure you go out there and get the update that released yesterday before the weekend hits.
21:37Just some improvements to the frequency of like statistical updates hitting the app, even if you keep the app open.
21:44There were some issues with some people close apps, some people don't.
21:48We just made some improvements basically for the efficiency of the app.
21:52I'm just mentioning it because thousands of you use that app every week, and I want your data to be the very best.
21:59That's right. So go get that update. The Chiefs and Panthers come back from the bye.
22:04The Bengals, Dolphins, Lions, and Vikings head off to a break, and let's start in London.
22:09The Houston Texans at one and four against the Jacksonville Jaguars, who are four and one.
22:14They stay in London for another game. Jacksonville minus two and a half in this one.
22:20Over-under is 42 and a half. That line isn't big enough to where I would hit the button, but I do think
22:27the Houston Texans, I like them in the points personally.
22:30We get to see the debut of the newly energized Marvin Harrison Jr., who joins his collegiate quarterback.
22:36We know him. This is an Arizona question for us.
22:39Do we want him to be good? Oh, man.
22:42Do we want him to be good? It's a great question.
22:45Of course not if you're an Arizona fan. But kind of because I – Oh, to make us look dumb?
22:52Yes. And get rid of what? Bidwell. I'm just throwing it out.
22:56Do we want him to succeed or do we want failure?
22:59I got a horrible news for you. The Cardinals will never be sold.
23:03I know it. They're the oldest franchise in the NFL, owned by three generations of men named Bidwell, and they will never be sold.
23:11Winners. There are billboards going up in Arizona right now of which Jason paid – I am participating.
23:17He did participate in purchasing billboards to try to persuade – I don't know.
23:22We appreciate you. Yeah. I mean there's thousands of people in Arizona right now that are trying to campaign to get him out.
23:29But you're right. It won't happen. And regardless, we're going to find out if Marvin Harrison Jr.
23:34was slogging it to get out of town. Right.
23:37Because he's smart or if he's not that good.
23:40I will say that I – we see all the clips all season long, all off season long.
23:46Marv has looked in practice like he is a slow tight end.
23:50And now the first practice videos that we're getting from Houston, it's like, whoa, where's this guy been?
23:56He's not even hit the field yet. And he's just like practicing like he cares.
24:01And maybe it took getting out of Arizona. I don't blame him for that.
24:05That is probably the most exciting thing to watch for in this game.
24:09It is a divisional matchup. Let me ask you this.
24:13He's bringing excitement to the team. So I don't mind saying that Houston might win this game.
24:18How often do I bet? Very little. Not much at all.
24:22Yeah. So like on a year, how many bets do I actually put into a book?
24:27Maybe 10. Maybe 10 bets, right? Yeah. Less than one a week.
24:31There is no bet in the world. I am more certain of it than Marvin Harrison Jr.'s receiving yards over this week.
24:38When you trade a second and a 5-6 swap, when you have the amount of news coverage, when you have a guy
24:45reuniting with his quarterback, you have the other news of like all other teams were like, Marv was worth a four.
24:52Right. So this team, you need to validate your decision.
24:55Yes. So there's validating the decision. And then there's just math.
24:58You're going to give him targets. If you told me that the Cardinals were going to give him 10 targets this week,
25:05I mean, his over was like 23 and a half yards.
25:09I think it's like 28 now because other people are doing this.
25:13But I just think it's so obvious to me and I am willing to look like a moron because that will make
25:20us look smart for getting rid of him as Cardinal fans.
25:23But I cannot imagine he doesn't get a pile of targets.
25:27The only thing that could step in the way of it at this point would be his prize.
25:33He's not ready enough. His prize picks projection, 20 and a half receiving.
25:37There you go. Go hit that more. I mean, I'm just the only thing, like I said, if there's not enough practice
25:44time and you actually have really limited snaps, that would be the problem.
25:48But do you think that's going to happen? You think Marv's not taking the field over a Hutchinson snap this week or
25:55a Jalen null snap this week when you've got...
25:58Dude, I'm telling you, the Cardinals suck. Arvin Harrison's fine.
26:02I'm now with you on that, Jason. Play Nico Collins.
26:05Woody Marks, he will have the backfield do himself.
26:08It is a brutal matchup against Jacksonville. This is a floor play situation where you pray for a touchdown or a goal line opportunity for Woody Marks.
26:16He has more juice than Monty does. And he runs very hard, but I don't think...
26:22Would you play Ja'Cory Krosky-Marr or would you play Woody Marks?
26:25Oh. JCM's been playing well. That's a fair question.
26:28I think I'm... I think Woody. I think. I'd rather have the...
26:32He's going to get all the work. So much of it.
26:35And he'll get some receptions as well, where Bill probably won't.
26:39On the other side, Parker Washington had the huge week last week.
26:43Are you messing around with any other wideouts for Jacksonville?
26:46No, I don't think so. I mean, you... It's not a good matchup, I think, even though it looks that way.
26:53You know, D'Amico Ryans took over the defensive play calling.
26:56I guess what I'm saying is they don't buy in to the five weeks as being definitive for the Texans.
27:03Correct. I think you have to be correct. What happened last year, the defensive line and the pass rush that they have,
27:10it would blow my mind if they end the year.
27:13Like right now, they're 31st. Like they're one of the best, the second best matchup against fantasy wide receivers.
27:19And they have the personnel to not be that way.
27:22Last year, you just couldn't target them. I'm still hesitant to believe that they are one to target.
27:28I'm super happy to have Parker Washington in this game.
27:31I mean, where we drafted him yesterday shows I believe this is a wide receiver one rest of season in fantasy football.
27:38So regardless of the matchup, Parker's going to be in there and no one else gets enough snaps or targets to be reliable.
27:46You've got to have a really great start. You know, if they were playing against the Bills and this game was, you know, 54 and a half points.
27:55Yeah. I'd take a shot on a Brian Thomas Jr.
27:58for catching a bomb touchdown, but not this matchup.
28:01All right. On the season, Mike, I don't know if you're aware of CJ Stroud, the quarterback nine adding Marvin Harrison.
28:08Makes sense. Trevor Lawrence on the season is the quarterback.
28:11What? What do you think? Trevor Lawrence. Oh, man.
28:14Yeah. I just told you Stroud's the nine. Makes me think 10 the way you said that.
28:1912. Okay. So who would you play in this game?
28:23It's a neutral site. Yeah. Well, I mean, it's like half Jacksonville home.
28:27It's fair. I would play Stroud. I would play Lawrence.
28:30Okay. I'd go Stroud. Bashall Tootin, get him in your lineup.
28:34Absolutely. He's not a great matchup, but just play him.
28:37Bashall Tootin. It's coming. Yes. It's on the way.
28:40Last week, look, the workhorse rating for him, it's up.
28:43It's decided. It's not Crod. Crod's going to get a couple things here and there, of course, but Tootin, the work is there.
28:50He is good. Like all the, you know, his advanced metrics are outstanding.
28:55One of the best running backs. It's just. Touchdown wise.
28:58It just hasn't. Yes. The touchdown, it just hasn't happened yet, but this is exactly the type of player you want to
29:05go acquire where it's because as soon as it like the dam could break and then you're just like, holy crap.
29:12Look what Bashall Tootin is doing. Would you play him over your start of the week, Braylon Allen?
29:17That's one of the more popular searches on our site for the start sit tool.
29:22Right. Man. I think I lean Allen. I lean to him.
29:26The volume is there. I think he's more talented.
29:29He's on pace for almost 1,200 rushing yards right now.
29:32I have Allen a couple spots higher, but. Let's talk about this.
29:36Let's move on. Oh, Britain's strange, by the way.
29:39Viable. Yeah. Viable option. I believe so. The Bears three and two taking on the Falcons two and three Vegas line Chicago
29:46minus one and a half over under 51.5. We've talked a little bit about this game already.
29:51Caleb's my start of the week. Full practice. You love to see it.
29:55What? What? Where are you with the running backs for the Bears right now?
30:00You have a game against Atlanta. Atlanta is a pretty formidable rushing defense.
30:04Seventh in fantasy points. In adjusted fantasy points given up to running backs.
30:08You know, Swift, Manungai in the running game has been very good for Chicago over the course of the year, but both guys dealing with injury.
30:17You feel like you just have to play Swift if he's active.
30:21Swift is a weekly must start for me. Like, I don't even care about matchup for him.
30:26And he will, he'll be, you know, like a 60% snap player.
30:30Ben, we saw another Ben Johnson of like, no, I'm not giving one running back all the work.
30:36I will never do that. This is like essentially what he was saying.
30:40But Swift in a high powered offense, if you are getting the majority and you can do what Swift can do in that offense, he's every single week.
30:49I hate that Jeremy traded for him. Yeah, no, I agree.
30:53I mean, the only thing stopping Swift is an injury.
30:56The matchup isn't great, but you have to throw him in the lineup.
31:00And Roshan Johnson, the way that Ben Johnson talked, he basically said they will always have with the group they have, they will always have a split.
31:09And so I don't expect Kyle Manungai to play in this game.
31:13Right. If he did, I would play him. If he doesn't, I think Roshan Johnson is, you know, one of those break glass.
31:20Yeah, he's not a, he's not a Manungai level.
31:23No, but he's going to get probably nine or 10 carries in this game.
31:27And, you know, you hope maybe one of those is a touchdown.
31:31It's not a fantastic play, but he'll get work.
31:34I do find it really interesting in that, in that quote, when he's talking about his belief and how they want to keep these guys healthy.
31:43He said, we don't have that player on our roster that can get 250 touches.
31:47And I'm like thinking, oh, but you want one.
31:50You, you want that guy to get 250. Yeah, you might want one, they just don't have it.
31:56Drake London's a lock. Bijan is a lock, of course, on the other side.
32:01The tight ends are anything but. Colson Loveland, Kyle Pitts.
32:04Do you feel worse about Loveland than you do Kincaid?
32:07I guess the answer would be yes, right? Yep.
32:10No bye week escape for Colson Loveland in the coming weeks.
32:14But if he doesn't deliver with Caleb in this game, you know, the tight end 36 is not quite what we hope for.
32:21Are you, do you think people have moved on?
32:24Have they stuffed them on the bench to wait and see for Caleb?
32:28People have stuffed them on the bench to wait and see for Caleb.
32:32I think that you can. He's stuffed. I think you could throw him out there.
32:37Oh. No. Oh, you know. You can do anything.
32:40Don't do. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Look, you're free. Two for 19 last week.
32:44Don't. I mean, we have basically. Did you play Brenton Strange or Loveland?
32:48I would play Brenton Strange. Dalton Schultz or Loveland?
32:51I would take the shot on Loveland on those.
32:54I really would. Yeah. I'd Loveland over Schultz. I get that.
32:58We're, I mean, we're going into week six. Why not have him prove it on your bench?
33:03Because then you don't get the fantasy points. Right.
33:06But you also, when you start him to the.
33:09You don't get the fantasy points when you start him.
33:12You don't get fantasy points when you start him.
33:15Yeah. I mean, that's true. But he's out there running routes.
33:19I mean, do you play Pitts on the other side who just had a nice week over Loveland?
33:25I mean, Pitts is, you know, next man up.
33:27Six targets. I mean, the last two weeks for Pitts were better than Loveland.
33:32I'd play Loveland. I mean, again, we have one game with really Caleb Williams and Colson Loveland because the Minnesota rain game.
33:39Yeah. We're just not counting that. And in that game, there was a kajillion points scored and 200 rushing yards.
33:46And not every game is going to be good.
33:48We don't have as large a sample size as you think.
33:52This is a talented guy who is out there running routes.
33:56I agree with everything you're saying. Burden or Adunze in this game?
33:59Who would you play if you had both? Burden.
34:02I'd be Burden. Maybe. I want to say Burden, but I feel like I got to stick to Adunze.
34:08This is like, let's find out. We still don't know.
34:12We still don't know. Let's find out. This is like week one.
34:16This is exactly like week one. What are you watching for?
34:19Well, I want to see how the targets break down.
34:22I was an Adunze guy. You were a Burden guy.
34:26Will you make declarations on these players after this week?
34:29Nope. No. Still too early. I feel like that will be a new one game sample.
34:34Because it's not the right thing to do. You wouldn't make declarations going into week two either.
34:39Why would it be a new one game sample?
34:42Why wouldn't the first game count? Well, okay. Two.
34:45Two game. Okay. Baltimore's four and one. Cleveland's three and two.
34:49Vegas line is Baltimore minus five and a half over under 42 and a half.
34:54We did not have Lamar practice. I don't know if that line in Cleveland would stay there if they thought Lamar was not in the game.
35:02Yeah, that's interesting. Bats, look that up. Where is it right this moment?
35:06Yeah, the over under is 42 and a half.
35:09Not a lot. But we've talked about being able to potentially play both defenses in this one.
35:15Yeah, I'm curious. It seems like the expectation is for Lamar to play with that line.
35:20But Derek Henry, you play. Zay Flowers, you play.
35:23The line is still five and a half. Interesting.
35:26Interesting. But I cannot. I don't know if I have them as five and a half point favorites on the road there.
35:33That, I mean. You're saying you do if Lamar is there.
35:36Oh, for sure. But not if Snoop Dogg. Yeah, Huntley was there.
35:40Interesting. You know, you have Todd Monken, the head coach of Cleveland, who came from Baltimore, who's at home.
35:46Their defense has been pretty good against the run.
35:49That's the one area of super strength right now for the Ravens.
35:53Not that anybody can stop Henry or you'd sit him, but that's just an interesting thought process.
35:58I mean, the Browns' rush defense has been good this year so far.
36:03They're number six in points given up. They're even better.
36:06They're number two in schedule adjusted fantasy points given up to the running back.
36:10So I agree with you. If Lamar doesn't play, this line seems wildly high.
36:15But the Ravens have also, they've looked good. I mean, you know, they are not inept with Snoop Huntley.
36:21Zay Flowers is not someone that you can't play.
36:24They went out and they won last week. Obviously, it was the Titans.
36:28Well, the Falcons. No, they beat Atlanta. Oh, that's right.
36:31That's right. I'm thinking two weeks ago. I thought it was a great performance by Huntley.
36:37For a backup quarterback to come in, I was concerned about Derrick Henry.
36:41And apparently should not have been as he put up over 20 points and was the running back five.
36:47I think everything is kind of just status quo here for the Ravens.
36:51If it's Lamar or if it's Huntley, I'm still playing the guys.
36:55You just lower your expectations on outcome for Zay Flowers because he still had nine targets.
37:00Yes, of course. And of note, Jacoby Lane, their rookie, who the drumbeat was very loud and very steady for the entirety of the offseason.
37:08And in week one, he was already out there getting targets before, unfortunately, fracturing his wrist.
37:13He was a full practice. I think he's going to be back.
37:17And, you know, if you got a spot, he's one of those interesting players to stash for the weekend to see how it shakes out.
37:25All right. What do you do with the Browns?
37:28Fannin had a down week. Boston just started the week.
37:31Judkins is hurt. What's the running back situation? I think that's the number one question for those that need to start this week.
37:39So it's the news yesterday was that Dylan Sampson is his window is open.
37:43However, we it was logged as a did not practice.
37:47So that feels. Oh, interesting. Yeah. That one feels more like Dylan Sampson could be a next week.
37:52Right. For now, I mean, it's like it's, you know, it's McLaughlin and Audrick Estime, a.k.a.
37:58no thank you. Yeah. The matchup is like a no thank you against this defense.
38:02Yeah. The matchup is not good. Is it like, are you going to play him?
38:07McLaughlin's been on the team. He's not doing anything, but it could.
38:11He had a cool touchdown. He did. But I'm saying like Estime, because he's the he's the big thumper guy.
38:18Yes. That might be what they're singing. Because all of a sudden Estime is the one who's getting 12 carries off of a practice squad.
38:26Yeah, I would not. I'm starting to see where the line.
38:29Yeah. All the running backs are hurt. Denzel Boston's hurt.
38:32Casey Concepcion is in concussion protocol. And it's going to be uphill.
38:36I think I believe it. Yeah. You're because Junkins isn't there.
38:40You are dead on. Yeah. Junkins. The Owen five Tennessee Titans get to travel to Indianapolis and play the two and three Colts.
38:47Vegas line Colts by a touchdown over under 44 and a half.
38:51The Colts are three and nine in the last 12 games.
38:55Oh, I thought you might hit the button on that one.
38:58No, I tried to do that last week with the Titans, Mike, and that did not work.
39:04I learn from my mistakes sometimes. Cam Ward has been.
39:07He is the least pressure. So he's the least pressure quarterback in football.
39:11Yeah. Because defenses don't need to pressure him for him to be bad.
39:15It's amazing. That's the actual truth. Yeah. It's you can get him rattled with a four man.
39:21Unfortunate. He plays at a collegiate speed. Still. He doesn't have the like people got really mad at me when I was
39:28like, I posted some of those stats and I was like, it's never been more over.
39:33And then they're like, they're sending me the Bryce Young, Sam Darnold and like these other players that.
39:39Bryce Young looked awful. Yeah. Bryce Young got banned.
39:42So it's not impossible. Did you remind them that Sam Darnold traveled through many different teams before becoming Sam Darnold?
39:48No, I didn't remind them anything. I just accepted their hate.
39:52If you're a Titans fan and your North Star is what Sam Darnold did.
39:56Aim higher. Then it's not. Aim for a better star.
39:59Bryce Young is a good name to pull. But for every Bryce Young, there's 67 different Mitch Trubisky.
40:05When Anthony Richardson was the Colts future. Yeah. Everyone was like, just look at Josh Allen.
40:10True. Josh Allen is Josh. That's a rare for every Josh Allen.
40:14There's a hundred. There's a million Kenny Pickets. Exactly.
40:17So I look Cam Ward could be another Bryce Young.
40:20That's possible. But everyone on earth, including Titans fans, should say that the gap between now and that is massive.
40:27It's a massive gap. It is not possible. And here's why.
40:30The difference why it's not possible is because the Titans are going to end up with a number one or number two pick.
40:38And so he won't be given the opportunity. I'd be shocked, shocked, shocked if they spent that on a quarterback.
40:44Oh, man. I just don't know if they will do it.
40:48I don't know if they'll do it. Sure. Yeah.
40:51That would be. That's his path is them. In spite of that.
40:55Committing. I mean. In spite of that, Carnell Tate has the Price Picks projection of 51 and a half receiving yards.
41:01Does that. That seems. Seems fine. Yeah. I mean, he obviously had a down week this last week, but he has been
41:09over that mark the two weeks prior, including 145 yards before.
41:12That was the Houston Texans. That team that D'Amico Ryans took over play calling.
41:17They looked much better as a defense. They should be a good defense.
41:21Are you going to dance with this double? Absolutely.
41:24Against. Oh, you are? Yeah. Absolutely. Carnell Tate against Indianapolis.
41:27The matchup. What about your start of the week, Trey Tucker in that matchup?
41:31I would play Carnell Tate. Without a doubt. I mean, there should be some doubt.
41:36There should be a little doubt based on four fifths of his games.
41:40Yeah. I mean. Yeah. And then last week was, I know they Houston made some changes, but wide receivers have been torching Houston.
41:48Are you saying that you think that this is a bad play that you should know that you should bench Carnell Tate this week?
41:56I'm saying that the fantasy football process. I would not play Tate this week.
42:00No. The fantasy football process says you should play Carnell Tate.
42:04Let me give you Romeo Dobbs against the Jets or Carnell Tate.
42:08Dobbs. I've got both of them on my team.
42:10I'd probably lean Dobbs by a hair. DK Metcalf against Tampa Bay.
42:14Tate. Trey Tucker. Your start of the week. I said that.
42:18I would be Tate. I mean, I don't have Tate.
42:21Right now, I've got Carnell Tate as my wide receiver 21.
42:25So he's not like some must start player. But I mean, he's a low end wide receiver too.
42:30Josh Downs. I've got him ahead of Josh Downs.
42:33Okay. I'm just going to move Carnell Tate down a little bit.
42:37That's what I'm doing. I'm doing that right now.
42:40I'm making sure he is appropriately in the spot that he's going to be this week.
42:45I play Xavier Worthy over him. Ooh. I don't know that I would do that.
42:50We've got a new bet. There's $100 bet. Xavier Worthy versus Carnell Tate this week.
42:55We've still got to hit that pot. I know it's not a water bet, but.
43:00Water bet. Yeah. I mean, you could make it rain the cash.
43:04Well, that's a good idea. You could. Yeah, there we go.
43:07There we go. Well, we have differences of opinion on Carnell Tate this week.
43:12I think the Colts are going to handle their business in a big way.
43:16Only 18.8 implied points for the Titans. Jonathan Taylor should really do some work.
43:21He's had. He had kind of a down week last week where he only had two plays in that game against Pittsburgh that were of any real substance.
43:30He had a below average game against them. I think he had a 20 yard run.
43:35But yeah, Daniel Jones has not been good. He's the quarterback.
43:3923 has been the best finish he has this year.
43:42I don't have any confidence in downs because he's been dealing with a hamstring injury and underperforming.
43:47Honestly, it's like the targets last week were Treadwell and Keenan Allen.
43:51Yeah. Those guys had more targets than down. You watch Daniel Jones talk about that and say that they that the last
43:58two weeks teams have been double teaming Josh Downs on all third downs and they've been scheming.
44:04And so they are going to move Josh Downs around more for this matchup.
44:08But the issue I have with that is even if they move him around and have a plan to get him involved
44:15and it's a good plan and it works, this is still one of those games where you don't need your wide receivers a lot.
44:23Jonathan Taylor is going to run all over them.
44:26And even if Josh Downs has, you know, a 40 percent target share and a great piece of the pie, I think
44:33it's going to be a very small passing pie.
44:36I agree with that. I think you probably log out of the wide receivers and log into Tyler Warren and Jonathan Taylor.
44:43And I think you're in good shape there. Keenan's nine targets his last two games.
44:48Yeah. It's the same. It's low volume. Against Josh Downs.
44:51Low receiving volume. Yeah. But not not targets. I mean, you play Trey Tucker over Keenan.
44:56Yeah. You look for upside. I'm going to play Kendrick Bourne over Keenan.
45:00I made that choice this week. We'll take a break.
45:04We'll talk more matches. Well, a few weeks ago, we might have thought the Jets going to Foxborough to take on the
45:11Patriots would be a competitive matchup where the Patriots are struggling and the Jets have a good defense.
45:17But right now, the Jets are two and three.
45:20They go to face the three and two Patriots in their building.
45:23And the Vegas line has the Patriots seven and a half point favorites over under 43 and a half.
45:30Drake Maye's last two weeks after Al Borland dropped him quarterback.
45:33Quarterback two, quarterback one. And guess who Al Borland gets to play in that same league this week?
45:39Drake May. Drake May. Drake Maye hurt you. He's going to.
45:42The Jets have been they've done a couple things well this year.
45:46They've played good defense. Do you know how many sacks they had last week?
45:51I don't. Eight. Whoa. They had eight last week.
45:54David Bailey is breaking out right now for the Jets defense.
45:57They're a dominant fantasy defense. It was a bit of a mucky muck game.
46:02It was, but they got it done. They slow the game down enough to where, look, their strategy is run the football, manage the clock, play good defense.
46:11Maybe we get away with a win. Like they sneak a win.
46:15Braylon Allen, your start of the week, Mike, even, you know, you want to keep this, I guess both running backs in
46:22this game, Ramondre, start of the week for Jason.
46:25Garrett Wilson's a must start every week. If A.J.
46:28Brown happens to be active for this game, are you willing to play him immediately?
46:32Yeah, I think so. In most circumstances, yeah. I think that they are going to wait to get him back.
46:39I mean, they've taken their time with this ankle injury, and I think if he's not ready to go, he won't play this week.
46:47So my opinion is that when he comes back, he's going to be the full go.
46:52And he might not be at 100% strength. Like, he might not be his peak for a couple weeks after he gets back.
46:59But as far as utilization, routes, snaps, I expect when he's back for him to have the full allotment.
47:05So I'll be playing him. In a game where they're so heavily favored with a 25 and a half point implied point
47:12total, if Brown is out, which running back, or sorry, which wide receiver would you be willing to start?
47:19Douglas with two touchdowns last week. Kyle Williams with 90 yards.
47:22It would only be Dobbs. Yeah, I think it's, I think I'm trying to pivot out.
47:27Just entirely? Yeah. And it's harder and harder with all the bye weeks and stuff going on.
47:33But like, the targets were not there for Dobbs.
47:36They're just, the utilization of a guy that they gave so much money to is very strange.
47:41It's, you have the one game of nine targets week four against Buffalo, but everything else is three or four.
47:48I mean, they're just. They're treating them the way the Cardinals would treat the number four overall pick.
47:53Yes. It's weird. Hunter Henry got into the end zone last week.
47:57He's had, he's a, he's a break glass type of tight end, especially if Brown is out.
48:03Last couple of weeks, he had 62 yards receiving on five targets last week, 44 yards receiving and a touchdown and was the tight end nine.
48:11So if you need it, he is an option since they aren't willing to target Dobbs even with Brown now.
48:18So one thing to note, Geno Smith through five weeks, zero interceptions.
48:21Hey. He had a hundred thousand last year. Jason, you're guys on pace for only 3,600 yards and 20 touchdowns.
48:28Only 3,600 yards. I think their team threw for 2,300 last year.
48:32Yeah. Yeah. I mean, he's an okay quarterback when you can protect him and their offensive line has been much better.
48:39I just wish they didn't play so slow because they have pieces we like.
48:43We, you know, the Brees Hall or Braylon Allen, obviously Garrett Wilson, the hopeful breakout for Kenyon Sadiq.
48:49They just play so slow that they ruin games for fantasy.
48:52You look at Drake May as a must start at this point.
48:56Yeah. After the two weeks I would. All right.
48:59The Saints are one and four. They take on the three, one and one.
49:04New York Giants after that disaster of a tie last week.
49:07Disasters for both teams last week in a way.
49:10The funniest part about this is it ended in a tie, but the Giants got a win and the commanders got a loss.
49:18Like that is actually like the Giants are coming off of a win.
49:22Yes. They're coming off of a win. Cam Scadaboo who fumbled the game away is like, yes, we got a tie.
49:29You know what I mean? It's like emotionally that was not.
49:32I think that's like the first tie I can remember where it's so clearly.
49:37Usually at the end of a tie, that means you went through the whole game and all of overtime and no one
49:44could outscore the other and it's like, oh, it's grueling.
49:47This was, we lost, you won. Oh, no, we won.
49:50You know what it reminds me of? What? In pickleball, whenever you're down 10, nothing and you're about to get pickled.
49:57Yeah. If you score that point and you lose 11 to one, you won that game because that guy didn't get his pickle.
50:04You stopped the shutout? Yeah. Yeah. I agree. It makes sense.
50:08Tyler Shuck. First three weeks was on pace for 5,100 yards, 45 touchdowns.
50:12Last two weeks on pace for 3,200 yards, eight touchdowns, 17 picks.
50:16Rough four and five for Tyler Shuck. It's, it's happened.
50:19It's coincided with the loss of offensive line performance with Travis H.
50:23Hans disappearance, or I should say injury. And, you know, they don't have a running game that intimidates anybody.
50:29I also think there's been an adjustment by the league.
50:32I mean, the league is going to look at what they've done on offense.
50:37They're not stupid defensive coordinators, certainly not Brian Flores last week, but even the week before with, you know, Atlanta.
50:43You're going to look at what six, what the successful parts of their offense are, which has been hyper-targeting, you know, a
50:51lava, a lot of the route concepts, and you're going to make adjustments.
50:55And now it's up to Tyler Shuck to, you know, he has to go on the road here and face the Giants
51:02and try to kind of right the ship because, you know, they're one and four now in that division and not going the right direction.
51:10I think Chuck is, is he's playable this week.
51:13Like, I got, I have him as a top 10 guy right now.
51:17The Giants are not a scary matchup at all.
51:20I think that we get back to, you know, the offensive line is the largest problem.
51:25And just then it was tougher matchups for him.
51:28So Shuck, I think he has the ability in this one.
51:32We'll be back. I think the question that I have when I look at my rankings, because I would start Caleb Williams
51:39and Jaden Daniels ahead of Tyler Shuck. But Tyler Shuck or Trevor Lawrence against Houston, where are you at?
51:45Like, are you, are you moving Shuck down past Lawrence because of the last couple of weeks?
51:50I have Lawrence at seven as of right now.
51:53So that is higher than I have Shuck. Man, I feel like the, I feel like the upside is the Tyler Shuck play though.
52:01Like if you, if you're like, man, I need points.
52:04I think that's where I would go. Jameis Winston and Shuck could end up just going crazy.
52:10But it's like, I have him, you know, I have Shuck ranked higher than Jalen Hurts this week.
52:15So I'm. You expect to bounce back. I do.
52:18Chris Olave didn't practice on Wednesday, but it was due to an illness.
52:22So he should be back out there. Are you playing Jwonson?
52:26Yep. Okay. Because they likely has been a dominant monster.
52:29Yes. Tight end one finish in weeks one and five.
52:33He is the targets have been out of this world.
52:36I mean, the targets for him and neighbors with James Winston have been what Winston does.
52:41Yes. Even though in these games, I am multiple times in these games that he ends up with amazing performances.
52:47I'm like, they're about to pull him. I know.
52:50They're about to pull him. That's the risk. That's when he thrives, man.
52:54And then he looks so funny on the sideline after he makes a good play.
52:59You know, in videos. Like he's just like. In games where it's like.
53:03Kevin Garnett face. Your health bar gets real, real low.
53:07So you get all of these buffs. And it's like, all of a sudden you're like, oh.
53:12He's got to throw those picks first. 20% more powerful under 10% health.
53:16That's what happens with Jameis. It feels like every time he throws a pick, he gets like a reward.
53:23Oh, it's powered up? Some power up from that.
53:25Game planning with Winston. How different it is from when he, you know.
53:30They obviously had a mobile quarterback in Jackson Dart.
53:33And so they've had to shift their scheme to Winston.
53:36But that was comforting to me to hear them talk about how they are.
53:40They're really shifting everything they're doing to Winston. Not like.
53:43Now to be clear, Winston will ignore the scheme and do what he wants.
53:48Correct. But they will have drawn up something different for him to ignore.
53:52The team is focused on Winston. And there's not been talk of McCarthy, you know, coming in.
53:5854 pass attempts. They're trying to get McCarthy hurt.
54:01There's no other explanation. They're trying to keep Winston healthy.
54:04It's so weird. What do you do with Cam Scadaboo?
54:07Yeah, it's been a disappointment. And the problem is, is the last two weeks have been really below expectation.
54:13And then he's, you realize he's fumbled in four of five games?
54:17Oh, I did not. Yeah, he's fumbled in four.
54:20This was the Tyrone Tracy problem. Yeah, and not only that, but this was the one that should have cost them the entire game at the end.
54:29I think there's some. I could. So this is a player who already looked like he was getting benched last week.
54:35Like, you know, I kept wondering, is he injured?
54:38Because he just had a humongous stretch of that game where he was not on the field.
54:44They were using other backs. He fumbled it away.
54:47I would not be surprised if in this game he is, like, in a complete 50-50 timeshare or even has fewer carries.
54:54He's not even getting targets with Winston either. So he is a dangerous, dangerous start.
54:59I think, you know, at running back you might be forced to play him.
55:03But if you have other options, I would be afraid of a benched week.
55:08I still think bright days ahead they're going to give him a ton of work.
55:13I just worry about a punishment game. I think he's outside the top 24 rest of the season.
55:18At running back. I think he's outside the top 24 this week.
55:22I need to adjust it. Oh, we're getting breaking news here, guys.
55:26Hit the button. Whoa! Breaking news. This is from Rappaport.
55:29This is true. It's coming through right now. Full statement from the Eagles.
55:34Jalen Hurts is out for Sunday's game due to a superficial blood clot.
55:38He was visiting the training room, requesting treatment for his calf.
55:41He had been cleated in the game before. And they proceeded to discover, via ultrasound, a blood clot.
55:47Following the team's flight to London, which I think sometimes a long flight can add to that.
55:53Ultrasound revealed a superficial blood clot. And they have been reviewing it.
55:56And he is out. Wow. Wow. Man. It is falling apart for Philly.
56:01Jeez. That's a bummer. There was, man, there was part of me that was like looking at him this week as a potential start of the week.
56:09Nope. Not gonna do it. Nope. Tanner McKee. So we...
56:13Hmm. Got to adjust the rankings. Yeah. They don't have any players.
56:16I mean, Jalen Hurts. That's what I mean. Saquon Barton.
56:20I mean, Dallas Goddard. Devontae Smith. I mean, are you changing to Dallas Goddard?
56:24You want to make the change right now? Oh, absolutely.
56:27Jalen Hurts is the reason... Go with Colston Loveland.
56:30It seems like he's your dude. Yeah, sure. I mean, I don't know how you...
56:35You're going to have targets for Dallas Goddard, but they're going to be very, very bad targets.
56:41And Jalen Hurts looked to Goddard. Now, maybe Tanner McKee does, assuming that he's the starter.
56:46That's frightening, though. But how do you rely on that?
56:49And the offense is just... You don't have Lane Johnson.
56:52You don't have... Saquon. Saquon. You don't have Devontae Smith.
56:55Obviously, A.J. Brown still gone. They're not aware that they have Makai Lemon.
57:00I mean, you don't even have the backup running backs.
57:03You don't have... Tank Bigsby or Shipley. Shipley. I mean, this team is...
57:07I mean, Damian Pierce all of a sudden... I mean, we're about to talk about the game.
57:13Yeah, let's get in there. Let's go right into it, because the next matchup is Carolina 2-2 at the Eagles 2-3.
57:19The Vegas Lions, Carolina minus 1-1⁄2. That's got to be changing.
57:23Mm-hmm. I mean, that's going to go up to 2-1⁄2, 3-1⁄2.
57:26Over-under is 40-1⁄2 in this game. Like you said, things are falling apart.
57:31You just don't have... Like, I think I would start 0.0 Eagles.
57:34You could make the argument for Damian Pierce. That's the floor play.
57:38That's the argument, because, I mean, I feel... It was going to be fun.
57:43Yeah, the books took the lines down right now.
57:46Damian Pierce was going to be fun this week.
57:49Late change out of Hertz. You have to run the ball.
57:52And the... I mean, the only way that the Eagles can win this game is if they can control the clock and run the ball and win defense.
58:01And you can run on Carolina. You can run on Carolina.
58:05So, Pierce... Pierce last week was 11-14 for 1.3 yards of carry.
58:09Yes, it was. So, you are dancing with the devil.
58:12You definitely are. That was Jacksonville. Jacksonville, who's got a very good run defense.
58:16So, it's a different situation. I'm not saying... Right, but Pierce is off of a practice squad.
58:22Yes. So, there's a... We're not saying that Pierce is a top-tier talent, but this is a...
58:27It's a pure volume play. I bet the Panthers know what they're going to do.
58:32Yeah. They will, but can they stop it? Yeah.
58:35Yep. I think they can. Probably. I mean, if you told me Damian Pierce had 17 carries for 43 yards and no touchdowns, that makes sense.
58:44I mean, there's got to be somebody else than Pierce getting snaps, too.
58:48After... Somebody else on that depth chart. Yeah, we heard...
58:51I'm not touching the Eagles' offense, man. Their implied point total with Hurts was under 20 points.
58:56Oh, it's awful. It's terrible. So, that's just where I'm going if you want to mess with Pierce.
59:02But I'm playing Damian Pierce because I have to.
59:05Well, that's a good reason to do it. Yeah, if you have to play a player, we recommend doing it.
59:12Yeah. Yeah, but I mean, if I were you, Mike...
59:15Yeah, I would be... I'd play Tyler Algier with the injury to...
59:19Sweet. Can you trade him to me? No, I'm just saying if I had those decisions...
59:24I get what you're saying. You're not actively going to go look for somebody other than Pierce?
59:29I will. I mean, it's very difficult in most leagues.
59:33Most competitive leagues. You wouldn't play Julio McLaughlin for the Browns?
59:36No. I would not. I don't think I would either.
59:39I have no idea what that is going to shake out to.
59:43I feel confident that Pierce will at least get...
59:46Volume. Opportunities. Yeah. Then it's up to him. And the rest...
59:50R.J. Harvey, Mike, your favorite guy. R.J. Harvey against Seattle or Damian Pierce?
59:54I will never. Yeah. I will never. I think I would go...
59:58Kendrick Miller or Damian Pierce? Kendrick Miller's kind of interesting this week.
60:02Kendrick Miller has gotten enough work, I think. He's kind of interesting this week.
60:06Najee Harris. No. Still not. Pierce strong. Nope. Okay.
60:09I think I'm Pierce over most of those guys.
60:12Yeah. Only Kendrick Miller was a questionable, but compared to Pierce there.
60:16Play Chuba. Play Tett McMillan. Jalen Coker is back.
60:19Are you willing to try him out against the Eagles?
60:22The Eagles have been vulnerable against wide receivers. I'll put him out.
60:26And then Darren Waller, who has been limited toe injury.
60:29I hate seeing any limited... Coming off of a bye.
60:32...after a bye. And a guy, especially like Waller, who seems to just always have something hurting.
60:38He's been around 50% of snaps. Waller is a...
60:41Would you play Waller or would you play Henry?
60:44Hunter Henry? I think I'd go Henry because Waller is really a touchdown play.
60:48I don't see Waller going out there and having a game where he has 65 yards in this matchup.
60:54The Eagles are pretty good against... So it'll be Tanner McKee for them?
60:58Is that the next man up? I mean, that is...
61:02Depth chart-wise. Depth chart-wise, we'll see what they decide.
61:05Oh, yeah, because they just cut Andy Dalton. They just straight cut him after that.
61:09He came in and threw a pick. Yeah. Tanner McKee is number two.
61:14What do you do with Bryce Young? Is he a viable spot start here?
61:18Honestly, some of this news, with the Eagles being worse...
61:21Yeah, it shakes your upside. It shakes the upside.
61:24It makes me less likely to play Bryce Young, not more likely just because, you know, if they get up or they
61:31don't need to go out there and score 30 and sling the ball around, I'm more hesitant.
61:37I don't think he... He's not in my top 12, so if you're in a single quarterback league, you probably have better options.
61:44Got news that Stephon Diggs will not practice today for the commanders dealing with the hamstring injury.
61:50Yeah, they're Monday night, so this is his Wednesday.
61:53But... Yeah. Yeah, you hate to hear it. He sounded like he was not close last week.
61:58That's the hard part with older players coming back from those injuries.

62:26I was really feeling good and had a nice three weeks of...
62:30Now I'm back into where I'm comfortable. We really appreciate that.
62:34Yeah. That's big of you. Eagles, Carolina is now minus 3.5.
62:37Total is down to 38.5. It'll keep moving. Moving on down.
62:41Yeah, I would... That'll be a slog. That'll be a mess.
62:45A little breaking news here on the show this morning.
